Hushpuppi: If you bleach, don’t post “black lives matter”

Hushpuppi, who is better known as Aja 4 or Aja Puppi has weighed in on the protest that has been going on in some countries after the death of George Floyd at the hands of white police officers.

Hushpuppi has complained about some people who have joined the Black Lives Matter (BLM) protest.

The Dubai-based businessman stated that people who are guilty of bleaching their skins or changing their skin color are not fit to be a part of the protest that advocates for black lives.

Singer MC Galaxy recently took to social media with a touching epistle for the woman who has his heart.

MC Galaxy in his post noted that he was never one who believed in falling in love. He, however, noted that amidst all the chaos and social turbulence that the world is currently facing, 'happiness' chose find him.

The singer noted that he now understands what it means to fall in love after meeting his special person.

MC Galaxy said:

Sinach’s husband, Pastor Joe Egbu warns people in authority who are standing “against the church”

Christ Embassy Pastor, Joseph Egbu, who is married to gospel singer Sinach, has warned people in authority to desist from standing against the church.

He wrote on Instagram:

"The worst thing anyone in authority will do to him/herself is to stand against the church. Don't be a fool."


His post comes on the heels of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's message criticizing church leaders who approved of the new guidelines that will govern churches as they reopen for worship after the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 lifted the ban on religious gatherings.

Nollywood Teen Actress, Regina Daniels earlier today shared new photos of herself as she gushed about her unborn child.


Posting the cute maternity photos this morning on Instagram, she wrote;

'Motherhood is beautiful'.

However, a fan is not happy about the actress incessant photos of her pregnancy on Instagram.


The young man cautioned her to stop posting her pregnancy photos.

The fan identified as Christopher Uzovhukwu with handle @Chrisuzzy on instagram said that social media is evil and worst that her village devils.

He also advised Regina Daniels to emulate Davido's fiancée Chioma, who shared baby bump photos of herself after she gave birth to her first child.

@Amarachi233 who said the mother of baby girl is her cousin, stated that "God has wiped away her tears".

Yvonne Jegede finally admits surgery earned her a curvy shape

Nollywood actress and single mother of one, Yvonne Jegede has finally admitted undergoing surgery to have her curvy look.

Yvonne Jegede revealed this during an Instagram Live interview with Mr Paul hours ago.

"Yes, I did surgery (liposuction) on my stomach after I had my son; so, that made me look curvier. I had the surgery here in Nigeria. I don't have issues with anyone on earth; I do whatever I want with myself and body.

Speaking on remarrying after her messy divorce with ex-husband, Abounce, Yvonne Jegede said:


"I would want to remarry if I find somebody who would love me and love my child. Because, right now, my child is the most important person in my life. I wouldn't want to marry someone who wouldn't love my son as much as he would love his own child. He has to love my child 100%, love me too and then the feeling is mutual.

"For my ex-husband, I am not a bitter woman. I am not the kind of woman who would swear for her husband or boyfriend if all didn't go well. Patience Ozokwor – Actors Found Guilty Of R*Pe Should Be Banned

Nollywood actress, Patience Ozokwor has said actors who are found guilty of r*pe should be banned from the industry.

For most of the week, one thing that has been on the lips of many Nigerians is the issue of rape. This was triggered after it was reported that a young girl, Uwavera Omozuwa, had been raped and killed in a church (Benin, Edo State) where she had gone to read. In the course of the week, several ladies made allegations of rape against their attackers, including those in the entertainment industry.

Expressing disgust at the act, popular actress, Patience Ozokwor, aka Mama G, told Sunday Scoop that actors found guilty of such conduct should be banned from the industry. She said, "Yes (they should be banned) because they cannot represent us as an industry. The guilds in the industry have disciplinary committees and they won't allow such people to stay. There is a standard punishment that is to be meted out to anyone found guilty of such act.

"It is heartbreaking whenever I hear that things like that happen in the entertainment industry because they (entertainers) have access to whatever they want. There is no girl they desire and approach that would not follow them, even when they (girls) know that some of them are married. Forcing a girl into (the act) is just stupid. My heart is breaking as you are telling me that it happens in the industry because I don't go on social media anymore."


Handing down advice for the womenfolk, she said, "Girls should stop dressing provocatively. It seems like they can't do without skimpy wear. That was one of the reasons I shut down my boutique because if one doesn't sell skimpy clothes, people would not buy. However, people with good background would not do that because they know it would bring shame to their families. Some actresses think that when they dress that way, they would get roles but it is not true. Talent comes first. It is on set that one would be given the kind of dress one is to wear, so that one can properly portray the character one is playing. Many girls come in (the industry) and they want to make it by all means, so they fall into the wrong hands. Even some of the people they think are directors may not be professional directors. Real directors don't have time to mess around like that.

"Ladies should take it easy. Becoming a star is not the ultimate. When I started my career, I didn't know that there was anything like stardom. I was just doing what I enjoyed and it has turned out to be what it is today.

"Some parents even dress their children in skimpy clothes, saying they want to prepare them to be stars. Whenever they meet any one that promises to turn their children to stars, they would quickly hand them over to the person."

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has claimed that Davido's mother died of cocaine overdose.

She made this known while calling out the singer for sexually harassing her back in 2018.

Falz asked Simi & Adekunle Gold when last they had S*x

Rapper and entertainer, Falz, recently threw a question at Nigerian singers, Simi and Adekunle Gold.

In a live video with the duo on Instagram, the rapper was really curious to know when last they had sexual intercourse.

"When last did you indulge in intercourse, when last did you fornicate?", Falz asked.

Reacting to the question, Simi whispered something to her husband's ears, and the next thing he said was "we don't believe in it".

The reply almost made Falz choke with laughter. The beautiful couple went on to advise Falz to get a wife and stop being curious to know when married couples are having sex.

Foluke Daramola-Salako – “75% of rape cases I have on my table are from religious leaders”

Foluke Daramola Salako, a seasoned actress and indeed one of the acting pioneers in the Yoruba movie sector has said that 75 percent of the rape cases her organization has handle were perpetrated by religious leaders.

Daramola disclosed this during an interview with media personality, Funmi Iyanda.

The actress who was raped by her tenant when she was 17, said;

"75% of the cases I have on my table are from religious leaders, and a lot of time, we don't get to the end of it, because when we start, the family would come and tell us we should leave the religious leader to God.".

Daramola-Salako dismissed claims that indecent dressing is what is responsible for the increase in the number of rape cases.


"Nothing attracts rape, it is a sign of weakness. Why do they rape minors, teenagers, and even old women, is that also about indecent dressing?

You hardly find rape cases against young women except for sexual assaults and abuse in workplaces, we find it mostly amongst kids, teenagers, and elderly women, how come you are now telling me it is indecent dressing? And we are not animals." she said

Pregnant wife of Edo politician raped & murdered at her home in Benin

Mrs Queen Igbinevbo, the pregnant wife of Comrade Promise Igbinevbo has died after she was raped and murdered at home.

Mrs Igbinevbo was alone at her home in Benin when her attackers gained entrance into the home through the ceiling.

A source who spoke to LIB said the intruders had come in search of her husband, Comrade Promise Igbinevbo, who is a Governorship Campaign Coordinator. However, when they didn't find him at home on May 20, 2020, they raped and murdered his wife.

Mrs Queen, who is known as a very religious woman in her neighbourhood, was discovered by neighbours who were worried that they have not seen her in a while.

A source said:

"When we could not see Queen, I came to check if she was fine, because she lives alone, we met her naked, blood and foam was coming out of her mouth. There was semen all over her body.

"We had to call her husband who is staying in another place."

The source who spoke to LIB said neighbours reported seeing strange men walking up and down the street just days before the tragic incident.

The murder of Queen Igbinevbo sparked a demonstration in Benin. On Friday, June 5, protesters took to Edo State Police Command to demand justice for the deceased.

Nollywood Actor Hanks Anuku debunks his online death rumours

Nigerian-Ghanaian actor Hanks Anuku who often stars as a villain in many Nollywood films has debunked death rumors about him.

Hanks Anuku, in a live video on Facebook, insisted that he is alive and well.

His disclaimer became necessary as multiple reports stated the actor died on Thursday due to short illness.


Anuku, however, told the general public to disregard the fake news.

He stated he is alive and healthy with his family.

He added that God is in charge of his life, not rumor mongers.

Dubbed as Nollywood's 'baddest boy', Hanks Anuku is famous for his roles as the chief gangster of Nollywood.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome blasts church leaders who approved the new guidelines for reopening of churches

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of the Christ Embassy church has taken a swipe at church leaders who approved the new guidelines for churches to open for worship after the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 lifted the ban on religious gatherings on Monday, June 1.

Part of the modalities and guidelines is for churches to ensure they check the temperature of members before they enter the church, observe social distancing, have only one hour service, suspend taking of Holy communion, suspension of weekly activities amongst others.

Oyakhilome while preaching on Saturday, June 6, slammed church leaders who appended their signatures to the document on the new modalities and guidelines.

According to him, some church leaders have supported the continued lockdown on churches because of fear, greed, and jealousy.

In his words

"One of the reasons you still have lockdown of churches in several countries right now is not even the government. You will be amazed. It is church organizations that are keeping many churches locked up till now.

The so called advisers of government. The government invited certain church leaders, consulting with them whether to open the churches or not to, they advised the government to keep the churches locked because of their own fear, greed and jealousy. These are there problems, nothing else. And they kept those churches locked.

But their days are numbered. Believe me.

That is what has happened in many countries. The government wants to open the churches and religious leaders, particularly church leaders have advised government to keep churches locked.

I wonder. Are they taking after Jesus? Are they taking after the apostles?

They are the ones sending out modalities for reopening to churches under shameful requirement.

Church leaders are telling church members no communion, no physical touch and if anybody is going to lay hands on the sick, they have to wear a glove…Did it happen in the church of Jesus Christ? You would think such an instruction came from sinners for which we should laugh..but to know that some Christian leaders would append their signatures to such document and send to churches..it is another fiasco.

But like I said, don't be angry at them, I am not angry at them. It just tells you where they have been. It is cruel." he said

Lady who accused Singer, D’banj of rape demands an apology; private & public through her lawyers

Miss Seyitan Babatayo, the lady who accused popular singer D'banj of raping her in a hotel room on December 30, 2018 has demanded an apology; private and public through her lawyers.

Miss Babatayo claims D'banj raped her despite her saying NO. Babatayo through her lawyers demanded a private and public apology for the rape, in a letter titled "SEXUAL ABUSE, INDECENT ASSAULT AND INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ON MISS SEYITAN BABATAYO: DEMAND FOR PUBLIC APOLOGY" threatens to institute criminal charges against him if he does not comply.

According to her, her legal counsel will be taking over the case.


It reads in part;

Our brief details the following narrations as recounted by our client in establishing the premise for her request as follows.

On 30th December 2018, our client was invited to an All-White Rendezvous Party at Eko Atlantic City by your former manager who at that point in time was your manager, one Mr Franklin.

The party ended a bit late and our client was stranded on the Island as she could not find a way back home. She was thereafter faced with the option of following one Oyinda and her boyfriend to their hotel room at Glee Hotel Victoria Island to wait for Mr Franklin who invited her. Oyinda's boyfriend is one of your friends and Oyinda is well known to you.

When Mr Franklin came to Glee Hotel, he was in a hurry and did not drop from his car. Our client had to meet Mr Franklin at the parking lot and Mr Franklin gave up his room at the Glee Hotel to our client and gave her the key-card to the room so she can pass the night and find her way home the following morning. Mr Franklin thereafter slept off after the conversation with Oyinda with the door of her hotel room locked.

At about 3 am on 31st December 2018 while our client was fast asleep, you gained access to the room where our client was sleeping with an extra key-card and forcefully had canal knowledge of our client without her consent and with the threat that you will send her out of the hotel naked if she screams or attempt to alert people that she was about to be or is being raped. After having the said forced sexual intercourse with our client, you left without uttering a word to our client.

The following morning, our client narrated her ordeal to Oyinda and Oyinda's boyfriend who showed sympathy with her. Oyinda's boyfriend latterly gave our client a $100 (one hundred dollar) note to check herself for possible infection and get some contraceptives since she just had unprotected sex.

The aftermath of the incidence has been damaging to our client's psychological, physical and emotional being. Our client's state of being has been totally eroded wit the rape incidence and she has once had the thought of ending it all by taking her own life.

This was further exacerbated by your present stand against rape and sexual violence against women when indeed you have once perpetrated the crime against her and you never apologize to her.

Taking to Instagram, Adebayo shared screenshots to back his claim as he wrote;

I will NEVER EVER in my life forget this date, and I'm saving this here to remind Toke Makinwa in the future. .

Before I continue… I have fought some many people in my life just because of Toke Makinwa. .

Most people till date call me Felix "Toke Makinwa" BF… (Jokingly tho). .

Why? Because of how I don't joke with her, I left A movement because some things they say about her I'm not comfortable being there hearing people insulting or saying evil things about her. .

That being said, some people like my Bro Hammed Jolayemi, Etinosa IDEMUDIA and DJKNIGHT will always say something to me… NO BODY OWES YOU NOTHING! And that's FACT💯. .

I only told Toke Makinwa on the above Date to please support my daughter's skills. .

And all I could get was for her to Unfollowed and Blocked me on Twitter. .

I don't have issues with that. And I'm not angry. But you know the good thing?? .

Toke Makinwa Blocked me on the 31st May 2020 because I questioned and begged her to please promote my 13years old daughter who's trying so hard to pursue what she has passion for. .

And waking up on Tuesday 01|06|20 I got a call from a BBC News correspondent telling me that she's coming for my daughter. .

Moral of my story is… BBC is Bigger and Better than TM! .

Lesson I've learnt is, Never Ever Beg anyone to help you. Keep doing what you are doing. .

This journalist told me he's been trying to reach me for long but my phone has always been busy. And that he needs to call me very early before I'll be busy, that he knows I'm a busy person that he has been seeing all my energy on my page. .

The following day again Etinosa IDEMUDIA for no reasons just sent me a message and said "Send Me your account details". .

Well! Maybe I must have disturbed TM somewho, But at the same time if people know how someone somewhere cherish and love them. .

I don't think they'll act as God! Blocking me from your page is not blocking me or my daughter from becoming who God has destined her to be. .
I've saved this here, and I will remind you of this. Thank You TM🙏"
