Nigerians Love Me And My Style - Pretty Mike Reveals

Eze Nwalie Nwogu, alias Pretty Mike, owner Club Uno is known with controversial approach to his entertainment business; he disclosed that Nigerians still love his entertainment style. 

Recently he was spotted at a wedding in Lagos, with an unusual attire. The club owner dressed in all white outfit with wings as that of angels, stole the day.

The outfit immediately went viral via the social media, and some reporters approached him for response as regards his dressing!

See his response below:


"If you are in the nightclub business, you are also an entertainer. For me, I like to entertain people in various ways. Apart from being entertained in my club, I believe I must look different whenever I'm in public. While some people think the way I dress is weird, I have seen people who admire my style."

He also sees nothing wrong in naming his snake, Toke Makinwa, even though he came under serious criticism for doing so. According to him, regardless of what an individual does, people will always have something negative to say.

Pretty Mike said, "My ideas come from within. When I named my pet snake, Toke Makinwa, people said all sorts. However, I do what I like to because at the end of the day, people will still talk.

"Controversies have not affected my business in a negative way. I believe most people who speak ill of me have yet to meet me in person. They only see pictures or rely on hearsay. I don't even get to read the terrible things people say about me."

Meet Frank Darko, Ghanaian Inventor Who Built Bicycle That Rides On Water Launches

Ghanaian inventor, Frank Darko, has created a bicycle that can move on water. The story of the young inventor was carried by YEN.com.gh few months ago.

The young inventor  disclosed that his invention started in August 2017, and with a lot of effort and hard work, he had managed to finish his creation and had tested it in a shallow dam in his area.

Now, the young inventor believing in his finished work, decided to test it out on the sea to prove to the world that his invention had come to stay.

In the many pictures that the young man sent to YEN.com.gh, some people were seen taking turns to experience the unique invention.

Speaking in a telephone conversation with YEN.com.gh, Frank Darko revealed that he wanted his invention to help the school children who had to swim to school, find an easier path to their classes.

The inventor further disclosed that his creativity came about as a result of his passion for science, technology and the desire to solve day-to-day problems faced by people living in the riverine community.

Omawumi's ''Washing The Leg'' Marriage Rite In The News Again

Omawumi's wedding is still in the news as yesterday January 20th, she performed one of the marriage rites to her husband, Tosin Yusuf. 
Omawunmi's feet were washed as she officially entered her husband's house. Her friends comedian Chigurl, singer Waje and makeup artist Jennifer Alegieuno were at the feet washing ceremony.

The Ekiti state governor, Mr Ayo Fayose was spotted this evening on his way to Lagos in  an economy class of Air Peace Airline.
The controversial Governor and presidential aspirant who was the toast of of other passengers enroute Lagos caused a scene with his "unusual" presence on this section of the flight.
The Governor was also seen mingling with the citizens as he rode in the same general bus to his car at the airport.

Netanyahu Chided Over Bollywood ‘Selfie’

An organization Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Campaign in South Asia (BDS) affiliates with it's base in India has accused Israel of exploiting Bollywood to launder its global image, following Israeli PMs' "selfie" on stage with legendary movie Icon Amitabh Bachchan, on his recent visit to Mumbai.

Some group of activists made the claims above, when the Israeli government staged an outreach event titled "Shalom Bollywood" on Thursday, 19th January, 2017,  in a bid to woe Indian film directors and producers to make their movies in Israel.

Bollywood, Indian's film industry is the largest in the world and worth billions of dollars.

Personalities from India's film industry, including Bachchan and daughter in law, Aishwarya Rai, attended the event.

Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Campaign in South Asia, head, Apoorva Gautam, disclosed that Israel's appeal to Bollywood is an indication of a broader "ideological shift" in the country since the election of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in 2014.

Netanyahu is now the second Israeli PM to visit India and his trip comes after Modi was the first Indian leader to visit Israel in 2017.
