Hellooooooo!! Welcome to 2019! Isn't it wonderful? What is it about a new year that gets us all excited to reset and plan a new life for ourselves?! I don't know what it is but I feel refreshed AF. It could have to do with ringing in the new year in Cabo, but I mostly just think it has to do with my attitude. I was a bit fed up of my crap attitude I've have the past few months and I'm excited to turn it around! And turning around is starting with the blog! I changed it up this week on the blog with posts focusing on happiness. No need for a strict 30 day challenge or an exercise routine you'll never stick with. No thanks. How about eating healthy every day with meals that taste delicious instead of being miserable with counting calories and portion sizes? And how about working out regularly, every week, every month, every year...forever because you finally found a way to stick with exercise longterm? And how about managing your money so you can set yourself up for success and a stress-free life every damn day? To me, all those things sound delightful. And they are all things that have set me up for a better 2019. Who's with me?! Let's crush this year, let's enjoy every moment, and let's find the happiest and healthiest body around. You got this! Oh by the way, last week when I was in the security line at DIA waiting to head to Cabo, I saw someone looking at my newsletter on their phone!! It was honestly one of the coolest things ever.
