Thursday Noon Forum "Strategic Trade Controls in a Globalized World" Posted: 13 Feb 2019 05:33 AM PST The CISSM Global Forum will be held on Thursday, February 14th from 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm in 1203 Van Munching Hall, College Park, MD 20742. It is open to the public (no RSVPs required) and is supported by the Yamamoto-Scheffelin Endowment for Policy Research and the IDEV Council. Todd Perry has directed the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) International Nonproliferation Export Control Program (INECP) since 2002. In coordination with the U.S. Department of State's Office of Nonproliferation and Export Control Cooperation and other State Department Offices, INECP draws upon over 50 nonproliferation and threat reduction technical specialists from a dozen U.S. national laboratories and universities to establish technical and training partnerships with over 50 countries and international organizations seeking to strengthen the effectiveness of export control and related border security systems. |
