See Mr Fix Nigeria reaction to Waje's Sudden decision on quitting music
Nigerian media personality, Ohimai Amaize popularly known as Mr Fix Nigeria, has reacted after Waje revealed that she is considering quitting music due to lack of funds for promotion.

Reacting to the video of Waje narrating her plight, Ohimai wrote:

"I feel sorry for Nigeria. Creatives like Waje don't get appreciated and never really get the right kind of support in a place like Nigeria.

Nigeria is the problem here, not Waje. Our system sucks. A system that downgrades the very best but promotes the fake and the empty!

A-Rod And J.Lo Shared Their Wedding Workout Challenge On YouTube

Posted: 26 Mar 2019 12:00 AM PDT

A-Rod And J.Lo

  • A-Rod posted a behind the scenes video of his wedding workout with J.Lo.
  • The two endure a tough total-body workout, covering nearly every area of the gym.
  • A-Rod and J.Lo regularly work out together at Gold's Gym in California.

In case J.Lo and A-Rod didn't already hold the unofficial title of fittest couple of the year...they've certainly earned it after their intense pre-wedding workout challenge.

A-Rod just posted a video on YouTube titled: "SWEATING FOR THE WEDDING," which opens with A-Rod announcing they're on "day three" of what's later revealed to be a 10-day workout challenge (yes, another 10-day challenge ). The video wastes no time jumping right into the action, set to the music of J.Lo's upbeat song "Dinero."

In the first gym scene, the two warm up on the elliptical, rocking a matching pair of trash-bag-looking jumpsuits, which A-Rod explains are "sweet sweat suits" that are "supposed to make us sweat."

After some more cardio machines for a warmup, their workout really takes off (no more sweat suits, though, sorry to disappoint). With the help of their trainers, the couple conquers triceps pulldowns, lying cable flies, Roman chair abs extensions, lat pulldowns...and so so much more.

But these two didn't miss a chance to keep things fun. At one point, J.Lo takes a quick dance break mid-workout, and tries to teach A-Rod a couple smooth moves. (Let's just say, he may need a few more lessons from the WOD host before their big day.)

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Alex Rodriguez (@arod) on Nov 2, 2018 at 6:57am PDT

The video also shows the couple demo-ing some floor work-like donkey kicks, situps, and punches-and J.Lo doesn't shy away from strapping on heavy ankle weights. "Give me the big one," she tells her trainer in the video, before A-Rod mentions he can't use ankle weights after two hip surgeries. "But your hips work perfectly," J.Lo teases back. (Talk about some tough love!)

Throughout the video, it seriously seems like these two hit every type of exercise and piece of equipment in the gym...but keep in mind (thanks to a few clear outfit changes), this video features a few days of the couples' 10-day challenge, not just one workout.

View this post on Instagram The grind never stops. . . . What are you going to make of 2019? #thecorp A post shared by Alex Rodriguez (@arod) on Jan 1, 2019 at 7:59pm PST

This certainly isn't the first time the iconic couple hit the gym together. A-Rod regularly posts videos of their workouts at Golds Gym in Venice Beach, California. A-Rod and J.Lo are also obsessed with the workout studio TruFusion , which offers a blend of hot yoga and bootcamp.

A-Rod's latest BTS video ends with him talking directly into the camera and stating: Champions start in the f***ing weight room. Lets go!

Dang...these two do NOT mess around. Congrats to the happy (and fit) couple!

It's OK to Leave Right After Hooking Up

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 11:30 PM PDT

It's OK to Leave Right After Hooking Up
I recently summoned a trusted ex to a bar. I wanted to ask him a question, but I wasnt sure I wanted to know the answer. It took me one round of drinks to get to it. Have I ever done anything...weird? Or gross? Like, in bed? But not, like, in bed, I added. Like, sleeping. He pretended to think about it, but I could tell he already had something in mind. Finally, he began to speak. I drained my whiskey ginger. He told me the story of a night right out of Paranormal Activity. A story that laid bare the true evil that Ive always suspected exists within me. I wont repeat it here, because I am a lady/because my parents read Mens Health.

I bought the next round and tried to forget.

For a few days, Id been badgering male acquaintances about the sleep habits of the women in their lives. By the time I confronted my ex, Id heard enough stories of drooling and sleep-talking to know that everyone does something. I have my own encyclopedia of nighttime horror stories. I once watched a man sleepwalk across my bedroom, pee in and around my wastebasket, and then sleepwalk out of the room. I was too spooked to follow him, so I dont know where else in my home he peed that night. When I mentioned it, he laughed and said that its just something that happens when I drink whiskey.

Nobody sleeps well with a new partner, and some of us even have trouble sleeping with people weve been with for a long, long time

Weve reevaluated so many things about dating. Weve changed our tune on how we meet (Tinder!) and how we ask for consent (often!), and I move that we change the rules of sleepovers, too. Nobody sleeps well with a new partner, and some of us even have trouble sleeping with people weve been with for a long, long time. I used to think that if I didnt sleep with someone after we had sex, the sex would be somehow cheapened, but curling up together for half an hour after sex can be just as pleasant a capstone as spending the night together, and you wont spend the next day feeling destroyed, resenting your partner for disrupting your sleep cycle. But before you barrel out of your lovers apartment under the banner of enlightenment, it can help to understand some of the anxieties at play here.

I, for example, have always harbored a fear that Ill unknowingly do something unattractive in slumber. When Im on a date, I may appear charming and relaxed-even smooth, if Im on my third drink-but actually every organ is engaged in an effort not to do anything ugly. When Im lying next to someone, as much as I want to fall asleep, Im also battling the temptation to remain awake and totally in control of my faculties. Maybe the Thanksgiving-dinner-level fatigue men get after they ejaculate overwhelms these concerns, or maybe Im just extra self-conscious. When you regard it as a sex act, sleeping next to someone is as intimate as it gets. My body might betray me in any number of ways, or my mate might study me in the dead of night-drooling, hair akimbo-and decide that I am hideous. We like to believe in a social contract that prevents us from judging each other for things we do while were sleeping, but I did judge the sleep-pisser. And even if my ex didnt judge me per se, the incident clearly carries an outsize weight in his memory of our time together.

If my ex had told me I snored, I would have spiraled.

On the other hand, I was relieved to learn that my worst sleep infraction, horrifying as it was, was an isolated occurrence (or so I hope). A much greater fear is that I habitually do something that disrupts the sleep of my bedfellows: If my ex had told me I snored, I would have spiraled. Like many women, I often struggle to balance my own needs with my pathological courtesy. (One time on a plane, a man asked me if he could sit in my aisle seat, because his legs were too long for the middle-they werent-and I said yes, even though Id paid extra to sit on the aisle.) The thought of someone else losing sleep on my behalf literally keeps me up at night. When I said as much to a light-sleeping friend, she nodded somberly. I havent slept well in two weeks because I feel bad kicking out the guy Im dating, she said. He lives an hour away, and I dont want to inconvenience him. A martyr for the ages: She would rather subject herself to six hours locked in sleepless torment than subject a man to one hour on public transit.

Especially early on, theres a good chance that your mate will be secretly relieved if you dont stay over, but you still have to be delicate about leaving (and even more delicate about asking someone to leave). Because of the stigma rom-com culture has placed on leaving after sex, broaching the subject deserves a larger discussion. Be specific, honest, and, ideally, self-deprecating about why you dont want to sleep over. Saying, I snore and I dont want to keep you up, so I probably wont stay over makes you seem respectful and responsible, whereas saying, I have to get up really early tomorrow as youre putting on your clothes makes you seem like a jerk. Even if you really do have to get up early tomorrow, the context makes it feel like a rejection. If theres a window, deploy your excuse earlier, precoital, when youre on your way up to her apartment or your apartment-when, in short, youre sure its on. When you move to leave later, it wont feel like a slap in the face. It will feel like the plan.

Then, when youre starfished in your own bed, dont lose any sleep over it: Shes starfished in her bed, thinking not of the dumb face you make while youre sleeping but rather of your six-pack and lumberjack arms.

Meet Nkechi Cryan, the art consultant committed to safeguarding Africa’s space in the global art community, one artist at a time

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 11:00 PM PDT

Nkechi Cryan
As we drive into the underground car park of Eko Pearl Towers, nestled in the heart of Lagos' most prolific real estate master stroke, Eko Atlantic, the stage is set for a new era.

Eko Atlantic represents a new dawn for a city on the rise. What better place to hold an exhibition for an artist that represents a new generation of artistry; that is part of Lagos' burgeoning cultural ecosystem.

One woman that is leading the charge is the formidable Nkechi Cryan, the art consultant committed to safeguarding Africa's space in the global art community, one artist at a time, founder of the Niki Cryan art consultancy. As her heels click against the gleaming floors of the exhibition hall, Nkechi's quiet charm is palpable. Clad in a perfectly- tailored blue dress, with her strawberry blonde pixie cut, Nkechi is a striking sight all by herself. Small but mighty, this dynamic young art connoisseur is the woman who has Lagos' art scene nestled in the palm of her delicate hand.

On behalf of the Niki Cryan art consultancy, Nkechi provides a range of bespoke services. According to her website:

I seek to develop the careers of a select few emerging artists, to advocate for both the business and creative interests of my clients.

In an advisory role, whether assisting with your first purchase or working alongside collectors to find the right works to complement an existing collection, my aim is to provide a bespoke service that best meets the needs of each collector.

When collaborating with galleries, I strive to create exceptional experiences for patrons by leveraging the excitement of pop up spaces and the power of digital media.

Creating a 360 experience with art and innovation at the center of everything she does, Nkechi Cryan is committed to edifying African art to the world.

What started as a genuine love and appreciation for art and expression has evolved into an impressive business model, an art consultancy that is dedicated to the business of art; freeing artists to focus on what matters, creating.

Sitting down on a plush leather sofa, Nkechi began to explain why Lagos and most importantly, why now?

''I had been ready to start and launch my consultancy when I moved back to Lagos. Lagos is in an amazing place culturally, it's the new cultural center and I'm grateful to be here and begin here.

I was always an artist myself and always drawing and painting but I was drawn to the business side of art too, in particular working with artists. I believe it's so important for artists to be able to focus on creating and they need people to work with them and help them make a living. It's like any career, everyone should be appreciated and given the right support.

I was working in the arts and for me, because of my interest in artists careers, I decided that I wanted to focus more on the artist, helping them build a career, build a market, a new economy. Lagos is a great first stop for me because I'm based here so it makes perfect sense.''

Nkechi's artist of choice for exhibition certainly has an interesting story. Boxer turned mixed-media artist Irvin Pascal creates powerful pieces which challenge our notions of consumerism, what it means to be African and emit a masculine energy that's undeniably intoxicating. With all the artists Nkechi comes across in her line of work, we were curious to know why she chose to work with Irvin in particular.

'I have been observing Irvin's career and work from a distance and I thought he was so unique. I had been working as a consultant and I also had an Instagram account called 'Art News Africa' which has been chronicling the African art revolution for the last 5 years.

African art and artists are so diverse. Not just Africans in Africa but in the diaspora too; Black British, Black American, Caribbean artists, we are all a part of the conversation and they are what I wanted to focus on.

When I saw Irvin's work, I loved the use of black, the use of material and the physicality of in his pieces. He makes his own material and he's constantly working. There's a dedication there, his work is consistent, he's constantly working and it's that dedication to his craft that I resonated with.''

Irvin, who flew into Lagos, in the midst of a Los Angeles residency and whose work is displayed in Berlin is a global artist with an international reputation. Nkechi could have chosen to hold his exhibition anywhere in the world but she chose Lagos. Nkechi, like many other creatives, is recognising the valuable cultural capital that Lagos holds. Its creative scene is rapidly expanding with a growing number of opportunities for art lovers and creators alike.

'I think in the last few years, I have been observing how the Lagos art market has grown significantly. There are good auctions, amazing art fairs, lots of new galleries popping up . I think that Lagos is well on the way to being, in fact it's a player already.

When people think of the new center for the art world, Lagos is coming away from the fringes; we're having international artists coming over, Yinka Shonibare and Kehinde Wiley, who painted Obama was here. Of course, they're challenges like anything that's still growing but I think the more players, the more artists that come onto the scene, it's just going to get better.

Nigerians are just so talented whether it's music or art and I think it's about having the right ecosystem and having people who are pushing and working hard to make things happen. The more people who are involved and passionate, it's only going to get better.''

Judging by the success of Irvin's exhibition, it's clear that Nkechi and the Niki Cryan international fine art consultancy are onto a winning formula. Irvin virtually sold-out and generated a buzz around his work with many clamouring to get a piece of the elusive artist.

For the seasoned art collector, it's business as usual but for a novice, the whole community can seem a little daunting. Nkechi explained that art, much like anything we buy, comes from love.

''When it comes to collecting art, my advice would be to follow your heart. With art, you have to love what you're buying. You should always look for things that you want to live with. If you're someone who enjoys collecting pieces, as long as you enjoy doing it.

It's also important to remember why you want to collect. If you're collecting out of love's sake, keep doing it but be observant. You want to work with people who know the business of art, go on Instagram, talk to people who are in the know, go to art fairs. Go to openings and absorb the art, figure out what you like. However, don't be too rigid.

Some people have very niche collections whilst others have very general ones. It's the same as buying clothes or shoes, it's just another thing that you love.''

Finally, Nkechi, an expert in Lagos' thriving art scene shares a gallery off the beaten path that she would recommend. In the spirit of watching artists grow and being a part of that journey, she suggests a gallery that is committed to nurturing young talent. ''I think Re Le gallery is a great one. They have a great program that has been very consistent over the last few years and they have lots of young exciting artists.
They have the Young Contemporaries program where you get to meet new artists.

I love young artists because you get to meet them at very early stages in their career and watch them grow.''

A nurturer in every sense of the world, Nkechi Cryan is using the power of the digital age, her extensive knowledge of art and her desire to support and protect African artists to create something remarkable.

As Lagos' cultural ecosystem continues to grow, we must pay homage to a woman that is forging a path with her bare hands.

PlayStation's State of Playstream debuts today

PlayStation's new video showcase, State of Play, debuts today.

The first episode, kicking off on Monday, March 25 at 14:00 Pacific Time (23:00 CAT), will share new updates and announcements for PS4 and PS VR software. It will feature things like new trailers, new game announcements and new gameplay footage.

This will be an alternative way for Sony to showcase its upcoming projects since the company announced that it would not be at E3 this year. This follows the suit of other major game developers like Nintendo, who opted out of big press conferences with their Nintendo Direct presentations. It also won't be a one-time thing. More State of Play streams will be announced later in 2019 and perhaps further on.

Games we expect to see in this State of Play include PS4 exclusives like Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us Part II, Concrete Genie, Dreams, and Death Stranding.

You can watch live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter or Facebook worldwide. There will also be a VOD edition shortly after the episode airs.

West Africa-based pay-as-you-go solar company raises $25million series C funding round

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 09:10 AM PDT

West Africa-based pay-as-you-go (PAYG) solar company, PEG Africa has completed a US$25 million Series C round from existing and new investors to take its total raised to date to US$50 million. PEG will use this latest round of investment to cement its position as a market leader in West Africa, where it already has operations in Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal.

PEG provides credit for useful and productive assets, such as solar home systems, to underserved households in West Africa via its PAYG financing model. This enables its customers to replace their perpetual spending on poor-quality polluting fuels such as kerosene with solar energy.

"As the first PAYG financing company to set up in West Africa, we have always felt that we could build a large, profitable business by being laser-focused on financing the solar needs of underserved customers in this region. Our solar solutions deliver better, cleaner and cheaper energy to our customers, and we have been successful at expanding rapidly and profitably while improving the lives of some of the poorest and most vulnerable in the countries we operate in. More than 50 per cent of PEG's customers earn less than US$3 per day, while 89 per cent do not have access to the national electricity grid, and 82 per cent never received financing or access to credit before PEG entered their lives.' said PEG CEO, Hugh Whalan.

CDC Managing Director Holger Rothenbusch said, "We are very excited to be supporting PEG, which is the leading off-grid solar company in West Africa. This facility is the first local currency debt provided by CDC to a solar company in the region and marks an important step towards reducing the sector's exposure to currency fluctuations and increasing its long term financial sustainability."

PEG serves over 60,000 households (more than 300,000 beneficiaries) through 70 service centres, over 400 full-time staff and 550 commission based sales agents. More than 150 million people live with no access to electricity in West Africa and spend up to 30 per cent of their incomes on poor quality, polluting and sometimes dangerous fuels like kerosene, candles and batteries. Acknowledging this growth potential, Ademidun Edosomwan, Senior Investment Manager at Total Energy Ventures said "We have been following PEG for a while, and PEG's leadership in West Africa, where Total also has a large footprint, made it a logical investment."

What can we expect from Apple's 'Show Time' event today?

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 08:52 AM PDT

A number of Apple devices saw upgrades this week. These included the iMac, iPad Air and mini, and AirPods. Now, these upgrades are being followed up with an event where the company is expected to announce its highly anticipated video streaming service.

Invitations were sent out to media a while ago for what is being called Apple's "Show Time" event on the 25th of March. The wording in the invite is regarded as a throwback to the 2006 Special Event where Apple announced iTV. That service later turned into the Apple TV we know today and now there's a new television-esque service on the horizon.

Alongside the video streaming service, it's also anticipated that Apple will be announcing both gaming and news subscription services.

The gaming service was first mentioned back in January by Cheddar and will reportedly let users access a library of iOS games by paying a monthly subscription fee.

A year ago, Apple took over Texture, a virtual magazine newsstand. Known as the "Netflix of magazine publishing", Texture had around 200 magazines available for a monthly subscription. This acquisition was a big step in painting Apple as a spokesman for trusted media sources and now it is taking the next step by offering its own news subscription service.

As for the streaming service, it is set to compete with other massive streaming services like Amazon, Netflix and Hulu. How much it will differ from current Apple TV offerings right now is still uncertain, but there does seem to be an emphasis on offering bundles with cable services like HBO, Showtime and Starz. There are also whispers of original content, but some reports, such as one from Tech Crunch, suggest that this content will be free.

The event will begin at 10 AM PT (7 PM CAT) on Monday, March 25, and will be hosted inside Cupertino's Steve Jobs Theater. To watch a live stream of the event, or to watch a live stream of the empty theatre as a teaser to the event later today, click through to

African youths urged to deliver new Africa

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 08:12 AM PDT

Adama Barrow
The President of the Republic of The Gambia, His Excellency Adama Barrow has urged African youths to work towards delivering a new Africa.

He also challenged the African youths to look at the urgency of the challenges confronting the continent especially the youth constituency and find ways at addressing it.

The President who was represented by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Hadrammeh Sidibeh stated this while declaring the 3rd Pan African Youth Conference on African Unity and Development and the General Assembly of African Youth Commission (AYC) open in Banjul, The Gambia.

"Pan Africanism and African integration, governance and employment, irregular migration, peace and security, health and well being and climate change remain a concern of all from politicians, experts, activists to citizens particularly Africans.

" Young African leaders like you must continue to initiate, innovate and inspire to address these concerns", he said.

Sidibeh then lamented the increasing rate of poverty in Africa stressing on the need to confront this heads on.

"The paradox of Africa is the other of civilization. Africa is the cradle of humanity, Africa is the richest continent on earth but yet her sons and daughter continue to languish in poverty and other human conditions which must be confronted heads on."

Offa robbery: Court refuses post-mortem examination of dead suspect

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 08:03 AM PDT

Offa Robbery
Kwara state High Court sitting in Ilorin, the state capital Monday refused the exhumation of the corpse of the death principal suspect, Michael Adikwu in the April 5th, 2018 bloody Offa robbery incident, for post-mortem examination to determine the cause of his death.

But the court granted the prayer of the defence asking for an independent examination of the alleged gunshot injuries sustained by the first, second and third accused persons in the case.

The accused persons Ayoade Akinnibosun (1st accused person), Ibikunle Ogunleye (2nd accused person) and Adeola Abraham (3rd accused person), Salaudeen Azeez (4th accused person) and Niyi Ogundiran (5th accused person) were in court.

Earlier, the 5th accused person (Niyi Ogundiran) narrated in the court how the police extracted his confessional statement from him under duress.

The first, second and third accused persons had at the last adjourned date accused the police of shooting them on the legs to instill fear in them before extracting statement from them.

They also alleged that the police shot death Michael Adikwu while in their custody contrary to what the police said that the man died of an ailment in a hospital.

As a result, defence counsel Mathias Emeribe said that "in view of the fact that the four accused persons had given their stories, I hereby apply for an independent medical examination of the legs of the first,
second and third accused persons to determine whether the wounds on their legs are products of gunshots.

"I also ask for an order to carry out autopsy on the death of Michael Adikwu, the principal suspect so as to find corroboration to evidence of especially the 5th accused person as well as all the other three
persons.

"The essence of this is not unconnected with the fact that Adikwu was initially one of the accused persons charged along with others and it is important that one of their own was allegedly killed before them. The fact of the cause of the death must be determined in order to find out the truth as top how the confessional statements were obtained.

"The name Michael Adikwu was repeated consistently by all the four accused persons in this trial within trial and I think it will be in the interest of justice for the accused persons to put in a proper
defence to get the result of that medical examination."
But prosecution counsel Prof Wahab Egbewole (SAN) opposed the application vehemently, describing it as strange.

Said Egbewole: "I urge the court to refuse this strange application; justice is not a one way traffic. It is available to all the parties and not only for the accused.

"For the record, this is a trial within trial specifically to determine the voluntariness of the statements of the accused persons. It is not for the court to look for evidence to corroborate his allegation. It is for him to do that.

"This application is tantamount to inviting your lordship to come to the arena. The application is clearly shopping for evidence. The shooting of Adikwu has no relevance to the issues of a trial within
trial."

Having listened to both parties, presiding judge, Justice Halima Salman took a shot break of proceeding before delivering her ruling.

In her ruling Justice Salman said "the court will avail all the parties all the facilities available in this case. It is therefore in the interest of justice and fair hearing to allow for a medical examination to know whether the healed wounds on the three suspects' legs emanated from gunshots. I therefore grant the first prayer.

"On the post-mortem examination of the corpse of the dead Michael Adikwu, there is nothing the autopsy will add to this case. It is baseless and pointless to grant the second prayer."

Adesua Etomi discusses personal style with Vogue magazine as they crown her Nollywoods 'rom-com queen'

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 06:25 AM PDT

Adesua Etomi
Adesua Etomi's Vogue cover still has the whole of Nigeria reeling as she flies the flag for the country. Now, she sits down to talk about her personal style.

Last week, Nigeria's Nollywood darling shocked us all by dropping a US Vogue cover. The actress was chronicled alongside other actresses as part of a group of rising global acting icons. The stunning Adesua was pictured alongside stars like Scarlett Johansson, Depika Padukone and Eiza Gonzalez.

In a more in-depth feature with Vogue, Adesua talks about her personal style and mentions some of her favourite Nigerian designers including Mai Atafo, Purple and Tope FnR.

She walks the style bible through a range of looks including sharp tailoring, a more casual look with sneakers and a classic pair of tailored trousers with a chiffon blouse.

Vogue writes:

As one of Nigeria's brightest stars, Adesua Etomi makes every outfit count. Nollywood, the nation's thriving film community, is filled with well-dressed actresses, but Etomi leads a new generation of women who work locally but think globally. She is the rare leading lady who can move seamlessly between drama and comedy: Etomi trained in the theater, performing classics like The Crucible, before making the jump to the big screen with her breakthrough role in 2014's Knocking on Heavens Door, which centered on an abusive relationship between a seemingly perfect couple.

Etomi's dramatic work won her raves, but U.S. audiences know her best as Nollywood's rom-com queen. Her uproariously funny global smash, The Wedding Party, satirized the tradition of fantasy nuptials down to the smallest detail and quickly became the nation's highest grossing film of all time.

Though she stands at the center of the world's second-largest film market (only India produces more), you don't need to have be a cinéaste to keep up with her. On Instagram where she boasts over 2 million followers, Etomi's presence looms large. She's free to update fans about her latest projects, encourage them to vote in their local elections, and share a few sweetheart selfies with husband, musician Banky W., and she makes the most of her platform, especially where style is concerned.

Etomi is apt to share a picture of herself in ornate gowns from Lagos-based labels like Purple and Matopeda, or switch gears with a sharp Mai Atafo suit. She always makes a point to showcase the best in African design, keeping her outfits as varied as the roles she takes on.

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 03:16 PM PDT

Eniola Badmus
Eniola Badmus got many of her fans and Instagram followers scared on Saturday, March 23, 2019, when she wrote, "I'm thinking suicide" on her Instastory.

Seeing her late mother.....

In late February, Eniola Badmus told her 2 million followers on Instagram that she died and saw her mum in heaven.

It made her cry like a child according to a comment displayed on her Instastory on the 27th day of the month.

She is missing her mum in an IG post she published 13 days earlier. Getting by in life would have been easier if she still had her around.

"Dear mum, living without you is still an alien feeling to me, I wonder if I'll ever understand it, I miss you with every passing day.

"Without you the last few years has been the most difficult journey of life, going through it alone without your motivation and smile is the hardest way to live."

Much later, precisely, on Saturday, March 2, 2019, her thoughts on IG were focused on her late father, who departed two years ago.

Losing him was a nightmare manifesting according to the actress who still cannot deal with the pain of not having him around no more.

"People say time heals every pain. But I am still in pain. How can I replace your love, your care? I miss you dad. Your girl misses you so much."
