According to an eyewitness, the arrest was due to the fact that he breached an endorsement agreement between the two parties. He was, however, later granted bail after signing an undertaking to pay N300k, today, and balance up later.  This was contained in a statement on Monday, July 22, 2019 by the Force Spokesman, DCP Frank Mba, that the take-over of the case was to ensure a speedy, thorough, fair and impartial investigation in Abuja. The case of rape was raised by Mrs Busola Dakolo, who claimed that she was raped by Fatoyinbo some years ago. Frank said that the IGP had ordered the Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG) in charge of Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Mr Michael Ogbizi, to immediately take-over the investigations.  He said that the DIG would also take over the investigation of the complaint made by Fatoyinbo against the Dakolos, in addition to providing a personal supervision to all facets of the investigation. "In the same vein, the IGP has directed that the procedure which the police operatives adopted in serving invitation letters on Timi and Busola Dakolo on July 20, be subjected to rigorous and discreet scrutiny. "This is to ascertain its conformity with Police Standard Operating Procedure and International Best Practices. "While urging the public and the parties involved in the cases to remain calm and patient, the IGP assures of unalloyed police professionalism in the matter," he said. According to him, the idea is to ensure justice and fair-hearing to all the parties, with each case being treated purely on its merit. Big Brother puts all the housemates up for possible eviction following their disobedience of the house rules. As with each nomination process, the housemates get to put up two of their fellow housemates up for possible eviction. With last Sunday's eviction hammer still fresh in their memories, the housemates have come to understand the rules of the game. They each took turns in the diary room to make their nominations as usual, but it turned out that 'Biggie' had other plans. In what could have been Jeff and Thelma topping the list with six and five nomination nods respectively, Biggie in yet another twist announces that all 16 housemates have been nominated and hence up for possible eviction next week Sunday. The reason for this decision as Biggie later revealed was their punishment for disobeying house rules which he said included: refusal to attend morning workout sessions, whispering and speaking inaudibly amongst other infringements. Khafi unluckily does not have the option to replace or save herself as her Veto Power, which she won during the Veto Power Holder Game of Chance on Sunday night, was made redundant. While the video has been garnering enough positive feedback, there seem to be some of the fans who alleged Beyoncé might have stolen some concepts of the video. In an allegation that seems true, there are similarities between Beyoncé's video and that of South African singer, Petite Noir. There are also notable similarities in the costumes of the video and fantasy horror movie "Suspiria".  This has caused a lot of controversies online as "Diet Prada", a fashion watchdog account shared the similarities between the video and the Suspiria movie. Similarly, so many other social media accounts joined Diet Prada to compare and contrast the videos of Beyoncé and Petit Noir which have made many people believed Beyoncé' video was indeed a copied project.
