| Posted: 28 Aug 2019 12:30 AM PDT Popular Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo has revealed that she stopped going to church because she does not understand what Christianity is all about.  The Kwese TV presenter admitted believing in the existence of God and Jesus Christ but stated that Christianity is complex as there are so many contradictory dogmas and sects within the Christendom. "I used to attend church when i was young, i would follow my mum to church but as i grow up, i stopped attending church because I don't really understand what this religion is all about" she said. On being controversial, Efia Odo said in the interview on Hitz FM; "I am not controversial. I think I am myself in a different land. It's your choice to believe my truth or not. That speaks more about you than me. Because you want to hear and believe the negative"  | ||
| Message a FUNAAB student received after her phone got stolen Posted: 28 Aug 2019 12:00 AM PDT  A student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), shared a message he got from the thief that stole her phone after she consistently dialled the number. According to Lindaikeji, the phone thief who presumably is a female sent a message which, revealed that she decided to steal the phone because they've also stolen hers twice. She asked the phone owner to move on and also told her not to anticipate getting back the phone.  Read the message from the phone thief below; "Don't hope on anything dear. I'm sorry. My phone has been stolen twice since I came to FUNAAB, take someone else's too. Since we've decided to all be mad. Let's keep the cycle moving. I'm sorry it had to be your phone. It could have been anyone else. Between I'm not a brother and you are wasting your time trying to reach out to me. Move on with life like I've moved on. Sucess in your chem test"    | ||

 For one, Jackye opened up on her relationship with Mike. She revealed that she had no deep, romantic feelings for the British entrepreneur. According to the beautiful lady, he was just like a big brother to her in the house. Jackye also said that she interacted more with Mike because his intellectual strength was higher than that of other housemates. Even more, she urged people to do away with the mindset that, as a lady, being friends with a married man is the same as having feelings for him.  Leaving this topic, Jackye expressed her dislike for Tacha whom she called a walking time-bomb. According to her, the lady has a bad energy that prevents anyone from successfully having a conversation with her. News Agency of Nigeria reports that the list was released by the International Committee of the All Africa Music Awards on Monday. The Continental categories are made up of the different genres of African music from Hip-Hop, Jazz, R 'n'B, Pop and Reggae, Ragga and Dancehall. Other coveted categories include 'Song of the Year', 'Album of the Year', 'Producer of the Year' and 'Best African Collaboration' among others. Leading the sixth AFRIMA nominations scorecard is South Africa's Nasty C with nine nominations including 'Best Male Artiste in Southern Africa' and 'Artiste of the Year in Africa'. His other nominations are 'Song of the Year in Africa', 'Producer of the Year in Africa', 'Best African Rapper/Lyricist', 'Best African Collaboration' and 'Best Artiste, Duo or Group in African Hip-Hop'. The others are 'Songwriter of the Year in Africa' and 'Best Artiste, Duo or Group in African R'n'B and Soul'. I mean it was without a doubt The Best news I have ever had & God knows I wanted to shout it out so as to be heard to the ends of the earth BUT I had to … Not because I was ashamed or nothing of the sort. Hey, I'm a Grown woman let's be Real. I was Afraid. I was afraid of exposing My best news to the negativity of little & sad minded people of which unfortunately happen to be a lot… I wanted to enjoy this journey, savor every little moment, understand what was happening to me, my body, keep my sanity for my good & the good of my unborn child. Pregnancy is indeed a roller coaster ride and as Ecstatic as I was, it really hit me. My friends all knew- if you didn't oh well- maybe that's your cue. I went shopping & out a lot & took lots of photos with my beautiful fans – Selfies Only of course & never felt the need to cover up or hide anything- And why should I? Do you know the struggle a lot of women go through to get what I have? A Free Gift from God! And you think at 35 I ought to feel some type of way because someone has an unsolicited opinion about me? Yaw who recently celebrated his birthday, took to his IG page to thank all his well-wishers then used the opportunity to tell his story.  "If my whole body were to be a mouth it wouldn't be enough to give praises to Almighty God! Surviving two accidents, one my power bike accident on 3rd Mainland Bridge and a car accident on Ozumba Mbadiwe in V.I.May 1st the official apartment I stayed in got burnt around 8.50am as I was getting ready to go to work. Wow! It can only be God. Need I say the betrayals from the ones I trusted. Those are the worst accidents ever!!! But guess what; the exceptionalities about all these made me stronger and better. No grudges but to thank them because it made me discover the new me. In life, I see opportunities not difficulties lessons learnt onto the next one. I was a year older on the 23rd of August! And I give God all praises. Thanks to all those that sent birthday wishes and sang for me. I appreciate. The singer was joined by some Magodo residents, who also revealed that they have enjoyed an uninterrupted power supply.  Simi, who just like every regular Nigerian finds uninterrupted power supply unnatural, stated that she does not know what to do about it. She wrote: "Guys. We've had light for over a week. I don't know what to do." It was alleged that the uninterrupted power occurred in Magodo, area of Lagos state after the residents signed a deal Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company.
