Bates White is an economic consulting firm based in Washington, DC that specializes in providing advanced economic, financial, and econometric analysis to law firms, companies, and government agencies. Their work spans a variety of practice areas such as Antitrust, Intellectual Property, and Finance among others. Some of their recent work includes AT&T/Time Warner, FTC vs Qualcomm, and analysis of mortgage-backed securities during the Great Recession.

The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism (START), based here at the University of Maryland, is now accepting applications for the Spring 2020 Internship Program! The priority application deadline, for best consideration, is on Sunday, October 27th, and the final application deadline is on Sunday, November 10th.

Each project may have additional requirements, including minimum credit hours, preferred majors and compulsory meeting times.
