| Lagos based car dealer seizes Bobrisky car over unpaid balance Posted: 02 Sep 2019 11:50 AM PDT  Bobrisky is in apoplectic hysteria after the police brought his birthday party to a halt during the weekend. As if that was not enough, an unfortunate event followed the disruption of his party when the automobile dealer that sold Bobrisky's new car to him seized the car over unpaid balances.  The car dealer in his post on social media claimed Bobrisky bought the car on credit, making just a part payment on the car and narrated how difficult it was for him to get back his car, despite trying everything possible to settle the issue with Bobrisky amicably. He wrote: #bobrisky222 please pay your balance and you get you car re-delivered immediately. . Have been more than nice in condoling your attitudes and still very nice to tell my agent to go ahead and deliver the car to you just so you can use it for your birthday. . My agent had to go to the police station to write series of statements and provide all necessary documents before the car was released to him; as the location it was kept was already sealed up by the police. . We had a written agreement and it states that we still have full security hold on the car until all payments has been fully made. Gave you series of discount on this particular car just to support your brand. . For the record we've delivered cars to over two hundreds Nigerians and it's always been a very smooth and hassle free transaction. . I know you are really tensed right now and am not happy either about what happened about your birthday. I told you i will still send my support whichever way I can. . | Bobrisky reacts after car dealer seized his new ‘Range Rover’ over unpaid balance Posted: 02 Sep 2019 11:46 AM PDT Bobrisky is still dealing with a couple of issues as a result of his birthday party that was disrupted by armed policemen last weekend. The issue of his new 'Range Rover' that was to be unveiled at the party but didn't happen has been a topic on social media for a few hours now and his car dealer even had to call him out. In his reaction, Bobrisky narrated his version of the story and called the car dealer a 'hater in disguise'. See his full post below… This 2019 Range was supposed to be my birthday gift to mark my 28yr birthday.. the party that was canceled for no single reason till now. Before buying dis car from the idiot, just last two month I got a Benz CLA from dis same goat without seeing him or meeting with him. Have sent over 30,000,000 (30million) to dis Bastard without knowing him. I sent the money to him base on trust nothing else more….. so going back to when I ordered this car. I told him dis car must land in Nigeria before my birthday else I will ask for a refund. A week to my birthday he was asking me for another money to clear the car from the port which he said the total money was 6,500,000. I immediately send him 3,000,000 that when the car is out I will balance him his 3.5million. The last time I paid fully for my Benz this guy use over one week extra to bring out my car just because he thought I was stupid to have paid him completely. After he brought the car to the venue of my birthday I promise to balance him his 3.5m on Monday which we both sign an agreement because he told me he borrowed the money from his friend to clear the car. This part is very important I want you all to read carefully.  After the whole drama that happen on my birthday I gave my car key to those people that came to deliver the car at the venue so they can bring the car back to me that was yesterday. This guy drove away with my car after signing agreement to pay them the balance of the clearing today. I then call him that where is my car, he said the guy that borrowed him the money to clear the car said he want his balance. I then said to him if you want your balance we both sign an agreement today not yesterday. If you guys noticed I haven't posted dis car yet because I don't fake. I wanted to make sure no story after that was why I still held on posting. They are some people you don't deal with because they are haters in disguise. They wanna be close to you because of your money not that dey love you.  | ||

| PDP Federal Lawmaker Sacked By Tribunal Posted: 02 Sep 2019 07:30 AM PDT  According to media reports, the decision was made on Monday. Mr Salam is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). According to Punch Newspaper, the tribunal cancelled elections in some units across four local government areas of the constituency as a result of over-voting. The panel also ordered a rerun in the units. In his reaction, Mr Salam in a telephone interview with PREMIUM TIMES on Monday afternoon said he rejected the decision of the tribunal. Salam, however, told our correspondent that next step will be made known after consulting his legal representatives. "We are discussing with our lawyers and certainly, the next line of action will be taken after due consultation with my lawyer.
