University Costume day is a day to showcase various designs/outfit under the guise of creativity. And these students from the Faculty of Education, UNIBEN didn't disappoint.

Here are interesting photos showing how students of University of Benin (UNIBEN) celebrated their costume day. Ranging from dressing as marlians, a nurse and a sick patient, to being portrayed as police officers, the students ensured they entertained others with their costumes.

Photos of Nigerian students of UNIBEN, dressed as Marlians to celebrate their faculty's costume day, has stirred reactions and comments on Twitter.

Marlians movement proprietor, Naira Marley released his song 'soapy' this year and in the video, they were all dressed in orange outfits to mimic prison attires.

Okey Bakassi turns 50 today October 23, 2019, and to celebrate his special day, he released some really adorable photos.

The veteran comedian and movie star took to his Instagram page where he shared some photos. Trust us when we say, Okey looked like a million bucks in those photos. He went on to celebrate himself on his special day and love everything he wrote.

Nollywood actress, Nnaji Charity is presently jubilating over Mompha's arrest, after the embattled Dubai-based Nigerian man publicly shamed her for begging him for money.

Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha got arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over internet related fraud and money laundering.

Reacting to the news of the Dubai-based Nigerian man's arrest via Instagram, Nnaji Charity expressed how overjoyed she is with the development, and stated her interest in paying him a courtesy visit to give him food.

An unidentified Nigerian lady revealed that the ambassadorial deal which Mercy claimed to have bagged with "Moet" is a scam.

She also shared screenshots of her chat with the rep of the company, who claimed that the company does not have any ambassador programs open at the moment.

According to the lady, Cubana Chiefpriest is a distributor of Moet Hennessy, and Mercy is hiding under the guise of Cubana's relationship with the company, to pose as a brand ambassador.


Recall that the BBNaija 2019 winner, Mercy took to social media to announce herself as the newest brand ambassador of Moet Hennessey.

Nigerian lady reveals that she is few weeks pregnant for Davido

Two sisters Susan and Helen have come out to accuse Ace musician, Davido of denying his responsibility after impregnating one of them.
The ladies are seen in the video claiming that the singer got one of them impregnated after they met few weeks ago at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos.

They claim they're not after the singer's money but only want him to father the child he put into one of them… There's been mized reactions over their allegations as a lot of people on social media are parading them as clowns seeking for cheap clout.

Their 'accent' which is rather 'foreign' and possibly originates from their tongues alone, is what has some social media users amused and not taking their allegations serious.

The video is in the form of an interview as the person behind the camera asks few questions while they vent their anger over the singer's failure to acknowledge he's going to be fathering a new child from them.

The person behind the camera – a lady presumably – asks how long the pregnancy has gone and the response is "just few weeks now".

We earlier brought you report on two ladies who called out ace singer, Davido for getting one of them pregnant and refusing to take responsibility.
According to the video currently going viral on social media, the two ladies who claimed Davido impregnated one of them.

The lady claimed that they met the singer at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos. They also made it known that they are not after the singer's money but only want him to father the child he put into one of them. (See full gist here)

Well, Davido got a hold of the video quite quickly and as such, has responded to the development just as fast as it ensued. Taking to the comment section of a post of the video on social media, the singer says they pregnancy is "audio pregnancy"

Kenyan socialite, Huddah Monroe advises female borrowers to go into prostitution

Kenyan socialite, model and entrepreneur, Huddah Monroe has advised chronic female borrowers to start selling their bodies for money.

According to Huddah, it is better to go into prostitution and remain independent, than to put your problems on other people's heads.

The entrepreneur also maintained that females should do whatever they feel would generate enough profit to enable them cater for themselves, and shun what people would say about it.

Davido promises to sue sisters who accused him of impregnating one of them

Davido has promised to sue the two sisters who earlier made a video, accusing him of impregnating one of them and denying to take responsibility of the pregnancy.

Davido reacted in a lighter tone earlier on the trending issue of two ladies claiming they slept with him at Eko Hotel and one of them is pregnant. However, he has taken it seriously and promised to make sure the ladies involved are jailed.

According to him, this clout/internet validation thingy is getting out of hand. On Instagram, he wrote; "This hoes going to jail.. mark my words".


He then took to Twitter to confirm what he said. He wrote;

"Y'all taking this clout chasing and social media shit too far!! Imma go to the end of the world and use all my power to make sure dem hoes end up in prison!!!!!"

Davido is threatening fire and brimstone as he promises to send lady and her friend who accused him of getting her pregnant.

The music star made this known via his Instagram stories on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. According to him, they will be spending a long time in jail.

"These hoes going to jail!! Mark my words," he wrote.

He's making his threat come true by putting up a N1million reward for anybody who can provide him on details of the ladies involved.

In the over three minute video, the two women obviously irritated and angry claimed that Davido had through his manager, Lati accosted them during a birthday gathering at Eko Hotel in Lagos.

According to the lady, after having sex with Davido, she found out that she was pregnant and all moves made towards reaching Davido and his manager proved abortive.

The cyberspace was agog on Wednesday with the news of two young ladies accusing singer Davido of impregnating one of them.

Immediately the news hit the waves, Davido quickly denied the claims. The two young ladies have since released a new video via their Instagram account, claiming that they were just messing around.

The bogus claim came on the heels of the singer's delight at welcoming his first child, a male, with long-time girlfriend, Chioma Rowland, on Sunday.

Responding to the trending video in which the young lady and her sister say that Davido is responsible for her pregnancy, the singer says the lady's alleged pregnancy is "audio pregnancy," meaning the pregnancy is either not real, or that the lady's claim that he is responsible isn't true.

In the trending video, the older of the two young ladies who identifies herself as Helen, says she had been celebrating her birthday at the hotel when the encounter happened between the singer and her (presumably, younger) sister.

Reacting to the video, Davido says, "Ur pregnancy nah audio."

Also, in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle, Davido describes the claims of the sisters as an attempt at "clout chasing." He also vowed to send them to jail.

He tweeted, "Y'all taking this clout chasing and social media shit too far!! Imma go to the end of the world and use all my power to make sure dem h*** end up in prison!!!!!"

Ace musician, Davido has found the two sisters who accused him of impregnating one of them, and the musician has vowed to charge them N30billion for damages.

Davido stated that the two sisters will remain in jail till they provide N30billion to cover up the scandal they created.

Marketing and partnerships manager, Paula Audrey has tweeted an update to the rumors which alleged that Mercy's deal with Moet Hennessey was a faux.

Paula's remark was in favour of the rumors as she strongly maintained that Mercy did not bag any deal with Moet Hennessy because she was not up to their standard of selection.

According to Paula, Mercy and Cubana only paid a visit to the company, but they did not sign any sort of endorsement, as Mercy did not fit their celebrity endorsement guideline.


Paula also added that Mercy and Cubana's visit to the company was not in any way related to any 'endorsement', so she finds it hard to understand why she would cook up such a lie.

It seems like two Nigerian ladies, Susan and Helen, have entered hot water after they accused singer Davido of getting one of them pregnant. The ladies had released a video, claiming Susan is pregnant with Davido's child.

This video surfaced online days after it was revealed that the singer welcomed his first son with girlfriend and wife-to-be, Chioma.

Naira Marley to resume trial for his alleged ‘cyber fraud’ today

Nigerian hip hop artist Azeez Fashola, a.k.a. Naira Marley is due to be back at the Federal High Court in Lagos for a hearing on his alleged internet fraud case.

Naira Marley, known for his single 'Issa Goal', recently came under fire by renowned rapper, Ruggedman, for promoting Internet fraud in his music.

"The matter is coming up tomorrow," Wilson Uwujaren, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ((EFCC) spokesman, said yesterday.

Recall that in May, Justice Nicholas Onweibo adjourned the singer's internet fraud case to October 22, 23 and 24 for accelerated hearing.
He was granted an N2million bail, with two sureties in a like sum.

Controversial investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has recounted a rare coincidence, as she claims that Ace musician, Davido sexually harassed her the day his son was born.

Recall that Davido had announced the birth of his son , David Adedeji Ifeanyi Adeleke Jr in the early hours of Sunday, October 20.

The DMW chief shared the news on his verified Twitter handle, describing his wife-to-be, Chioma Rowland, as "strong."

A new photo of Gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele's three months old triplets, has just surfaced online.

The 51 year old Tungba gospel star, welcomed the triplets, two boys and a girl with his wife, Temitope in July, in a hospital in Maryland, United States of America.

Yinka Ayefele's marriage was childless for 25 years before the arrival of the set of triplets.

According to the artiste, who had an accident that resulted in a wheelchair confinement 22 years ago, there was no child in his marriage to Titilope and he never had any outside wedlock.

Well, the triplets are about three months old now and they are so adorable!
