Nigerian singer, Wizkid took to social media to react after Teni suffered a fall while attempting to show off her gymnastics skills in a mall.

Recall that Wizkid playfully agreed to father Teni's baby after the singer announced that she got pregnant immediately she listened to 'Joro'.

Teni had earlier shared a video of herself boasting about how much of a great gymnast she used to be. She decided to take her gymnastics show off one-step further and attempted a somersault, just after an almost successful landing, Teni had a great fall.

Gospel singer slams Tiwa Savage for releasing sultry photos

Gospel musician, Warepamor Sammy, has attacked Tiwa Savage over her seductive pictures going viral on social media, saying she's doing so much to stay in the limelight.

Sammy condemned the fact that Tiwa keeps appearing nude in her recent pictures and videos, just to remain in the limelight and be tagged a queen.

According to Sammy, appearing nude in her recent pictures and music videos is crappy and senseless.

Aremu Afolayan speaks on dating older women

Nollywood actor and scion of the legendary filmmaker, Aremu Afolayan, is undoubtedly a fine role interpreter.

However, apart from his talent, there have also been several insinuations online that the heavily built dude is a gigolo, serving as a boy toy, for older high profile women.

In a new interview with Sunday Scoop, Aremu Afolayan mentioned that it is nobody's business if he does that and even at that, it is an old news that was once circulated across the media.

The versatile actor, who referred to himself as a prostitute in business, mentioned that he is involved in so many businesses.

He said:

"That is an old gist, and I really don't want to talk about it. But, even if I am doing that, it is nobody's business. I am sure (the people talking, would) also want to do that (if they had the opportunity). I am a business man, and you can actually refer to me as a prostitute in business.

I sell cars, clothes, wrist watches, and many other things. Dating someone older than one is different from someone older paying one's bills. I don't think there is anything wrong in dating or marrying someone older than one."

Aremu Afolayan also mentioned that most female celebrities make more money than their male counterparts because they involve themselves in lots of side businesses."

Recall that Israel Adesanya knocked out Australian Robert Whittaker in the second round of the UFC 243 on Sunday morning to become the undisputed middleweight champion of the world.

The victory at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, capped The Last Stylebender's remarkable journey in the mixed martial arts. The Nigerian-born fighter needed less than two years and seven fights to clinch the middleweight title.

"I eat it and I give it back two times," Adesanya said after knocking out Whittaker. "That's a two-piece right there."

With his parents sitting outside the Octagon, Adesanya's domination of Whittaker, who was the UFC middleweight champion before the fight, was outstanding enough to earn him the Performance of the Night which comes with a $50, 000 prize money.

Adesanya has now extended his winning streak to 18 straight wins. The former kickboxing star came into the UFC with 11-0 straight wins. He won the interim middleweight title in Atlanta in April in his sixth UFC fight, dismantling Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 236.

His seventh successive victory landed him the undisputed middleweight champion title in front of 57,127 fans, a record crowd for a UFC fight.

The Kenyan singer took to her Twitter page to criticise the reality show and those who watch it, stressing that fans of the reality show should have invested that same amount of time building their businesses instead of watching other people's lives.


She wrote: 'No offense to anyone who watches big brother ….. but imagine if you invested that same amount of time Building your business as you watch other people's lives …. sometimes I think certain tv shows conspire to keep people dormant, distracted & jobless.'

EFCC Arrests & Arraign American For Allegedly Defrauding Nigerians 'In A Bogus Green Card Scam'

EFCC on Monday, October 7th arraigned an American, Marco Ramirez at an Ikeja Special Offences Court for allegedly defrauding two Nigerians in a bogus green card scam.

Ramirez alleged by the EFCC to be a serial fraudster was previously arraigned on June 22, 2017, before Justice Josephine Oyefeso, on 16-counts charge of conspiracy and obtaining under false pretences.

He was said to have defrauded three Nigerians - Amb. Godson Echejue, Mr Abubakar Umar and Mr Olukayode Sodimu of 545,000 dollars from February 2013 to August 2013 in Lagos. He had plead not guilty to the crime and was admitted to bail in the sum of $250,000. 

However, midway to the defendant's trial, the case file was transferred from Justice Oyefeso's court to Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court for speedy conclusion of the case. On June 20, he was re-arraigned before Justice Mojisola Dada on an amended 12-count charge of conspiracy and obtaining under false pretences for defrauding Echejue, Umar and Sodimu of $1.2million. 

He is standing trial in all the criminal suits alongside his companies – U.S.A Now LLC, Eagle Ford Instalodge Group LP and U.S.A Now Capital Group. Ramirez and his companies have however been arraigned on Monday by the EFCC on a fresh nine-count charge of obtaining money by false pretences.  

He allegedly defrauding two more Nigerians – Gabriel Edeoghon and Oludare Talabi of 388,838 dollars. According to Vera Aigboje, the prosecuting counsel for the EFCC, Ramirez committed the alleged offences in 2013 and 2014 in Lagos.

    "From May 22 to July 26, 2013, Ramirez on three occasions received a total of 291,290 dollars from Edeoghon. From Feb. 28, 2014 to April 17, 2014 Ramirez on six occasions received $97,549 from Talabi. 

    "He falsely represented to the defendants that the funds were investments into his companies in the Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) United States of America Investor Programme. Ramirez also falsely informed the complainants that their investments will qualify them to be eligible for a USA Green Card. 

    "The offences contravenes Section 1(3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act," Aigboje said.

Following the arraignment, the defence counsel, Mr Gboyega Oyewole, SAN, requested that the American enjoy the bail he had been granted by Justice Josephine Oyefeso in 2017.

    "He has been on administrative bail in the earlier matter since 2017 on conditions which we feel are enough to guarantee his presence before this honourable court. The condition given by Justice Oyefeso is that he be admitted to bail in the sum of 250,000 dollars which was complied with and he was never absent in court," Oyewole said.

Justice Dada obliged the SAN's request and ordered that Certified True Copy (CTC) of Justice Oyefeso's bail ruling be properly presented before the court. She adjourned the case until October 10 for trial.

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Worldwide,  on Sunday, spoke subtly on Vice President Yemi Osinbajo's ordeal in President Buhari's government.

The Man of God predicted that Osinbajo will overcome the situation, noting that God doesn't abandon one when he promotes.

According to a Vanguard report, Pastor Adeboye made the declaration at a special service to mark the 20th anniversary of RCCG Province 7 headquarters (Faith Chapel), Gwarinpa, Abuja.

Making reference to 1 Samuel 9: 18 and 19, the RCCG leader compared Osinbajo's emergence as vice president to that of Saul who became King of Israel without lobbying.

Adeboye, who was represented by the Assistant General Overseer, Education and Training, RCCG, Pastor Ezekiel Odeyemi.

The Cleric said: "I prayed with him (Osinbajo) a few moments ago, and God made me understand that before this man became a vice-presidential candidate, he never thought he could get to that position. He was not a politician.

"But destiny is very powerful. If God destines you to be in a place even if 100 people are lined up before you, they will all be disqualified. If God is the one promoting you, he will sustain you there.

"We are living in a nation where corruption is the order of the day. If we must experience the next level of glory, we must make up our minds not to defile ourselves. We must determine to be incorruptible."

Adeboye appealed to Nigerians to stop being negative about the country.

"We don't want anyone to be complacent. But, we want Nigerians to be pro-active and determined to move from one level to the next. We can't afford to give up," he added.

A video clip of a father showing off his intense dance moves at his daughter's wedding has gone viral. The yet-to-be identified father looked excited as he bursts several moves on the dance floor, leaving many internet users in awe.

In the clip which has since gone viral, the father-daughter duo were called out for their special dance and rather than going the traditional route and dancing to a slow song that will draw tears and emotions, the duo decided to battle it on the dance floor.



The father who rocked a simple native kaftan was seen schooling his daughter on his kind of dance. The bride looked elated as she watched her father express himself with his unique and hilarious dance moves.

Governor’s Convoy Blocked, Arms & Ammunition Carted Away

The Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi has banned all forms of wake-keep beyond 10 pm in the state following a recent incident in the state.

Umahi said that in any case where such event must pass the stipulated time, the organisers must seek permission from the local government chairman, who would be held responsible if anything occurs, The Nation reports.

He announced the ban and also ordered the immediate arrest, prosecution and imprisonment of all those involved in a recent roadblock against his convoy.

The convoy of the Governor was reportedly blocked along Onicha Road in Onicha Local Government Area of the State while on his way back to the State capital from his Uburu, Ohaozara home on Friday night.

The roadblock was said to have been mounted by a group of people observing a wake-keep sequel to a burial ceremony in the area.

While receiving some guests at the State Executive Chambers in Abakaliki, the governor decried the development, saying it is a criminal breach of the law.

He alleged that the culprits made away with a gun belonging to an Army Officer and expressed worries over what they could have done if it had been an ordinary victim that encountered them.

He also detailed his security aides to ensure that all the culprits were identified and brought for prosecution and possible imprisonment.

Umahi narrated: "Yesterday night, I was coming back by 12 midnight. Of course I had to stop over at the College to inspect projects but when we got to Onicha, they blocked the road.

"Even with the litany of Army and the Police and everything, they did not even want to open the road. Then I said they should arrest all of them but most of them ran away. I think they even took a gun of an Army Officer.

"So the Chairman of the Local Government, the House of Assembly members and coordinators, they are working very hard and the SSA on Security: they are all there to sort it out. But I say, all of them will go to prison. So they have to identify them, bring them here and we will prosecute them to show example.

"And I want it to be announced that henceforth, no wake keep should go past 10pm. If you must pass 10pm, take written permission from the Chairman of the Local Government, and both the chairman and the person that requested will be held responsible if any problem occurs".

"This should be widely circulated and properly announced. My problem is not that they blocked the Governor, but my worry is supposing that it was a smaller person that was passing, who had no Army and Police, they would have robbed the person".

"That's what it means. Any other time, the ADC should order for a shoot. It is against the law to block the Governor, and if any one should be killed in the process, it is in accordance with the law."

Tacha also revealed what she could have done differently before being disqualified.

Captioning the messages, she wrote;

Bliss is one priceless state of mind I have always desired. This ideally comes with inner peace; the will to let go and let life take its course.

The ability to let life lead and direct purpose to a climax regardless of the chaos and battles we may be experiencing. I did loose track of this in retrospect as I have had time to reflect on my dealings in the house. I am aware that I could have reacted better.

We have one life to lead and I have chosen to take charge of mine. To be in control when I can and to be vulnerable when it is absolutely necessary. .

Now that I think about it, my relationships in the house would have gone a little bit differently if I loosened up a bit, had a laugh here and there and also loved a little more intensely.

MC Galaxy is currently being trolled by Mercy's fans for allegedly hijacking her Instagram account and clout chasing on the last day of voting.

According to reports, MC Galaxy hijacked the housemate's Instagram account after using his phone number to verify it.

Following his action, Mercy's fans have been trolling him on Instagram, some of them leaving threat comments on his page.
