Kim Oprah, who is from Imo state, shared the same photo, writing: "Warriiiii!!!! Let's start with the winner.Mercy Eke.She is the first female winner of Big Brother Naija, and she played quite an interesting game in the house which made her gain lots of fans. She not only got her biggest competition (Tacha) out of the way, but also won the show with a wide margin. Mercy Lambo has bagged up to 3 endorsements and her relationship with her lover Ike is still going strong despite naysayers. Mike. The responsible married man who stole the hearts of many by showing that good men still exist. Mike was the 1st runner up of the recently concluded reality show and has secured himself an EME management, getting some modeling gigs and still pushing his cigar business. Mike now seems to be friends with Ebuka and Banky W's married men clique. He also never forgets to go anywhere without his wife, Perri, who has been very supportive right from when he entered the house. Tacha. Tacha, Tacha, Tacha! The girl who tried to play a CeeC card, failed and even got disqualified towards the end of the show after her altercation with Mercy. No doubt Tacha got a lot of viewers talking because of how controversial she was in the house. Tacha is currently rebranding, she has joined TeeBillz' management, BillzVizion and has also secured 2 endorsement deals. Ike has been launched his own merch with his viral statement in the house (f*ck that ice-cream my nigga). He has also been up to some modelling and following his girlfriend Mercy to her events. A supportive boyfriend I stan!  Khafi. The London Police! Khafi turned 30 few days ago and got a romantic surprise from her man Gedoni. The two seem to be in a better place now and I can't wait to see their relationship flourish. Khafi has signed with Temple Management and has also been up to some hosting duties. She is also set to host Future Awards. Elozonam Elo! He seems to be up to some script writing and producing. Rumour has it that he has also been trying to work out a relationship with Diane. KimOprah The accent queen! KimOprah has really been living the baby girl life, as she has been touring different countries. She has also been up to some modeling as expected. She also recently followed her love interest in the house, Omashola to Warri for his home coming. Gedoni The quiet lover boy. Gedoni hasn't really been up to much but is still pushing his fashion brand. He recently made his relationship with Khafi official on her 30th birthday Avala Avala has been pushing her music and recently got signed to create content for Opera News.  Sir Dee Sir Dee who was Tacha's 'best friend' in the house recently got signed as a water company ambassador. His relationship with his girlfriend has also been moving on fine. Venita The MILF! Venita has been bagged an endorsement deal with a hair extension company and also a makeup brand. The mother of two has also been modelling and has returned to set. Esther. The lawyer of the house! Esther has secured an endorsement deal with Payporte and Numatville Tourism Megacity and has also been working on a few projects Joe The bad human! Joe has been pushing his art and I really can't wait for more people to see and patronize his craft. Thelma The Zanku queen! Thelma has started her business (Lathelma), a skin care line and luxury lash kit. Jackye The tech queen! Jackye has been working on her ConVrsah tech project and I can't wait to see what she has for us. She also recently signed with Opera News as a tech content creator.  Jeff Jeff has been up and about living his fresh boy life for now. Do you think he will go back to banking? Let's watch and see. Enkay The dance queen is still pushing her fashion brand. Isilomo Isilomo has signed with a water company and Opera News. She has also been up and about with events. The singing bird! Ellas has been pushing her music and I can't wait to see more of her. Tuoyo The stripper! Tuoyo has been up to some modelling gigs, fitness coaching and low key stripping. Nelson The model has really not been up to much, but I hope to see more of him soon. Not everyone who goes to BBNaija will come out and become successful, this is why we should try not to pressure them or compare them to each other. It therefore comes as a surprise that secondary students would be allowed to sing to his song, especially within the school premises. Infinix Android smartphones manufacturer has just introduced new set of entry-level smartphones into the Nigerian market; the Infinix S5 and Infinix S5 Lite.The two devices were earlier launched in India, the Infinix S5 looks to succeed the Infinix S4 which ad been selling in the market earlier this year.The Infinix S5 comes with (128GB+6GB) it's priced at N62,500, the S5 version with 64GB+6GB costs N53,000. Infinix S5 lite (64Gb+4GB) is priced at N46,500 while the version with 32GB+3GB launched with N42,500 price tag.
The S5 came with a quad-camera setup while the S5 lite has triple camera setup, they both have the punch hole display styling, below are some images from the launching but let's first run through their spec sheet.Infinix S5 and S5 Lite Specs RundownThe two Infinix S5 phone flaunts a 6.6 inch HD plus display which have a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels, the screen has a 2.5D curved glass with a punch hole where the selfie camera reside, this looks really smart and outstanding. Tech giant, Google has launched a new Traffic tab in Google Maps specially for Lagos commuters.According to a report by Daily Trust, the Traffic tab provides bus riders with information to help them find their most efficient route, both in travel time and transport costs.Until now, Google Maps users have only been able to access information for other forms of transportation including cars, two-wheelers, BRT and ride hailing.The Traffic tab however, includes a new directions experience, which features suggested routes which may combine walking, taking a keke (marwa) or okada, danfo or BRT; information about the estimated fare range; expected travel time while pictures of the stops along the route are now available to aid travelers on their trips around Lagos.According to Senior Product Manager, Google Maps, Jeff Albertson, clicking on the pictures will allow users to get a 360 degree view on 'Street View' to help them better understand their location."What we have built for Lagos is a global first for Google Maps, and a step towards helping people in many other cities where transport can be informally organized as it is in Nigeria. We co-designed this product with people in Lagos. It was an engaging process to start from scratch, bring diverse teams of Googlers to Lagos, interview Lagosians and local guides, understand local needs, and then design something that weaves together all the many ways that people here move around," he said. The launch of the new Traffic tab, he said, followed the introduction of a dedicated travel mode in Google Maps in July, to provide directions and navigation for motorcycles in Nigeria. DSS faults allegation of frustrating Sowore's bail granted by courtThe Department of State Services (DSS) has faulted the reports and insinuations making rounds in the media, that it is frustrating the bid by Omoyele Sowore, convener of the #RevolutionNow movement, to secure freedom having been granted bail by a court.According to a report by Channels Television, Peter Afunaya, the spokesperson of DSS, said the agency was not officially aware that Sowore had met his bail conditions.A Judge of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu had granted bail to Sowore and a co-accused on Wednesday, November 6.Mr Femi Falana, who is Sowore's counsel, also said that the latter had met all his bail condition as stipulated by the Federal High Court in Abuja. | FD CEO: Paul Okoye recounts how he once saved footballer from police harassment without even knowing Posted: 07 Nov 2019 01:00 AM PST  Paul Okoye has shared an inspiring tale of how he saved a young Nigerian man from police brutality months ago, only to see him on TV last night playing against Barcelona in the champions league.Paul Okoye took to Instagram to advise young Nigerians to use their phones in recording police officers whenever they are being harassed so that they can defend themselves.He then went on to narrate how he came across a young man with dreads being harassed by police officers who were accusing him of being a fraudster (Yahoo boy) because of his appearance.Paul said the man told the officers that he's a footballer but they didn't believe him and told him that all Yahoo boys claim to be footballers or musicians.Paul said the officers became uncomfortable when he started filming them so they let the young man go. I was very proud of what I did that night ,… then I screamed again …. God punish some illiterate Nigerian police    |
