hydroxychloroquine and the other quinine drugs work in part by raising the endosomal pH. This C19 requires a low endosomal pH and I'd guess that there are other viruses that also require a low, acid, pH.
We've been taking, also, about baking soda, how that's also antiviral, and raises blood pH.
I'm looking at those links, there are a lot of them, and maybe someone else would want to look at them, find something that I don't find.
