| Hollywood actress, Galyn Gorg dies from cancer Posted: 18 Jul 2020 12:30 AM PDT  Popular Hollywood actress and dancer, Galyn Gorg, has died from cancer at the age of 55.Gorg's death was announced in a statement released on her Go Fund Me page where it was revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer by her Family.The statement reads: "Galyn was and is still a huge part of our family because she meant so much to each and every one of us."She was diagnosed with cancer which spread throughout her entire body and lungs."The doctors said she only had days maybe a week to live, but after remaining optimistic and praying for a miracle, she has sadly passed. "We were unaware of how sick she was as the diagnosis was a shock to the entire family. "Also, we hastily bought tickets to Oahu without a second thought, as she was getting treatment there. "Since spending a great deal of time and money, we are now looking for donations for funeral services. "Any donation is greatly appreciated, even prayers! " If possible please share, we want to send her off beautifully as her heart and spirit were filled with a lot of generosity, love, kindness, forgiveness, and compassion." Galyn made her first acting role in Ray Parker. Jr's music video for 'I Still Can't Get Over Loving You' in 1983 and was listed in the cast of the upcoming drama, Teller's Camp which was due for release in 2021. She also featured in numerous series and films including, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode, and the Visitor. The actress became more famous after she played a character named Helena on a 1996 episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, where she featured alongside Will Smith and also Angie in the 1990 film RoboCop 2.  |

| Tory Lanez allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion while she was trying to leave his SUV Posted: 17 Jul 2020 11:00 PM PDT There are reports that Canadian rapper, Tory Lanez was the person who allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion. According to reports, Lanez was behind the gunshot injuries Megan sustained during the Sunday night incident.Megan Thee Stallion sustained injuries from gunshot wounds on Sunday, July 12, 2020.PageSix reports that the rapper fired the gunshots during an altercation with Megan Thee Stallion in his car."Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave. There is a video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman," the source revealed.  The rapper later took to her Instagram page where she revealed that she suffered gun wounds and was taken to the hospital. This latest development is coming days after a video surfaced online of Megan exiting Lanez's SUV with what appeared to be blood dripping from her feet.  "The police officers drove me to the hospital where I underwent surgery to remove the bullets. I'm incredibly grateful to be alive and that I'm expected to make a full recovery, but it was important for me to clarify the details about this traumatic night," she wrote. TMZ first broke the news that the police responded to a call following multiple gunshots outside a party that Megan and Lanez, were attending around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2020. Police pulled over Lanez's SUV and found a gun, which is why he was booked for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.  |

| Blogger calls out Bobrisky as he claims he’s pregnant and shows fake bump Posted: 17 Jul 2020 08:00 AM PDT  A Nigerian blogger identified as Mavis Ishanqueen is of the opinion that Bobrisky is making mockery of women and their struggles for respect within the society.The blogger called out Bobrisky for presenting himself as a woman to enjoy the benefits of being a woman while still also relying on "his male privilege to get away with so many things that a woman wouldn't."Marvis accused Bobrisky of slut-shaming women, adding that he talks about suffering menstrual pain and experiencing pregnancy thereby making a mockery of the women/girls who actually go through that and miss "7 days of school every month."  She wrote: "Bobrisky is starting to cross the line with his antics. He's starting to make a mockery of women and their struggles for respect within the society. "For the majority of Nigerians, Bob is nothing but a man who likes playing dress up. They do not take him seriously. Bob says that she's a woman and wants to be addressed as a "she". However Bob does not respect women. Bob himself constantly relies on his male privilege to get away with so many things that a woman wouldn't. "Bob slutshames women. In 2006, he changed his name from "Lil Prinz" to Wizkid leading to his first chance at the spotlight in 2009 when he featured on M. Abaga's song "Fast Cars". The reality star stated that she divorced her husband because their marriage was no longer healthy for her.Speaking during an episode of the BBNaija Reunion show, Venita Akpofure said that she did not regret her decision. According to her, she had to leave to go discover herself after working as a housewife for years.In her own words,"When you become a new mum, it is very easy to lose your identity in the name of trying to build her home and keep it together. I really did a full 360, I wasn't working in front of the lens. I was really domesticated. The switch was quite extreme and I was in that space for a long time between 5 to 7 years or so. "You send $1,000, I send you back $2,000."Twitter said it was a "co-ordinated" attack targeting its employees "with access to internal systems and tools".  "We know they [the hackers] used this access to take control of many highly-visible (including verified) accounts and Tweet on their behalf," the company said in a series of tweets.  It added that "significant steps" were taken to limit access to such internal systems and tools while the company's investigation was ongoing. | Speed Darlington cries out as Instagram verifies a fake page bearing his name Posted: 17 Jul 2020 02:00 AM PDT  Controversial Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington has rained insults on a scammer who opened a fake page with his name on Instagram and got it verified.According to the controversial rapper, the scammer stalks him on all his social media platforms, steals all his videos and photos and uploads on his fake IG page.The scammer also dupes innocent followers of their money by promising to do advertisements for them and blocking them after collecting money from them.Reacting to this, Speed Darlington printed out a copy of the IG page on a paper and advised his real fans to troll the page and report it, till Instagram takes it down.Watch the video below;  |
