Weekly Photography Challenge - Shallow Depth of Field This week we're doing shallow depth of field - where you have your subject nice and sharp, and everything else out of focus, the quality of the 'out of focus' area sometimes referred to as 'Bokeh'. Create Beautiful Indoor Portraits Without Flash Mastering flash means mastering your light in any situation. Sometimes, however, there is beautiful light to be found, just waiting there for you to use it. Natural and constant ambient light can be your best friends if you have a little time and flexibility with the environment and your subject.
