Small Doctor reacts to Buhari’s broadcast says, “I have suffered, my kids must not suffer”

Nigerian singer, Adekunle Temitope, known popularly known as Small Doctor, has reacted to president Muhammadu Buhari's state of the nation broadcast.

Small Doctor revealed that Buhari's speech immediately made him numb. According to him, he has suffered, so his kids must not suffer.

Recall that the singer have led a massive and peaceful protest demanding an end to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in the country.

The protesters gathered at Pen cinema in Agege and are marched to the state house in Alausa, where they were addressed by the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat.

Elenda, daughter of former Governor of Cross River state, Liyel Imoke has lashed out at those calling out Nigerian politicians for looting.

The politician's daughter in a tweet she shared stated that the only difference between the parents of critics and politicians they are shaming is that their parents are not priviledged to steal.

However when called out by her followers who also pointed out that her father was investigated, Elenda defended him by stating that he was never arrested.

Doris Ogala calls out Uche Elendu for allegedly lying that her store was looted

Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala, has called out fellow actress, Uche Elendu for allegedly lying that her store was looted.

Recall, Uche Elendu shared photos of a looted store, saying they took away her years of hard work and investment.

Reacting to this, her fellow actress, Doris Ogala has alleged that the store does not belong to Uche, and she's only trying to take advantage of the situation.

She wrote;

"Thank your stars say someone I know told me to pull it. @Ucheelendu I give you 1 minute to edit your post and out the rightful owners of that shop. Or I'll post it to expose it.

"This is not nice, I know the owners of those shops. This is pure deceit. People should stop taking advantage of the situation. Ah ah. We lost a lot of people. Kindly mention the shop owners if not I will repost and expose it."




Jaruma – “Most of the Pro SARS thugs don’t understand English”

Dubai-based Nigerian sex therapist, Hauwa Saidu Mohammed popularly known as Jaruma, has said that the thugs protesting against #EndSARS, do not understand English.

Jaruma stated this after having a phone conversation with Adamu Garba and tackling him for "misleading" Northerners by telling them that even though Buhari is not working and nothing in the country is working, that Northerners should unite and stand firm with Buhari.

According to Jaruma, organizers of the Pro SARS protests might have told the thugs that Christians are trying to unseat Buhari.
 

"The truth is that most of these thugs in Abuja don't understand English and don't know why people are protesting. They may have told them it's Christians trying to unseat Buhari. They have weaponised illiteracy." she wrote.

Popular Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has opined that the Lekki tollgate area in Lagos should monumented in memory of #EndSARS protesters who lost their lives at the spot.

This is coming following a massacre that took place on the 20th of October at the tollgate area usually the #Endsars protest ground in Lagos.

Alex, however, suggested that as a sign of respect to the fallen comrades, the Lekki tollgate should get a new name that will symbolize a moment in history that should never be forgotten.


Taking to his Twitter page, the actor wrote, "Lekki Toll Plaza, should be renamed Lekki Memorial Way… & be made Toll Free… in Honor of our fallen comrades… Rt if you agree. ✊🏾"

BBNaija's Mike Edwards has told a sad story of how he lost his older brother, Matthew, to Nigeria's poor healthcare after he suffered sickle cell crisis.

He disclosed this in a post he made on his verified Instagram page today, October 24, 2020.

According to him, his older brother wouldn't have died if Nigeria had a better healthcare support when he suffered sickle cell crisis at the age of 10.

Writing further, Mike Edwards said the fight to End SARS is the people's cry for help after years of corruption and bad governance.


He wrote, "My older brother Matthew lost his life during a sickle cell crisis in Nigeria when he was 10 years old, to think if he would have been in a country with better healthcare support that his life would be saved today is heartbreaking. The fight to End SARS is our cry for help after years of corruption and bad governance.

Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic has called out 'evil' politicians and those who work for them.

The actress has been one of the active voices against police brutality in Nigeria while the entire campaign lasted.

Rita Dominic who has condemned government's approach to the recent unrest in the country has now called out those taking sides with "perpetrators of evil" in Nigeria.

According to her, conscience, integrity and humanity should override the quest for money, status, employment and power.

She tweeted, "At some point it has to be about your conscience, your integrity, your humanity, your own beliefs. If you work for and with perpetrators of evil, money, status, employment and power cannot wash you clean."

Big Sean, an American rapper, has revealed the most romantic thing he's ever done for his girlfriend and singer, Jhené Aiko.

Jhené and Sean have been through their ups and downs, breaking and making up a few times.

In an interview with Montreality, the Detroit artist answered questions about his favorite cartoons, the deaths of XXXTentacion, Juice WRLD, Lil Peep and Jhené Aiko.

"The most romantic thing I've ever done… one time when Jhené– it was our anniversary and I really planned out the whole day."

"We get back to my house and we had dinner reservations supposedly.

The fact that I already know that's what she was gonna want to eat, and I told her that we had reservations, and we walked in my house and I had a private chef make this special dish that she literally said that she wanted in the moment. Following the killings of peaceful #EndSars protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate on the 20th of October, that has led to violence and looting in Lagos, Nigeria, Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa has released a musical video where she expressed her sadness and disappointment.

The plus-sized actress revealed that she is sad and weak but she strongly believes Nigeria will rise again, regardless of what she is going through.

Captioning the musical video, the talented movie maker wrote;

" Nigeria 🇳🇬 will rise again… I am Sad and Weak .. It all started peacefully with no intention of violence.. The blood of every innocent Nigerian 🇳🇬 murdered will not let the perpetrators know peace. May the souls of the people we have lost rest in peace knowing they did not die in vain.
