Yesterday, we published a post where we erroneously tagged his fans as his management and we are duly sorry for that.We hope we can repair the damage done. Big brother Naija 2020 winner, Laycon's fans (Icons) are preparing for his upcoming birthday in November, in a big way. The singer's fans has called for donations up to a whooping 15million naira, to get him a Mercedes Benz car and studio equipments. In a message leaked online from their Whatsapp group, they have a medium of payment for fans home and abroad. They were also advised to hold on to smaller gifts and focus on the project of getting him a car and studio equipments. See the message below..  Following his win last week, Laycon walked away with N30 million cash prize; a two-bedroom apartment courtesy Revolution Plus; a top of the range SUV from Nigerian automaker, Innoson Motors; a trip to Dublin courtesy Guinness; and home appliances courtesy Scanfrost.  |

The beauty queen who maintained that liposuction is nothing to be ashamed of, added that she regrets 'not blogging about her experience and would consider blogging her next surgical procedure'.  |

| Fuji Musician, Kwam 1 Accused of Beating Up Broadcaster in Ogun Posted: 04 Oct 2020 10:30 PM PDT  Nigerian Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate (or KWAM 1) has been accused of allegedly assaulting one MC Murphy in Ogun State.The duo was said to have encountered on another at the 60th birthday party of the Olu of Itori, Oba Abdulfatai Akamo.In a report to correspondents on Friday, the MC stated that he was beaten blue-black after he had taken someone to the stage to be praised by Kwam 1.MC Murphy added that the fuji maestro shockingly ignored him and his client as they left the stage. According to him, the singer allegedly pounced on him with the aids of some of his boys, who were identified as KC and Gaji, where he was sitting. The fuji star, who holds the chieftaincy title, 'Mayegun of Yorubaland' was said to have apologized after the show, but MC Murphy who took the heavy blows refused to let go such an attack. Meanwhile, Ayinde's media manager, Kunle Rasheed, has denied the allegations. Rasheed added that his boss had no involvement in any violence that occurred at the event.  |

He confirmed that Erica had told him that she does not want to do anything on live TV.However, when she was tipsy after that Saturday party, he told Tolanibaj and Dorathy to handle the situation because he cared for Erica as a friend.Laycon during his media said, "My action was just me caring for a friend based on what happened at the arena. I told Tolanibaj and Dorathy to handle the situation because of our conversation."It was not personal, I was just looking out for a friend, remember I slept at the garden that night so I was acting based on what she told me." Speaking of his friendship with Kiddwaya despite liking Erica, Laycon said he became comfortable with their relationship because Kiddwaya is his friend. The thirteen-part series brings to life the characters from Arese's book "The Smart Money Woman".   he series tells the tale of five Nigerian 20-somethings living and working in Lagos. One of them is Adesuwa, a character played by the cover girl for this Special September Issue – Lala Akindoju. In this Issue, Lala shares details on mechanics of being Lala – playing both the role of an actress & Producer on the "TSMW" project, bringing to life the character 'Adesuwa', and being ready for more. Here are some excerpts: TW: Actors relate to their character in one way or the other. What parts of this character draws you to her? LA: Adesuwa is a character with many sides but I was most drawn to the commitment to her friends. I loved how she invested in her relationship with her girlfriends, which is something I relate to a lot. TW: Did you have to do any intensive research to play Adesuwa in the series? LA: I really didn't have to do a lot research because besides reading the book, the writer Arese, was available to give all the necessary information and contexts to the character. Also, there are so many women like Adesuwa around us. A friend, a sister, or a neighbour; that was all the research I needed. TW: On this project, you were both in front of and behind the camera as the Producer. How did you balance both roles and Did that change your perspective of the Adesuwa character? LA: Honestly, It was very tough wearing both hats as we had a very tough shoot period. On days I knew I would be in front of the camera, I would have rehearsed extra hard at home before the shoot day. This included being off book with my lines for the day and making my acting choices ahead. It was still tough but I had bonded with Adesuwa quite well, so she was in my subconscious.  |

| Tekashi 6ix9ine hospitalised after overdosing on diet pills and caffeine Posted: 04 Oct 2020 02:30 AM PDT  American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine has reportedly been hospitalized after an overdose of diet pills and caffeine.According to reports, the 24-year-old was admitted to a Florida hospital Tuesday September 29, following his adverse reaction to the combination of substances.In an interview with The Shade Room, 6ix9ine confirmed his hospitalization and said his overdose was a result of taking a cup of coffee with two Hydroxycut pills instead of the recommended daily dosage of one. He claimed the combination of diet supplements and caffeine caused his heart rate to accelerate and began to "sweat excessively" soon after his consumption.The New York rapper, who is currently on probation, also told the Shade Room that he was using Hydroxycut pills because of his serious weight gain during his time in prison. He claims that he was more than 200 pounds and has now lost about 30 pounds.  |
