The upcoming Inkblot production is a sequel to 2018 comedy drama, 'New Money' directed by Tope Oshin.Written by Naz Onuzo , 'Quam's Money' is the sequel to Inkblot's 2018 comedy, 'New Money' which follows the story of Toun (Jemima Osunde), a young fashion designer who discovers her billionaire father left her a fortune and a business empire to run. The new film, directed by Kayode Kasum, will focus on Quam (Falz), a security guard whose life changes after he gets N300 million. | Ike Onyema set to release tell-all book on relationship with Mercy Eke Posted: 06 Nov 2020 11:00 PM PST Ike Onyema says he will soon be releasing a book on his relationship with his estranged girlfriend and reality TV star, Mercy Eke. Eke and Ike became an item during the fourth season of BBNaija.The reality TV star made this known exclusively to Pulse on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, while reacting to the reports about Mercy's new marital status."This is incorrect. I have a tell-all book coming soon. Please be patient," he told Pulse. The off and on again relationship between Ike and Mercy has made the headlines for a while now. From claiming to be single in the early hours of Jan 1, Mercy and Ike surprised fans in April, when they announced that they will be premiering their reality TV show 'Mercy and Ike,' a spin-off focusing on their lives and romance. For many observers and critics, the show was an avenue to see if the fire in their relationship was still in burning. However, things appeared to be rosy as the two were spotted together during Mercy's famous 27th birthday party. The couple partied with close friends and at some point, Ike stepped out and presented her with a little box that looked like it had an engagement ring. Things took a different turn on Tuesday, November 3, when Mercy hinted about being married and done with Ike. According to her, she's now married and things with Ike ended months ago even before her now famous birthday party. Eke and Ike became an item during the fourth season of Big Brother Naija.  |

| Comedian Ebiye finally clears car debt of 900k after being called out Posted: 06 Nov 2020 09:00 PM PST  Popular content creator, Victor Ebiye has finally being cleared of N900k debt on a Mercedes Benz acquired some months ago.Ebiye had been called out by a car dealer some days ago and since then, the comedian has been getting support from friends and family. In the most recent, he got a cash gift of N500K from a total stranger.Having completed the debt, Ebiye took to Twitter to announce the narrow escape of the humiliation the drama brought him. He wrote;  "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN 900k PAID ! Thank you to everyone that supported! I would love to specially appreciate some people because without them, I would never have survived this. | Young boy who allegedly filmed a Nigerian politician shooting at #EndSars protesters, found dead Posted: 06 Nov 2020 07:00 AM PST  A 20-year-old journalist was allegedly murdered after he was arrested by Lagos task force, while reporting on looting going on at the time.Pelumi Onifade, an undergraduate of the Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), was reported missing after hoodlums hijacked the #EndSARS protest.Unfortunately, his body was found in a morgue about a week after a serious search by his family. According to reports, Pelumi was working for Gboa TV prior to his death, and he was arrested on October 24 2020, at the Abbatoir, Oko Oba area of Agege, Lagos. According to Twitter user, Flamie, the deceased was the same journalist who filmed a politician shooting at Abule Egba. "This is the guy who filmed the politician shooting at Abule Egba, he has been killed by the Police while the man who opened fire at peaceful protesters and shot 3 is still a free man till today", Flamie wrote.

| NITDA Presents Draft National Blockchain Adoption Strategy Posted: 06 Nov 2020 06:10 AM PST  As Information and Communication Technology continue to contribute to the nation's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has presented the Draft National BlockChain Adoption Strategy to stakeholders for review.The stakeholder's engagement is aimed at reviewing the draft strategy to come up with a solid document because of the legal uncertainties associated with the technology, lack of digitization, unregulated markets, cryptocurrency, Ponzi schemes, money laundering and terrorism funding. And its efficiency, transparency in governance, new business models which in turn triggers job creation.The Director General of NITDA Mallam Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi CCIE while delivering his address said the advent of Covid-19 disrupted the global supply chain which has necessitated the need for a technology that can improve trust, transparency and efficiency in service.Quoting Chris Larsen co-founder Ripple, he said "the race to the leadership of emerging technology will be won by the country that dominated digital currency as well as a normalise adoption of Blockchain".Mallam Abdullahi said according to an article from PWC titled 'Trust for the future: The Billion Dollar reasons to rethink Block Chain', Blockchain is estimated to contribute 1.76 trillion USD to the global GDP in the next ten years. He said the report identified 5 application areas, firstly tracking and tracing of product and services which will take the largest chunk of the estimated global GDP. The report also projected that by 2030 the sector will be valued at 962 billion USD.  |

The comedian had been called out on Twitter by a car dealer over failure to balance the cost of a Benz he purchased. According to Ebiye, the COVID-19 pandemic drastically affected his returns and hence, the reason for owing the balance of the car.
