We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximise their return on the overall investment in human capital. You'll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Our team helps business leaders design survey programmes that deliver meaningful insight into attitudes and behaviours that will improve business outcomes. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Relations, Business Administration/Management, Other Additional Educational Requirements: Other quantitative or business-related majors may be considered. The Women's Consulting Experience (WCE) program is eligible to students who self-identify as female and 1) are currently enrolled sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program, and 2) are not current or prior PwC interns. Minimum Years of Experience: 0 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Additional Educational Preferences: Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3 Preferred major GPA: 3.3 Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Participates in select phases of HR advisory projects with specific focus on People Analytics.
