| Wendy Williams Reveals She Had A One Night Stand With Rapper Method Man Posted: 31 Jan 2021 01:30 AM PST  American broadcaster, Wendy Williams has revealed how she had a one night stand with Wu-Tang clan member, Method Man.The Daytime talk show host made the revelation ahead of the debut of her film. Williams who chatted with DJ Suss One recalled taking the Wu-Tang Clan member back to her penthouse after a night at the club. The talk show host who has been open about her drug abuse past, also disclosed that the story won't be included in her upcoming film. She said; "I smoked a blunt … with Method Man while I gave him a bath and it was a one-night stand. "He'll deny it, maybe not. It wasn't in the movie because [he] is still very angry at me … for being me—for telling the truth. It was one night. We were in the club—a fight broke out and gunshots broke out. The fight was ridiculous. The whole Wu-Tang was there but it was only Meth up in the rafters. And see, that's where I go to observe everything because I was by myself. "He goes, 'Yo, Wendy!' Because he'd been on the show before and he was f'd up. I smelled the weed and I had weed but he had better … He rolled a blunt, we smoked a blunt, we watched the fight, we heard the gunshots, the cops came in. … I guess I batted my eyes and rocked my shoulders and I said, 'You wanna come over?' And he said, 'Yeah, I'll follow you." Williams then described how they snuck out of the club, got into her SUV, and drove to her penthouse in Jersey City. When Suss One asked if they went all the way, she replied, "Yes!" She said; "People didn't even realize at the time it was Wendy and one of the biggest stars, the leader of the biggest group in the world, just left, got in her Pathfinder, and went back to her penthouse in Jersey City where she bathed him in her jacuzzi tub and smoked more weed, you know, that was back in the coke days. "I don't remember what he did, I'm not gonna implicate him on that."  | ||

McWilliams, a one-timer rapper turned Kardashian family security guard, who worked for the famous TV clan in 2017 and 2018, accused the Kardashian matriarch of 'belittling him due to race' and making 'unwelcome sexual advances', including exposing herself to him and touching his groin last year. The new filing alleges that not only was McWilliams a victim of unwanted sexual harassment by Kris, but claims he complained to supervisors about the treatment and no action was taken. Neither Kris, Kourtney, or Marc appeared at Wednesday's hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court with only the accuser's lawyer, Elisheva Rafael, attending by phone. The attorney reportedly told Judge Susan Bryant-Deason, that she's in the process of filing an amended complaint which will contain "two new allegations against Kris Jenner." He was suspended from working with Kris, but continued working for Kourtney till he was fired on September 12, 2018, said McWilliams whose lawsuit also alleges wrongful termination against his employers, David Shield Security, and Armor Protection Services. WhatsApp is introducing a new biometric feature to confirm your identity when you want to connect your WhatsApp account to a PC or the site.For its mobile and tablet applications, the social media app is rolling out this new functionality, which will allow individuals to create an additional authentication layer using biometrics when they choose to use WhatsApp on the desktop or web.Users will now have the option (not a requirement) to add a biometric login that, depending on the device on Android or iPhone, uses either a fingerprint, face ID, or iris ID to add to a biometric login that add in the second authentication layer.It will appear for users when introduced before a desktop or web version can be connected to a mobile app account.In order to put the functionality of the two closer together, WhatsApp said it would add more features this year. There are still big gaps: you can't make calls on the Web edition of WhatsApp, for instance.To be specific, the biometric service that is being activated globally will be opted-in: users will need to go to their settings to trigger the function in the same way that they need to go to their settings today to activate their mobile apps' biometric authentication.WhatsApp further added that the biometric information that you store on your phone will be inaccessible and that it uses the same standard biometric authentication APIs that other secure applications, such as banking apps, use. WhatsApp will ask you to go through the authentication process as long as the phone you are using has face or fingerprint unlock allowed, when you connect your account to the desktop app or web version of both the service. After your identity is checked by the service, you will then have to search your phone for a QR code. By default, the latest biometric authentication function is active, and the only way not to activate it when your account is connected is to turn the face or fingerprint unlock fully off. WhatsApp, which is said to soon launch an updated privacy policy that will enable Facebook exchange data, says it will not have access to your biometrics at all and will perform the authentication process via the OS of your phone. The new security feature of WhatsApp will work alongside another, which sends alerts to your phone anytime anyone logs into your web or computer account. The company also appears to be working on more features for its non-phone applications, announcing in its announcement that this year it "is going to add a lot more functionality to its Mac and Windows apps, as well as the Web." You will recall that after it revealed that it will now share the personal details of its users, including phone numbers, IP addresses, contacts, and more with Facebook from February 8, 2021, the company had recently received several backlashes. Spotify, a global music streaming giant, has recently been granted a patent for a new technology that will allow it to analyze the voice data of its users, including speech recognition and background noises based on the emotional state, gender, age, or an accent of the speaker with a view to recommending music based on what it finds.First applied for in February 2018 and granted on 12 January 2021, the patent that will allow more detailed music recommendations enables the streaming giant to "make observations" by recognizing features of the environment and emotions of a user using speech recognition technology and then recommending content based on this model.According to the patent, Spotify will then play music representing their mood or even their social atmosphere, according to the patent - "e.g. alone, small group, party."It would potentially raise the streaming numbers for Lesley Gore's It's My Party (And I'll Cry If I Want To) if the feature is introduced.Spotify stressed that in its application, "It is common for a media streaming application to include features that provide personalized media recommendations to a user". It is common for a media streaming application to include features that provide a user with personalized media recommendations. The current approach to discerning the preferences of a consumer is unsatisfactory, however, since it needs them to "to tediously input answers to multiple queries" regarding their age, gender and favorite bands. This is not the first time that the Swedish company has used a previous patent that Spotify had issued to customize the experience of a user based on their 'personality characteristics' through what others may see as 'overly personal' personalization techniques. Spotify said its mission is to target users with more relevant and acceptable content, whether it is recommendations for music or podcasts or possibly advertising. Based on past listening patterns, the company is known for its algorithm that recommends new audio material for its customers, so it's unsurprising that it would want to add other metrics to boost its capabilities and accuracy. Karaoke feature The patent suggests that speech recognition may be used to collect age and gender information, while contextual indicators such as "intonation, stress, [and] rhythm" can provide clues as to whether a consumer is "happy, angry, sad or neutral". "It should be understood that the above example metadata categories of emotions, gender, age and accent are merely examples, and numerous other characterizations and classifications can be used," it said in the filing. To enhance recommendations, the findings will be coupled with other knowledge - like the previously played songs of a user, and the taste of their friends in music. The filing demonstrates how speech recognition can also be used to enhance your playlists One of the variables taken into account will be speech recognition. The technology is one of several technological advancements patented over the past year by Spotify. It patented a karaoke-like feature in September that enables individuals to "overlay a music track with their own vocals" And it received permission earlier this week for a "cadence-based media content selection engine" that matches your music's tempo to your running pace. It also conducted a study last year on how the character characteristics of people affect their musical tastes. Spotify's Research and Development team concluded that "Those who scored high in conscientiousness tended to concentrate their listening to a more narrow window of time of day." On the other hand, self-assessed introverts appeared to dig deeper into the repertoire of an artist, listening to more tracks for each artist they found.' With 320m users, including 144m subscribers, Spotify is the world's largest audio streaming service. A patent has been granted to the streaming service, which has 320 m global users, that would allow it to use such insights to promote content that has been tweaked to appeal to the personality of a listener, including music, podcasts and ads. "In some embodiments in which the personalized content includes one or more messages with audio components," the patent states, "the electronic device changes a tone of voice for messages for presentation to the user." "For example, the tone of voice may be more upbeat, high-pitched and/or exciting for users that have been assigned the personality trait of extroversion." Although such tracking technology seems dystopian, without due regard to the ethical consequences, Spotify's own researchers have cautioned against implementing it. They added that "We recognize that one's digital history is extraordinarily personal and sensitive," As such, from its access, it must be handled with careful consideration of possible misuse. "We disavow any future research or applications that violate ethical standards of data usage and are not transparent about privacy to its users". Privacy vs personalization As giant tech firms continue to expand and refine their services for consumers and marketers, privacy of personal data is a constant public problem, the Cambridge data scandal on Facebook was an especially well-documented example from 2018, but there have been a plethora of other instances of abuse of customer data, from fitness monitoring companies to adult streaming sites. With the advent of smart speakers, the fear emerged that, once again, an ever-listening system would violate the privacy of its users by capturing information in an unsolicited way and using it as a data point in the mass analytics of a tech company. The continued success of Google's Home and Nest speakers and Amazon's Echoes (not to mention the integration of the voice assistants of both companies into a wide variety of third-party devices) would seem to suggest that most of us are content for convenience with a certain degree of potential privacy infringement, but it is very unanimous that consent plays an important role in this balance. Although the algorithmic personalization that the service offers can be welcomed and appreciated by Spotify listeners, it is likely that some of these more intensely personal (and potentially invasive) data collection approaches will not be approved quite so easily.  | ||

One of the court documents filed by the plaintiff on January 22, is titled, 'Complaint petition for declaratory judgment complaint for (about) extortion petition for injunctive relief' according to Premium Times. The document accused Spikes of libel, defamation, cyberstalking and a breach of agreement "to keep their relationship private and off the social media". The document also stated that Mr Dangote's wealth made him a target for Ms. Spikes, who demanded "meritless claims of $5 million" in the nature of "palimony to which she is not legally entitled". It also disclosed that Ms Spikes had requested financial assistance from Dangote to startup her business and he obliged on the grounds that it would be private.  The court document read in part, "Autumn Spikes demanded from the plaintiff assistance as an entrepreneur in a start-up business when there was no loan commitment, nor oral or written promise. "The plaintiff once announced an oral willingness to provide entrepreneurial assistance to Autumn Spikes on the condition that it be confidential and private." However, he started seeing social media posts and planned media talk shows, which was intended to expose him and make his life miserable if he refuses to pay her the demanded sum of $5,000,000. Mr. Aliko said his "generosity toward Autumn Spikes, if any, has been breached by Autumn Spikes' exposure and solicitations to media talk shows if he fails to pay her meritless demands." The billionaire noted that he had the right to stop being generous to her and demand a refund of the funds he had given her to assist her business in the past. He also alleged that Ms. Spikes continued to threaten to subject him to false publicity if fails to comply to her demands. The document further revealed that the "Defendant has threatened communications on social media, Facebook, Instagram, and otherwise. Dangote also wants the defendant to be restrained from demanding "payment in exchange for non-disclosure of their relationship". According to the lawyers, the plaintiff used pseudonyms like John Doe and AD to avoid unnecessary media attention and avert coercion to pay the demanded money by Ms Spikes.  | ||
