Ozo Throws Subtle Shade At Kiddwaya says, Don’t Let Pride Rule Your Life

BBNaija lockdown housemate, Ozoemena Chukwu, otherwise known as Ozo throws subtle shade at Kiddwaya after he trolled  on Twitter.

Ozo shades Kiddwaya in a tweet, where he said 'Don't let pride, hubris and bravado rule your life. Do your job and let it speak for you'.

The 5th edition housemate of BBNaija made this statement after Kiddwaya trolled him on Twitter earlier today.

Kiddwaya in his tweet earlier today told an Ozo fan to tell him to allow him (Kidd) fly him and his team to Dubai, to change their lives.

This is coming after Kiddwaya tweeted that he was going for war and an Ozo fan replied with, 'Wahala be like clout chaser'.


Ozo seems to be holding his ground and not allowing the billionaire rich kid kick him of guard.

Dorathy defends Kiddwaya says “He’s one of the best guys I know”

BBNaija star, Dorathy Bachor has come to the defence of her colleague, Kiddwaya, after he recently came under fire on social media.

Recently, Kiddwaya has been deemed proud by some social media users and this contradicts the character many saw in him during the BBNaija show which was a rich but humble lad.

Yesterday, Kiddwaya had enough of the negative comments as he took time to reply as many as he could.


However, his action has been defended by fellow reality star, Dorathy who was a fellow housemate with him on the most recent BBNaija show.


A fan had commented under one of his posts "The Kiddwaya guy got daddy issues". Defending his colleague, Dorathy replied "social media bants aside, he's actually one of the best guys I know".

Peruzzi Replies A Troll Who Calls Davido His Slave Because Of An Art Work

Nigerian singer, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi replied a troll who called Davido his slave

The 'Majesty' crooner on his Twitter handle was portrayed a King, because of a beautiful artwork given to him by a fan.

Reacting to the artwork which depicts Peruzzi as a king, a Twitter user, identified as Dammy Crisis, said;

"This your artwork portray you as a king. Wetin your oga, Davido kon be? Abobaku (A Yoruba name given to a slave who is buried with the king when he dies)."

Responding to the troll, Peruzzi lambast him, telling him there's can only be one king and that is, Davido.

Peruzzi insults the troll that his brain is weak.

Former BBNaija lockdown house, Kiddwaya said in war, blood will spill and he's ready for everything in a recent chat with praise.

Kiddwaya made this statement in a recent chat with Praise Nelson where he declared that he's chosen violence over peace.

Praise in response to the billionaire son's comment asked if he was good, knowing Kiddwaya was never a man of war.

In response, Kiddwaya said he's never been better, that he has chosen this path because they threw his peace at his face and started the violence, now he's ready to face them all.

King Spesh Calls For The Release Of Woodberry And Hushpuppi

King Spesh has called for the release of alleged cyber-crime fraudsters, Hushpuppi and his accomplices, Woodberry.

Taking to his Instagram handle, hypeman spesh said he's surprised at the way people move on after things have happened.

Recall that Huspupi and his accomplice, Woodberry were captured by Interpool for Internet fraud and allegedly duping over 100 people.

After their arrest, Hushpuppi compliance, Woodberry was later caught with a phone which he was using to further perpetuate more cyber fraud.

It was alleged that Woodberry was trying to raise funds to pay his lawyer who was defending him in court.

The duo has been allegedly reprimanded in prison and Hushpuppi has been allegedly sentenced to 20-years jail term.

NIMC workers embark on a strike action in Lagos

Members of staff of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) in Lagos State have gone on strike.

According to the striking workers, they decided to take this action to press home their demand for better welfare packages from the government. According to the workers, the recent increase in the number of visitors at their different offices and stations for registration of National Identification Number (NIN) has caused a lot of stress for the workers. The aggrieved workers say they need to be paid more for conducting the exercise which he described as an extra duty.

They also accused the government of not putting in place measures to ensure their safety while carrying out their duties. They decried the lack of protective kits at the office, saying they could get infected with COVID-19 as they attend to hundreds of residents daily.

Famous finnish guitarist, Alexi Laiho dies at 41

The frontman for Finnish metal band Children of Bodom and supergroup Bodom After Midnight, Alexi Laiho, has died at 41, his management told CNN.

"It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we have to announce the passing of Alexi Laiho," a statement released by Napalm Records, on behalf of Bodom After Midnight, said.

"We are absolutely devastated and heartbroken for the sudden loss of our dear friend and band member," the statement, signed by bandmates Daniel, Mitja and Waltteri, added.

A statement on Laiho's official Facebook page said the musician died in his Helsinki home last week, adding that he suffered from long-term health issues during his last years.

Laiho was the guitarist and vocalist of metal band Children of Bodom, which was formed in 1993 under the name IneartheD until the group played their final show in 2019.

The band have sold more than 250,000 records in their native Finland, and are one of the country's bestselling artists, according to their website, with Laiho voted "Best Metal Guitarist" by readers of Guitar World magazine.

The guitarist received several other international prizes for his music and had been awarded a Metal Hammer Golden Gods prize, according to the management of Bodom After Midnight.

In 2015, he led a group of 100 guitar players at Helsinki Festival in 2015 in playing his own composition, "100 Guitars From Hel."

Laiho later formed supergroup Bodom After Midnight. The group recorded three songs and shot a music video, which will be released posthumously, according to a statement on his official Facebook page.

In addition to Children of Bodom, the guitarist was also associated with acts Warmen, Sinergy, Kylähullut and The Local Band, the statement, signed by Bodom After Midnight management, said.

"Alexi was the most loving and magnificent husband and father," his wife Kelli Wright-Laiho said in a statement. "Our hearts are eternally broken."

Popular brand influencer, Cynthia 'Cee-c' Nwadiora has sounded a warning to aphrodisiac brands after turning down N8m deal with a kayanmata company.

Taking to Instagram to pen a lengthy note clarifying the type of jobs she takes, Cee-c made it known that for moral reasons, she would never promote kayanmata products.

She wrote;

First of all, I want to thank all my past and current clients for their support and patronage. I must say that y'all have been a blessing to the Ceec brand. And for that I am eternally grateful.

Furthermore, as we begin the new year, I'd like to make a promise to prospective brands/clients, that I will work my ass off to ensure that your brands and businesses that I influence, succeed.


That being said, I MUST make something clear: It's not a race to being the most endorsed, for me. I'm not trying to be the most endorsed. I like money, but I also like abiding to certain moral and ethical principles and standards that supersede money.

‘Omo Ghetto’ becomes first Nigerian movie to be released in Dubai cinemas

Nollywood actress Funke Akindele's movie Omo Ghetto (The Saga) is set to break the record of being the first Nigerian movie to be released in UAE, Dubai cinemas.

Funke, 43, made this known in an Instagram post on Monday.

She said it will be released from January 21 in some selected cinemas.

"Exciting News for UAE Omo Ghetto fans!The No. 1 film and box office record breaker in Nigeria — Omo Ghetto (The Saga) — is set to break yet another record as the First Ever Cinema Release of a Nigerian film in the United Arab Emirates.

Elvina Ibru, a Popular Nollywood actress, has taken to social media to reveal that she tested positive for the coronavirus.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, she urged Nigerians to take precautionary measures, as she emphasizes that the virus is real.

Elvina stated that she was extremely careful, avoided gatherings but still tested positive for the virus.

"Corona is real, the shit is real…I cant hug my son, my sister, nobody, I have to be on medication. This is what Corona looks like.
