Kim Kardashian and Kayne ‘Getting Divorced after Living Separate Lives For Months’

Power couple, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West are reportedly preparing to divorce and end their six-year marriage, according to reports.

A source revealed that Kanye "knows that she's done. She has had enough and she told him that she wants some space to figure out her future."

"They are keeping it low-key but they are done," the source told the magazine, adding that the couple were in "settlement talks."
 
Kim, 40, hasn't been seen wearing her wedding ring, and Kanye, 43, remained at his $14 million Wyoming ranch over the holidays instead of spending it with the Kardashian family, who drew criticism for their extravagant celebrations.

"Kim got Kanye to go up there [Wyoming] so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce. She's done," the source continued.

The source added that while Kim has done much in the past to protect and help Kanye deal with his mental health struggles, "Now this divorce is happening because Kim has grown up a lot.

"She is serious about taking the bar exam and becoming a lawyer, she is serious about her prison reform campaign. Meanwhile Kanye is talking about running for president and saying other crazy s–t, and she's just had enough of it."

Meanwhile, a separate source says Kanye, who became increasingly uncomfortable and irritated by the Kardashians' over-the-top reality star lives, "Is completely over the entire family … He wants nothing to do with them," adding he eventually found their reality show "unbearable."

West tweeted in July,

"I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf [sic] for 'prison reform,'" seeming to refer to a criminal justice summit attended by Kim and rapper Meek Mill in November 2018.

He also called Kris Jenner "Kris Jong-Un" and claimed that the Kardashians were trying to force him into psychiatric treatment.
 
Then Kanye reluctantly showed up for Kim's ridiculously extravagant $1 million-plus 40th birthday in Tahiti last October for just one day.

"He showed up late and left early, he wouldn't appear in any of their Instagram shots. All he did was bring over the hologram of her father Robert Kardashian, then got out of there as fast as he could," the source added.

The source said the biggest sticking point in the Kimye divorce settlement talks could be over their Calabasas, California, family home, which underwent a total redesign masterminded by Kanye and was heralded by Architectural Digest as "an oasis of purity and light."

The couple worked on the all-white, minimalist home with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt. They reportedly paid $40 million for the house and spent $20 million on renovations.

The source said, "Kim is trying to get Kanye to turn over the Calabasas house to her, because that's where the kids are based and growing up. That is their home."

Explaining, "She owns all the land and adjoining lots around the house but Kanye owns the actual house. They've both put a lot of money into renovating it."

The source added of the advanced settlement talks, "This isn't the first time they've been talking about a split, but this time it is way, way more serious."

Another source confirmed to us that divorce settlement talks were underway, but they were not yet at the point of deciding how their properties would be divided.

This would be Kim's third divorce. She previously hired Wasser for her divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries. Wasser, who has also represented Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and Johnny Depp, was not immediately available for comment.

But the power LA divorce lawyer is well-known to advocate for her clients to negotiate and agree a confidential settlement before any divorce papers are filed in court. Because LA divorces are more public than in New York, this ensures that more of the proceedings remain secret.

Kim and Kanye were married in 2014 in an over-the-top ceremony in Italy. They have four children: daughter North, 7, son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, who turns 3 next week, and son Psalm, 19 months.

Dr. Dre Pays Ex-Wife $2 Million In Temporary Support While He Recovers From Brain Aneurysm

55-year-old American rapper and music producer, Andre Romelle Young, known professionally as Dr. Dre, has reportedly paid his ex-wife Nicole Young $2 million in temporary spousal support while he recovers from a brain aneurysm in a Los Angeles hospital.

According to legal documents filed Wednesday, Dec 6, the mega producer authorized the $2 million payment from his hospital bed.

Dr. Dre suffered a brain aneurysm Monday, Dec 4, and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars and taken directly to ICU, where he is "resting comfortably" according to his lawyer.
 
A hearing on the matter of the couple's divorce was heard in a courtroom on Wednesday, Dec 6.

Dre, whose real name is Andre Young, was represented by his attorneys in court.

The judge postponed the divorce proceedings until a later date to give Dre time to heal from his brain injury.

According to the agreement, obtained by The Blast, Nicole will receive $2 million by Monday, and she will be responsible to cover her living expenses and attorney fees.

As reported, Nicole wants $2 million a month in temporary spousal support plus $5 million for attorneys fees.

Beauty Mogul, Jeffrey Star Reacts To Rumours Kanye West Cheated On Kim Kardashian With Him

Following rumors that Jeffree Star and Kanye West had an affair, the beauty mogul has responded.

Although his responds did not confirm or deny the rumours, the beauty mogul posted a new picture of himself in a pink bathrobe on his Instagram and Twitter with the caption: "I'm ready for Sunday Service," an apparent reference to the rapper's well-known Christian gathering.

Star has nearly 17 million subscribers on YouTube and is the CEO of the makeup company Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

Earlier in the day, he had exchanged chats with YouTube drama personality Keemstar about his alleged affair with Kanye but he avoided giving a direct answer, writing instead: "Hahaha" and "I'm having the best time in Wyoming, come visit sometime!"

Wyoming is where Kanye has been based while Kim has spent the majority of her time at their home in LA with their kids.

There's no evidence that Star and West have ever met, let alone dated.

The rumor that West had cheated on his wife, Kim Kardashian West, with Star was started on TikTok by Ava Louise, an influencer best known for her song "Skinny Legend Anthem" and for a viral video in which she licked an airplane's toilet seat for what she called the "coronavirus challenge."

Louise mentioned a Page Six article that reported West and Kardashian West were planning to divorce and said it was "no surprise" because she had known "for months" that West was "hooking up with a very famous beauty guru."

"A lot of people in the scene have known for a while," Louise said in the TikTok, then liked comments suggesting Star is the beauty Guru Kanye West had a romantic entanglement with.

Louise told Insider there wasn't any "concrete evidence" for the theory but said she was friends with an entertainment lawyer in Los Angeles who she claimed was provided evidence of the affair by Kim Kardashian months ago.

Louise's video quickly traveled to Twitter, where "Jeffree" trended throughout the day.

Charlie Charlie, The ‘Demonic’ Teen Game Overtaking The Internet

If you are one of those crotchety people who believe the kids these days are somehow less inspired than generations before, then I come bearing new evidence: Even their superstitions are lamer than ours!

"Charlie Charlie," a game/Internet urban legend of sudden and inexplicable popularity, surged to the top of the global social media charts this weekend after kicking around on the Spanish-language Internet for much of eternity. As of this writing, #CharlieCharlieChallenge has been tweeted more than 1.6 million times. More people are Googling "Charlie Charlie" than virtually any other news event.

What's all this about?! Below, our no-nonsense explainer for the old/unimpressed.

How do you play Charlie Charlie?
Simple! You could, if you wanted, even do it at your desk.

Step 1: Open your Vine and get the camera rolling. (If you don't have Vine, you ARE too old for this.)
Step 2: Draw an X on a piece of paper.
Step 3: Label two of the resulting quadrants "no," and the other two "yes."
Step 4: Place two overlapping pencils on each axis of your grid, crossing them in the middle.
Step 5: Say "Charlie, Charlie, are you there?" and ask a question. (i.e., "is one of my friends going to die soon," "will I go to prom next May." )
Step 6: Scream, probably.
 
Where did this come from?
While it's hard to pin down an exact country of origin, Charlie Charlie (also spelled Charly Charly) has a long history as a schoolyard game in the Spanish-speaking world. According to one seven-year-old Yahoo! Respuestas thread — that's Yahoo Answers to you — kids have played a version of the "classic game" in Spain for generations.

Traditionally, this version with the crossed pencils was called the "Juego de la Lapicera" — a term that still turns up lots of creepy stuff on Google — and "Charlie Charlie" was a distinct game, played with colored pencils. At some point in their Internet and playground travels, the two games seem to have merged. In either case, both have always had demonic or supernatural connotations; one site calls Lapicera "the poor man's Ouija board."
 
Why is it popular again right now?
It's always hard to say exactly why these things trend, but the latest bubble seems to have begun in late April in the Dominican province of Hato Mayor, when a local TV news station broadcast a very alarmist (and unintentionally funny) report about the "Satanic" game overtaking local schools. From there, social media users in the Dominican Republic began tweeting, Instagramming and Vining about the game; by mid-May, the phrase "Charlie Charlie" was trending on Dominican Twitter, an easy jump away from the rest of Spanish-language Web.

Meanwhile, over the weekend, a 17-year-old girl in central Georgia Instagrammed her game and slapped it with the hashtag #CharlieCharlieChallenge. That hashtag was, apparently, all the kids needed: It's been tweeted 1.6 million times since then.

Who is Charlie, anyway?
Per various corners of the Spanish-speaking Internet: a child who committed suicide, the victim of a fatal car accident, or a pagan Mexican deity who now convenes with the Christian devil. The Mexican deity bit, at least, is demonstrably untrue.

"There's no demon called 'Charlie' in Mexico," said Maria Elena Navez of BBC Mundo.

Is this as dangerous as some of the other viral teen challenges going around?
Given that no one's setting themselves on fire, inhaling a caustic substance or deforming their lips, Charlie Charlie looks … pretty harmless.

That said, according to popular legend, Charlie haunts players who fail to say goodbye before they close out of the game. And there are, predictably, a whole lot of people who don't love the kids-summoning-demons thing.

Why should I care? (Should I even care?!)
I mean, you should definitely care if you're seeking supernatural answers to your life questions. (Excepting questions about love, death and money, which — per certain versions of the legend — Charlie will not answer.)

Even if that doesn't exactly describe you, though, Charlie makes a killer case study in virality and how things move in and out of languages and cultures online. You'll notice, for instance, a lot of players and reporters talking about the game as if it were new, when it's actually — and more interestingly, I think — an old game that has just recently crossed the language divide.

This is also, pretty notably, yet another example of the power of the teenage Internet. Write off their little games as silly, sure — but we never trended "Bloody Mary" or "Ouija board."

American comedian and actor, Kevin Hart has reacted to the invasion of the Capitol Building in Washington DC by Pro-Trump supporters.

Responding to the way security operatives handled the situation, Kevin Hart stated that if those who invaded the Capitol building were black they would have all been shot dead.

Describing it as two different scenes in America, the comedian accused security operatives of not using force when they should. He added that the way the situation was handled is disrespectful to people of colour.

After a mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, forcing lawmakers to evacuate and disrupting the proceedings, Congress rejected Republican challenges to Mr. Biden's Electoral College victory.

Congress confirmed President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.'s victory early Thursday morning, hours after a mob of loyalists urged on by President Trump stormed and occupied the Capitol, disrupting the final electoral count in a shocking display of violence that shook the core of American democracy.

There was no parallel in modern American history, with insurgents acting in the president's name vandalizing Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office, smashing windows, looting art and briefly taking control of the Senate chamber, where they took turns posing for photographs with fists up on the dais where Vice President Mike Pence had just been presiding.

By the time the Senate reconvened late on Wednesday evening, hours after lawmakers had been evacuated from a Capitol overrun by rebels carrying pro-Trump paraphernalia, one of the nation's most polarizing moments had yielded an unexpected window of solidarity. Republicans and Democrats locked arms to denounce the violence and express their determination to carry out what they called a constitutionally sacrosanct function.
 
"To those who wreaked havoc in our Capitol today, you did not win," Mr. Pence said in a sharp break from Mr. Trump, who had praised the mob. "Violence never wins. Freedom wins. And this is still the people's house."

Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican of Kentucky and the majority leader, said the "failed insurrection" had only clarified Congress's purpose.

"They tried to disrupt our democracy," he said. "They failed."

The upheaval unfolded on a day when Democrats secured a stunning pair of victories in runoff elections in Georgia, winning effective control of the Senate and the complete levers of power in Washington. And it arrived as Congress met for what would normally have been a perfunctory and ceremonial session to declare Mr. Biden's election.
 
The siege was the climax of a weekslong campaign by Mr. Trump, filled with baseless claims of fraud and outright lies, to try to overturn a democratically decided election that he lost.

"We gather due to a selfish man's injured pride, and the outrage of supporters who he has deliberately misinformed for the past two months and stirred to action this very morning," Senator Mitt Romney, Republican of Utah and the 2012 presidential nominee, said after the chamber reconvened. "What happened here today was an insurrection incited by the president of the United States."

Wednesday evening, Mr. Biden, seeking to tamp down the anarchy that Mr. Trump stoked with angry language just hours earlier, Mr. Biden urged rioters to abandon what amounted to an armed occupation of the House and Senate. The president-elect denounced Mr. Trump's refusal to graciously accept defeat, and suggested that the president was to blame for the violence.

"At their best, the words of a president can inspire," Mr. Biden said. "At their worst, they can incite."

Far from discouraging confrontation, Mr. Trump had encouraged his supporters earlier Wednesday to confront Republican lawmakers going against him to side with the Constitution.

First 2021Tanker Explossion in Lagos Oshodi Axis

A tanker explosion has occurred on both lanes around Toyota bus-stop inwards mile 2, along Oshodi/Apapa expressway in Lagos state.

Social media posts seen suggest emergency response teams are already on ground to control the inferno.

The Nation is reporting that no casualty has been recorded yet as a result of the incident.

The incident is said to have caused huge traffic along the axis as many motorists have been caught-up close to the accident scene.

Some residents say the incident happened close to a fire station hence the quick response from firefighters.

Cases of fire outbreaks in Lagos state have become a perennial problem in recent times.

Many people have faulted the responsiveness of fire services and emergency first responders in the country, who have been reputed to always arrive late and without sufficient equipment to the scene of fire incidents.

There have also been renewed calls for the federal and state governments to adequately fund the fire department and emergency agencies, while the culture of insuring properties is not imbibed by Lagos residents to mitigate the damage and misery of the misfortune.

Experts say incessant cases of fatal fires in Lagos state resulting in loss of lives and property has resulted in huge economic losses.

The elderly couple recently got married in a beautiful traditional ceremony and they were surrounded by friends and families.

Daramola, who shared her story with Bellanaija Weddings, revealed that she is a divorcee in her 50s while her husband is a widower in his 60s. The couple has seven adult children and four grandchildren between them.

Speaking on how she met her handsome husband, Daramola said that Patrick's first son set up the first dinner in the UK.

The South Africa-born engineer's net worth was $188.5 billion at 10:15 a.m. in New York, $1.5 billion more than Bezos, who has held the top spot since October 2017. As chief executive officer of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., or SpaceX, Musk is also a rival to Bezos, owner of Blue Origin LLC, in the private space race.

The milestone caps an extraordinary 12 months for Musk. Over the past year his net worth soared by more than $150 billion in possibly the fastest bout of wealth creation in history. Fueling his rise was an unprecedented rally in Tesla's share price, which surged 743% last year on the back of consistent profits, inclusion in the S&P 500 Index and enthusiasm from Wall Street and retail investors alike.

Davido Joins Family Business, Becomes Director In Father’s Company

Days after threatening to quit music, billionaire's son and popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke professionally known as Davido, has finally joined his family's multi-billionaire enterprise; Pacific holdings limited.

The 28-year-old music executive shared the new development via a post on his Twitter page.

He shared a photo of his father's company logo and wrote,

"omo nah 2021 o I dun dey chook head small small"

A quick perusal through the company's website shows that it has been updated to include the name of Davido "Davido Adeleke" on its board of directors.

Therefore, the father of three will be joining his father and brother, wale, on the board.


Pacific Holdings Ltd. is a diversified conglomerate in Lagos, Nigeria. They have 6 major companies; Pacific Drilling Company Ltd, Pacific Farm Ltd, Intertrade Warehousing Ltd., Junior Venture Ltd., Pacific Freightliners Ltd. and Pacific Gas Company Ltd.

Fans of the music star have taken to his comment section to applaud him for being a successful artiste and a soon-to-be successful businessman.
