Emmanella who is a young Nigerian comedienne, showed off a newly purchased vechile in a recently shared post online.

The teenage celebrity took to the videos and photos sharing platform instagram to post photos of her newly purchased car.

She shared some lovely shots of herself and a lady believed to be her senior sister showcasing this car and added the caption;

"Happy New Month to you all. A month of laughter @sweetgirlmimi"

Announcing this she wrote;

Fans of BBNaija stars, Ozo and Nengi have caused a frenzy on Twitter after Nengi openly expressed her love for Ozo.

Recall, days ago, Ozoemena penned down a heartwarming note for Nengi on his Instagram page. He lauded Nengi for being a great friend, while wishing that she achieves her goals and attains greater heights.

Reacting to this, Nengi openly professed her love for him and thanked him for his kind gesture.

"Awww crying love you", Nengi wrote.

She also took to her twitter account to reinstate that she meant it when she said she loves him. She also added a crown emoji, referring to him as a king.

"If I ever said I love you, I meant it", she wrote.

A Nigerian man identified on Facebook as Jide Rebirth Macaulay goes viral on social media after revealing his HIV status.

The Nigerian man who is an openly-gay reverend based in the United Kingdom recently disclosed his sexuality and health status.

According to Jide Rebirth Macaulay, He said that this February 2021 which is LGBT week, He could not be more proud to represent both communities. Jide Rebirth Macaulay also said he is gay and living well with HIV.

Nigerian singer, songwriter, and rapper Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema has stated that his song "Ginger me" will live forever because it is very special.

The 'Ginger me' track by Rema was released as a single in 2020 after the successful release of his first single in the same year 'Beamer'

Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has disclosed that he strongly disapprove of cultism and persons who are cultists.

The singer who is the president of his controversial fan base, 'Marlians' took to his Twitter handle to state his stance against cultism.

According to the marlian squad leader, he said he is marlian but strongly against cultism.

"I'm a Marlian but I'm anti cultist".

Naira Marley revealed this following his reaction to some children that were arrested by Amotekun operatives for modelling themselves as him.

In the video clip that went viral, a lady who is supoosedly a teacher in the school described the boys as criminals and also disclosed that they were caught in a bush

Shade Ladipo Calls Out Victoria Inyama For Her Comments About Girl Harassed For Wearing Shorts In Market

Media personality and Co-anchor on Stv, Shade Ladipo has called out Victoria Inyama for victim-blaming after a comment the latter made after a lady was harassed in a market place for how she was dressed.

Recall that a Nigerian law student who was harassed for wearing shorts to the market cried out on social media.

The lady said she was inside a tricycle popularly called "Keke" when three men came to touch her.

She claimed that the guys in the market harassed her and blocked her as they questioned why she wore shorts to the market.

Narrating what happened, the lady said one of the guys threatened to beat her while stating she was very lucky she was inside the "Keke" and not walking.

Lamenting bitterly, the lady said she "she hates men so much she's going to cry" and that she hates going to the market.

Victoria replied to the video, stating that everyone in the video are all victims of a failed society.

Then, she concluded: "Did she think she was going to Selfidges though."

Shade Ladipo replied, asking Victoria Inyama to do better, while accusing her of victim-blaming.

But Victoria stood her ground and said the girl contributed to her harassment.

Mompha lands in another N157million fraud mess

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has named Instagram celebrity, Ismail Mustapha, popularly known as Mompha, in its amended N157.1million fraud charge filed against an auto dealer, Sarumi Babafemi, alias 606.

Recall that the socialite has since November 25, 2019 been facing a separate 14-count N32.9 billion charge bothering on money laundering before Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court (FHC) in Lagos.

One Mr. Babafemi is the Chief Executive Officer of 606 Autos Ltd; 606 Music Ltd and Splash Off Entertainment Ltd.

He and his firms have since November 1, 2019 been on trial a five-count charge before Justice Chuka Obiozor of the FHC for allegedly laundering N207.1million.

Babafemi was accused by the EFCC of being an agent of fraud suspects named by the United State's Federal Investigation Bureau (FBI), which he however denied.

However, on Monday, the EFCC brought an amended nine-count charge of January 22, 2021 against Babafemi, Mompha and two others, before Justice Chukwujeku Aneke. The others listed in the charge marked FHC/L/CS/374c/2019, are: Ridwan Momodu Allison, a.k.a. Osama said to be at large and Richard Ogbah. They were alleged to have laundered N157.1 million.

Listed as the beneficiaries of the said funds are: Omojadesola Shittu Allison; Olandewaju Oriyomi; Abiola Kayode Ayorinde; Bartholomew Oluchukwu Ezeudoka and Amobi Uchenna E., who were said to have received the sums of N37.6 million; N93 million; N1.5 million and N25 million respectively.

Babafemi and his firms were also alleged to have concealed and disguised the origins of the funds he reportedly laundered for Mompha and others.

According to the EFCC, the offences contravened sections 15(2)(b) and 15(3)(a) and are punishable under section 15(3) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 (as amended).

Davido's PA, Israel DMW has fired back at popular disk jockey, Cuppy after she threatened to sue him to court over defamation.

The drama started days ago when Israel called out Cuppy for allegedly refusing to give Zlatan a share of the money gotten from their hit song, Gelato.

Reacting to this, DJ Cuppy threatened to take Israel to court for defamation of character.

Israel in his response to the impending lawsuit, fired back at Cuppy, asking her if she has ever sent money to Zlatan in her entire life.

"Have you ever in entire life giving money to Zlatan, any Kobo? Did he pay for his hotel bill, food at transcorp Hilton or not?", Israel fired back at Cuppy.

Nigerian sensational singer, Simisola Kosoko simply known as Simi, has penned down a lovely note for her daughter, Deja Kosoko as she clocks 8 months.

Adejare Kosoko marked her 8th month after birth on Saturday, January 30th and her mom took to social media yesterday to express how she feels about having Deja in her life.

According to her, little Deja manages to steal her heart everyday and that she is amazed how fast she grows.

She wrote; "Does anybody have the number of the Time Department, cause Deja was 8 months Yesterday, and it's too fast for me. Need to talk to management".

BBNaija's Leo Dasilva – “It won’t be compulsory for my wife to bear my surname”

Nigerian reality TV star, Leo Dasilva has said it won't be compulsory for his wife to bear his surname if she wishes to retain hers.

According to him, his wife must not necessarily answer "Mrs. Dasilva". He however noted that his kids will bear his family name.

He tweeted: "It won't be compulsory for my wife to be Mrs Dasilva, she can call herself whatever she wants. The kids will carry the family name #LeoTalk."


His submission has caused mixed reactions on social media as many have taken to his comment section to share diverse opinions about the subject matter.

Yemi Alade – “I Ignored Beyonce’s Email For 2 Months”

Nigerian Afro-Pop singer, Yemi Alade, has opened up on how she ignored popular American singer, Beyonce's email for two months.

The sensational singer disclosed this in an exclusive interview with OSG, during which she talked about how she nearly lost out on her collaboration with Beyonce.

Recall the singer was unveiled as a collaborator on Beyonce's "Black Is King" visual album, a sequel to the 2019 "Lion King: The Gift" album.

Speaking with OSG, Yemi legit said she ghosted "Queen Bey" for two months but however said it wasn't intentional.

She said, "we thought it was a scam email… I wasn't the one receiving the emails, my management was and the thing is that, you have to be a crazy beyond fan like me to know her company's name is "Parkwood", So you're getting emails from "Parkwood" about a collaboration with Beyoncé?!… My manager was telling me that he keeps getting these messages from Parkwood. He sounded very irritated and he was thinking of maybe blocking the email… and I asked him what did you say? Did you say "Parkwood?" I said (screams) that is Beyoncé!!!!…"


Speaking on how long it took for them to actually respond to the email, Yemi Alade said "it took a while.. we were at the end of the collection like..they've been working on this for a while, maybe a month or two, I think even someone at some point came to Nigeria and they were trying to meet me but you know how some people are, they don't want some people to meet some people."

Immediately after learning of her manager's error, the 'Johnny' crooner immediately boarded a plane to Las Vegas, and made her way to Beyoncé's studios.

"I had no idea what was coming. When we were done with the meeting, I went back to my apartment. I just woke up the next morning I couldn't talk, definitely could not sing. I had no voice, I pushed and I got something out of it," the 31-year-old continued.

When asked about her disposition towards people in the western world and the kind of vibe they give. She replied thus:

"When I try to just envision every country that I've been to, I realize that human beings are just human beings, some come with good vibes, some come with bad vibes and then you can never know who really has ulterior motives or not, they just keep…. like an onion peel… they just keep opening up and showing you and showing you and revealing everything… so I would just say human beings are the same everywhere, naija, outside naija everybody."

Former Beauty Queen and Flavour's baby mama, Anna Banner has shared an insight into some of the struggles/challenges she has so far faced in life.

Anna Banner who recounted having a baby at 20 for Flavour, said she was depressed and was once suicidal at some point in her life. She disclosed that she lost her self confidence, was ashamed of her body and also ashamed of some of the decisions she made as an unmarried young lady.


The former beauty noted that for 6 years she has had bad birthday experiences, but added that this year will be a reminder of all she's been able to pull through.
