Former BBNaija housemate and fast-rising actress Erica Nlewedim has landed herself an endorsement deal with a beverage company, Supa Komando.

The beautiful reality star took to her Instagram page to share a snippet video showing her scene in the advert for the energy drink, Supa Komando.

Sharing the video on her Instagram page, Erica captioned the post;

Popular brand influencer, Erica Nlewedim has received feedback from the famous journalist, Dele Momodu after sending him a birthday party invitation.

The reality star who will be marking her 27th birthday, themed 'Hollywood,' on the 13th of March seems to have rolled out I.V to special guests already.

In reaction to Erica's birthday party invitation, Dele Momodu took to Twitter to acknowledged receipt of his presence at the event.

Ex beauty queen and fashion model, Chisom Agoawuike, debunked the viral report about her getting married to the secondary school teacher.

Yesterday, a Nigerian Twitter user @iamhalita shared some photos alongside an interesting love story of how she allegedly met and married her ex corper who taught her while she was in SS2. The Twitter user claimed they were photos of herself and her partner.

The Twitter user wrote:


"He came for NYSC in my village and was posted to teach geography in my school. I was in SS2 then.

He was always flogging me for coming late to class but I never told him that we had to go to the farm every morning before coming to school. Today I'm his bride".

Reports were made that the images were from a popular TV drama series tittied Halita. In the series, Chisom Agoawuike played the role of a young woman who flee from the Village because of a crooked suitor only for her to face the drama of a new life in the city with a powerful family.

Chisom Agoawuike has now come out to debunk the report made about her, as well as disassociate herself from the Twitter account, @iamhalita.

Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman has teased the villagers in River state who ate a Blue Marlin Fish without knowing its cost.

Recall that some days back, we reported about a fisherman in River state that made a huge catch of a gigantic swordfish.

Upon investigations, it has been confirmed that the villagers unknowingly devoured a fish that is estimated to have cost about 3 million dollars.

In reaction to this, the famous rapper, Ruggedman said:

"A Nigerian man captured a Blue Marlin Fish worth $2.6 million. Him and his village people ate it.

Nigerian music mogul Ubi Franklin has advised men not to continue a relationship after their proposal has been turned down.

The founder of TripleMG Record label made this known via his Instagram page on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, while reacting to the video of a lady turning down a proposal from her boyfriend.

"Omo eh, if you engage a girl and she rejects the ring, move on o, I mean Move on o, I have been there o. If you do not move on, and she agrees to marry you later in life, it will not work," he wrote.

Broda Shaggi has said that he started entertainment out of hunger. And he also revealed that when hunger hits you, you will discover your talent.

The actor and Nigerian comedian, Samuel Animashaun Perry, A. K.A. Broda Shaggy has revealed what informed his decision into comedy and finally, acting.

Broda Shaggi has revealed this fact during a private interview of an upcoming Nollywood movie, "Ponzi".

According to him, he was not born with a silver spoon neither did he grew up in Lekki. In fact, poverty led him into entertainment.

He had left Ikenne his hometown as his dad passed away. And he moved quickly to Lagos.

It was in Makoko, Lagos that his aunt who took him in had lived. And she also cared and catered for him.

And also, helped him to further his schooling till university level.

In his words,

"I came from Ikenne in Ogun state. I left Ikene when my father died for Lagos where I lived with my aunt in the Makoko area. She was the one who took care of me till l left the university. So, I was neither born with a silver spoon nor grew up in Lekki. Everything started in Makoko."

The entertainer first started his career via Instagram. He started making skits that were driven by hunger and poverty.

He further stated poverty made him discover an inborn talent.

He said,

"I started entertainment out of hunger. When poverty hits you, you'll be the one to figure out your talent."

Court adjourns trial of internet celebrity Mompha

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday further adjourned until May 26, for the continuation of the trial of internet celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha (a.k.a Mompha), standing trial for N32.9 billion fraud.

Mustapha was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on 14 counts bordering on fraud, money laundering and running a foreign exchange business without the authorisation of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The commission later amended the charge to 22 counts.

The defendant was arraigned alongside his firm, Ismalob Global Investment Ltd.

He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of N100 million with one surety in like sum.

Prosecution closed its case in July 2020 after calling 10 witnesses.

The defence filed a no-case submission on the grounds that the prosecution did not make out any case against Mustapha.

Justice Mohammed Liman, in December 2020, dismissed the no-case submission and called on Mustapha to open defence.

On Wednesday, the trial could not proceed as earlier planned, as the judge was in a meeting.

Parties in the suit were, consequently, given a new trial date of May 26.

In the charge, EFCC accused the defendant of procuring Ismalob Global Investment Ltd. and unlawfully retaining in its account, an aggregate sum of N32.9 billion from 2015 to 2018.

It alleged that Mustapha laundered the sum through Ismalob Global Investment Ltd.

Both defendants were alleged to have negotiated foreign exchange transactions in various sums such as N9.4 million, N20 million, N10.4 million, N2.4 million, N100 million, N61 million, N40.7 million and N42 million.

Mustapha was also alleged to have aided Ismalob to illegally retain an aggregate sum of N 14 billion in its account.

The alleged offences contravene the provisions of Sections 15(2) and 18(3) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act of 2011 as amended.

Divorced Kenyan Gospel Singer Advises Women To Stick To Their Cheating Husbands

After her marital experience,  Kenyan gospel artiste, Loise Kim has advised women in her country not to leave their husbands over infidelity.

Loise who was rumoured to have contemplated suicide after her husband left her for a white woman, took to her Instagram, and said that it is unwise to leave a man over infidelity, adding that no man is better than the other.

While pointing out that she is not in any way encouraging adultery or polygamy, Kim said she learned from experience that most women who leave their marriages because their spouses cheated end up finding even worse philanderers.

Continuing, on International Women's Day, March 8, she celebrated Hilary Clinton and all the women who forgave their cheating husbands.

Internet troll questions the source of wealth of the popular reality star, Nengi Hampson, who recently acquired a house of her own.

This is coming after the renowned influencer flaunted her new duplex which has been unveiled as a property worth 75 million naira.

According to the internet troll who is curious on how Nengi was able able to afford such a house that cost a difference of 10 million naira from the prize money of the 2020 BBNaija reality show.

In a tweet, the troll wrote;

"Is it just endorsement deals that got you a house 10 million lesser that BBN money."

Nengi, however, is yet to respond to the quiz; or may not have seen it.
