Hg2 Filmmaker, Olabode – “Any day Wizkid follow me, I will follow back”

Nigerian Hg2 filmmaker and director, Olabode has revealed the only condition in following the Grammy Award winner, Wizkid on his Instagram page.

Hg2 film boss, Olabode Akarede Olaolu Folarin has taken to his Instagram stories to answer any question thrown at him by his followers.

One of the questions asked is; why Olabode is not following Wizkid on Instagram?

He has answered this question by revealing that he will only follow Wizkid if Starboy grants the same gesture in following him back on Instagram.

In his words, "any day Wizkid follow me… I will follow back"

Prior to this day, the duo was seen together at the Grammy award night.

Blogger, Ronke reveals how her father spoiled her by always letting her have her way

Blogger, Ronke has revealed how she got spoiled by her father who would never say NO to her decisions or needs even when it was important to do so.

Reacting to a post that rebuked spoiled women by telling them they can never have their way all the time, Ronke narrated how her father made her think she can always have her way because he never opposed her ideas or actions.

Ronke admitted that this act by her father subsequently affected her negatively as she grew up to think that she is meant to always do that which she wants, without caring about other people's opinion.

Speaking further, Ronke who seems to have spotted out the wrong in her lifestyle said this was her previous lifestyle before she figured out the ideal style of life in a world with different opinions and different people.

Nigerian author and media personality, Toke Makinwa has reacted to those blaming women for the wrongs of their partners.

In a recent tweet, Toke Makinwa expresses her displeasure in women heaping men's irresponsibility on their fellow women and also, wives sharing the blame of a cheating spouse.

Women who have normalized saying words like, "men will disgrace you" to other women who disclose the cheating lifestyle of their spouses should henceforth desist from it. As it is alluding and shameful for women to accept any man's crime.

Instead, adults should carry their cross solely on themselves without pinning blames on others.

American Idol contestant, Funke Lagoke fainted during her performance at the musical talent hunt show while being assessed by the judges.

Funke performed 'Melanajed Queen' successfully as she entertained the judges with her wonderful voice and talent.

The moment one of the judges mentioned the word 'but the problem is,' she collapsed leaving everyone startled, including her colleague singer, Ronda Felton as they rush to her aide.

The singer was rushed to the hospital after she collapsed and fell flat on her face during the performance on Monday night's episode.

BBNaija season five winner Laycon has been decorated with a YouTube Silver Play Button for the continuous buzz on his page.

The rapper was honored for reaching 100k subscribers on the platform with his latest singles 'Wagwan' and 'Fall for me' luring fans to the page.

In the same vein, the two singles have continued to rake in over 1.5 million streams on Audiomack respectively.

Also, Laycon recently gained 3 million followers on Instagram and 1 million Twitter followers.

Small Doctor – “My wife and kids reside in Canada”

Nigerian singer Adekunle Temitope popularly known as Small Doctor has revealed that he is married with kids.

The music star made this known during a chat with media personality Nancy Isime on her show, 'The Nancy Isime Show.'

Isime had asked the music star what advice he had for anyone working hard to make ends meet.

"What I'll say to him is if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. There's no limitation to what someone can achieve in life. This is Canada that I can never believe I'll have a visa talk less of having a family there," he said.

Isime apparently shocked to hear about the singer having family pried further; "You have a family in Canada?"

"That's where my family is based," Small Doctor replied.

"Your wife and children?" she asked.

"Yes," he replied.

Rick Ross has narrated the effect Codeine addiction had on him.

The rapper revealed that he was addicted to Lean (a concoction of cough syrup, soda, hard candy, and, in some cases, alcohol) and it started affecting the quality of his life.

He explained that he started becoming unconscious at the red light and at other inconvenient times and places.

He added that he once passed out while having sex and the girl cried because she thought he died.

"I was having sex before and I woke up and the girl just next to me (while imitating the girl's crying voice)" Rick Ross said.

Bipolar Diagnosis: I Have Seen The Light – Chacha Eke Thanks Concerned Fans

Nollywood actress, Chacha Eke has thanked concerned friends who have been reaching out to her after she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Recall that Chacha Eke, in a video she posted on her social media page stated that her marriage is over.

However, this video generated a lot of reactions and speculations that there has been a case of domestic violence in her marriage.

After the video had gone viral, Chacha Eke blamed herself, adding that she's been diagnosed with bipolar.

She added that she does have bipolar disorder whenever she's pregnant.

Some of her colleagues including her brother did not agree to her claims and made all efforts to help her in condition but Chacha Eke declined their help.

In a new post, Chacha Eke has revealed that she is now doing better.

According to her, she has seen the light, and she is back to normal.

Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote on Instagram:

"I have received many phone calls, read lots of DMs', text messages and emails from many concerned folks these past months. 98% of them inquiring, "ChaCha, are you okay? ChaCha, I hope you're fine now?"….

Ifu Ennada – It Is Harder To Be A Woman Than A Man

Popular reality TV star, Ifu Ennada has dropped a statement in favour of women as she listed some of their exceptional qualities.

According to Ifu Ennada, it is harder being a woman than a man.

She made this known via her Instagram page where she opine that women "should be regarded as the stronger vessels" because it is "much harder to be a woman than it is to be a man."

Mavin Records singer, Rema, releases his new hit track, Bounce, about a month ago. The musician has since gotten positive reviews from music critics and pundits in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry.

Aside from the Don Jazzy-produced song being groovy and striking to listeners, the track has a confusing cartooned artwork that got many of the singer's fans puzzled. Although, most of the singer's music covers have the cartoon feel, which many took to be his signature style for music covers.

This time, the multiple award-winning 'golden boy', explained the characters on the cover art for 'Bounce', bringing his fans out of the mysteries created by the design.

Davido Shows Off Gold Certification For ‘If’

Afro-pop Singer David Adeleke better known by his stage name, Davido, has taken to Instagram to show off the gold certification for his song 'If'.

The singer shared the gold plate on his Instastories on Tuesday with the words: "More to come."

Recall that the hit song; If,  was in February certified gold in the United States.

Davido wrote on Instagram at the time,

"My 2nd Gold record!!! Oh God, I am grateful!! The Only two Afro beats solo singles to go Gold in the USA in Afro-beats history!! God is good!!! MORE TO COME."

Davido's song 'Fall' was also certified gold in the US in May 2020.

A song is certified gold in the US after selling 500, 000 copies by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Frodd shares his awful experience with a single mother who's a giveaway winner for refusing not to send back the complete money mistakenly deposited into her account.

In the spirit of benevolence, Frodd has taken to his Instagram page to do a giveaway to single mothers only.


According to him, he was going to split N50K to 10 mothers on his page. While in the course of it, he sent the whooping N50k to the first giveaway winner.

Having reached out to the winner, he asked for a refund of N45k. Things turned out to be dramatic as the lady begs to return N30k instead.

She further pleaded and said God will judge the Bbnaija star.

Angered further by this, he insisted on his money. But the lady stood on her ground and sent 30k instead.
