Popular singer, Timi Dakolo has advised Christians who speak in tongues to always ask for forgiveness from people they once offended rather than hiding under the cover of spirituality.

According to the father of three, seeking forgiveness and apologizing for wrong deeds is the surest way to live a good life, rather than faking spirituality which still doesn't depict a righteous or apt way of living.

Taking to his verified Twitter handle, he wrote:

"Speaking in tongues will not replace the apology you owe people in English."

Popular singer, Peruzzi has reacted to the viral allegations and claims of sleeping with Davido's Baby mama, Chioma.

In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo in his popular #WithChude show, the singer asserted that such a statement is a very crazy and unthinkable thing to say about him, DMW boss, Davido and Chioma.

Peruzzi dismissed such claims as false and expressed how shocked he is about the way and manner by which fake news spread all over social media.

"Someone said I had s3x with the wife of the man who helped me. Do you know how crazy that is? Even if you hate me, what did Davido do to you? So right now, I am careful of every pin that drops near me."

After a successful premiere of the movie, 'The Prophetess', Nollywood moviemaker, Niyi Akinmolayan has disclosed what happened to Toyin Abraham during the production of the film.

Niyi revealed the seasoned actress entered into the spirit and the whole team had to pause for an hour before they could proceed.

This Niyi said came as a surprise to him too.

In his words;

"Fun fact: during rehearsals, she "entered into the spirit" and we had to wait for an hour. It was quite something sha…even for me"

Mohammed Alsaadi Reveals Plans On Getting Angelina Jolie Onboard For His Next Project

Popular Omani film producer, well-known in both Egypt and Oman for his quality film productions, Mohammed Alsaadi has concluded plans to get Angelina Jolie onboard for his next project.

Mohammed Alsaadi whose films have won in competitions and film festivals in both Oman and Egypt, recently won Best Film in Oman in 2018. He is in the process of making a film based on Egyptian Football Superstar Mohammed Salah.

Currently, he is in the news for his next production venture, a film to be based on the life of Queen Nefertiti of Egypt. It is his hope to cast actress Angelina Jolie in his production to play Queen Nefertiti.
 
"I want to produce and make a film based on the life of Queen Nefertiti. She has always been a dream project of mine, and now I think I can indulge my dreams a little bit if I want to. Nefertiti has played a major role in Egyptian history and her contributions, while many and varied, have so far been neglected and left to the history book, I feel.

"Her life is perfect for cinema and art, but does not seem to have got the recognition that it so richly deserves," said Mohammed.

Currently, he is aiming for an international audience for his next production venture, as well as Arab audiences, because he believes that the story of Nefertiti could seriously be an interesting topic for celluloid and will easily find an audience worldwide.

"I am looking at a few new scripts that are being brought to my attention now. There is scope for at least two to three films that can be made that would detail the life of the queen pharaoh cinematically. She has enough cultural and historical importance to warrant such an extravagance. Not to mention, being noticeably quite beautiful enough to be mythical and legendary at the same time," added Mohammed.

Angelina Jolie would be perfect for playing the role of the Queen of Egypt, according to Mohammed. He believes that Angelina Jolie's natural grace and charm will be the perfect thing for his production. "Both of them have physical similarities in terms of beauty, wisdom, and wit, and Jolie does have the personality to pull this off.

Additionally, Mohammed is also trying to get Angelina to star in the film to get an international face associated with the film. It is also his hope that Angelina will co-produce the film with him.

Proud father and popular Nollywood actor cum politician, Yul Edochie is celebrating his beautiful daughter, Danielle  as she turns 16 today, April 10, 2021.

Yul, a father of four who got married at the age of 22 after he got his girlfriend turned wife pregnant, says he is happy he made the right decision back then.

In an open letter he wrote his daughter, Yul revealed that he was so broke 16 years ago that he couldn't afford to pay the hospital bill of his daughter.

He also added that Danielle was at that time, the most beautiful baby to be delivered in her hospital of birth.


Yul Edochie who hopes to contest for the position of Nigeria's President come 2023 wrote,

" I can't keep calm oo. My daughter, my first child is 16 today.
Happy 16th Birthday to my Angel @danielleyuledochie I still remember that beautiful day in 2005 when you were born.

"How happy we were to have you. The nurses said you were the cutest baby ever born in that hospital. You never stopped smiling at everyone. That was also the year I joined Nollywood. I remember how broke I was then and couldn't afford 22k for hospital bills (😀😀😀)"

Princess Shyngle Announces Marriage To Her “Best Friend” Of 10 Years Is Over After A Few Weeks

Just few weeks after marriage, actress, Princess Shyngle has announced the crash of her marital union.

Shyngle took to Instagram to claim that her husband, Gibril Bala Gaye, physically abused her. This is after her husband went on Instagram live to tell the world that his wife locked him out of the house after a little disagreement about 8 weeks ago and he hasn't seen her for 7 weeks. He added that she's in New York doing "her thing".

Princess Shyngle said she had no intention to bring her marital woes online but since her estranged husband was already giving the impression she's a bad woman who left her husband for 7 weeks, she has to come out with her truth.

In an Instagram live video, she told the world that her marriage has been shaky for over 8 weeks. She said her husband was violent and "put hands" on her so she decided to divorce him.

"Youre a fu*king mistake. I've divorced your as* so leave me the f*ck alone," she wrote.

Only weeks ago, Princess Shyngle announced she's married to her best friend who she's crushed on since 8th grade and has been best friends with for over 10 years . Now, she says she has no idea he was violent.

9 weeks ago, on January 30 precisely, Shyngle announced she is married. Going by her revelation on her Instagram live that the domestic violence incident happened 8 weeks ago, leading to their separation and then divorce, it means their marriage lasted only one week or thereabout.

Nigerian singer-songwriter Yemi Alade has taken to Twitter to rant about an unpaid debt.

Ranting, the talented  'Johnny crooner' vowed to never lend money out to anyone again.

She made her decision known as she questions the integrity and empathy of people who borrow money and never pay back as promised.

According to her, she would never borrow anyone money again as all they pay back with is lies. She also added that they lack empathy and integrity.

David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has shut down a party in Ogun State where he also delivered stunning performance with gospel juju singer Yinka Ayefele's live band.

Yinka Ayefele was the performing musician at the party when Davido's presence was announced, he then summoned him [Davido] to the stage to join him.

Davido, in the video sighted by WithinNigeria, was seen holding not less than five bundles of 1000 Naira notes. The 'Fall' crooner danced while Ayefele was performing one of his songs.

According to Ben Murray-Bruce , his new Electric Car which will be delivered early next year, is capable of more miles per charge than a Tesla.

Actress Uche Elendu who is one of Nollywood's popular stars that needs no introduction has kicked against condemning people who have undergone liposuction or plastic surgery to enhance their bodies.

She expressed her concerns over the rate at which people condemn liposuction (also known as Plastic Surgery) but engage in other beauty activities.

The divorced mum of two via her instastory revealed that she sees no difference between those that fix lashes, nails and ladies who go extra miles to look better by going through surgery.

Uche wrote, "There's absolutely no difference between a lady that fixes her nails, lashes, makeup, etc and a lady that got a nose job, body works done without implants, they are all body fixes and have potential risks and of course benefits.

Harrysong – Why I Won’t Put My New Marriage In Public Sphere

Newly married popular singer, Harrison Okiri, better known as Harrysong, recently signed the dotted lines with his soul mate in Warri, Delta State.

The excited new groom and Alterplate record label founder, in an interview with Sunday Scoop, speaks about the journey ahead.

He stated that he purposely opted for a wedding in Warri because he did not want too much media frenzy.

He said, "Being married is good. I feel complete. Now, I have a companion. I have someone that sincerely has my back and I am building my life with.  A lot of people were hoping or thinking that I would have a big Lagos wedding but I did not want too much media frenzy around us. Marriage is something very personal and serious to me, so I wanted it to be as private as possible. If I wanted to do a society wedding for status sakes, it would have held in Lagos and it would have been a funfair. But I chose to go to my home town in Warri to do it right and well.

"I don't want to talk about my marriage too much because people become inquisitive and I don't want to put our homes in the public sphere. That brings problems. I love to keep my home private. Once you bring your marriage on social media, it could breed unexpected things."


Advising eligible bachelors, the new groom said, "My first advice to any eligible bachelor is― get off social media when you want to be serious in the search for a life partner. Social media has destroyed homes and made it seem like there are no good people except homosexuals, home wreckers or people with questionable characters. Just be real and true with yourself, there are good men and women; not everyone is bad. Social media has cast a lot of people in bad light."

Speaking on his new project, Harrysong said, "I am back in the studio to focus on my music career. I am about to release an album titled, God Amongst Men and I have started work on it with my team of about 40 people. Not all men can be gods on earth because many are called but few are chosen. The power of music is given to very few and the grace of manifestation is few. I would win a Grammy Award. It might not be now but when it comes, the world would see it."

Nse Ikpe-Etim Responds To Follower Who Asked Her “Why Did You Sell Out Your Womb?”

Actress Nse Ikpe-Etim has reacted to a 'cruel' question about her womb, which she removed back in 2016 to live a normal life.

It all began when a follower asked her a question about her womb on Twitter, after Nse shared beautiful photos of herself in a navy blue jumpsuit.

After sharing the photos, Twitter users complemented the actress, and one follower wrote: "Why did you sell out your womb… And why are you to being fruitful to souls… Pls you need to make yourself fruitful and replenish"
 
Nse responded by referring to him as a "Joy Vampire" (one who sucks people's joy).

Nse tweeted: "Dear Joy Vampire, may you be fruitful in common sense. May you be replenished in kindness. May your soul never know adversity."

The man was also called out by other Twitter users and he took down the offensive tweet then apologized to Nse.

He wrote: "Am sorry… It was an erroneous error… With all of my heart I apologize."

Nse responded: "No worries at all. How are you today? Good?"


Recall that in 2019, Nse revealed that she removed her womb to save her life after she was diagnosed with Adenomyosis.

The actress disclosed that she was diagnosed in 2016. She said she cried when the doctor said she would have to remove her uterus to live a normal life.

"I was told I couldn't have kids," she said at the time.

"And so, I had to have a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) to make me have a life again and to stop going through what I was going through. And I'm literarily telling women and men, it really doesn't matter if you can't bear children. What really matters is what you would do for the world, for the universe."

33-Year-Old US-Based Nigerian Singer Wants To Marry Linda Ikeji

American-based singer, Shizem said he love Linda Ikeji and would like to marry the celebrity blogger.

The 33-year-old singer said he is attracted to the 40-year-old millionaire-blogger and mother of one.

Shizem disclosed this during an interview with DAILY POST, where he declared his unwavering love for Linda.

"As an artiste, we try to keep our relationship out of social media. Of course, we all deserve that one person that makes us feel special.

Actor, Jide Kosoko drops bomb says,“We sleep with one another in Nollywood, the profession is a blessed one”

Veteran movie star, Jide Kosoko has made a striking statement as regards the Nollywood movie industry and how it is structured.

In a recent interview with Vanguard, the movie god highlighted some of the goods and ills that are inherent in the Nigerian movie world.

The 67 years old who made sure he didn't leave sensitive issues untouched in the interview said:

"That is far from the truth. In fact, we are one of the professions whose members are very disciplined. People tend to make noise out of everything we do as public figures. That is not to say we do not date or sleep with one another. The profession is a blessed one and people should please see the good side of our profession too. We educate, entertain, admonish, enlighten the world through our artistic works."

On how celebrities rise to fame, he said, "One film doesn't bring an actor to the limelight rather continuity does. When people see a particular face in good productions, they will note the face and as time goes on, they will reckon with the face. And that is how the fame comes. That is why I detest some of my colleagues who believe they can turn one actor to a celebrity overnight. A continuous process of quality film productions brought me to limelight."

Jide Kosoko also spoke on his life as a polygamist "I never envisaged being a polygamist though I am a product of one. My parents didn't support it either. My first wife was a business woman. I craved for somebody who was in the same field with me. In those days, the best advice you can get is from your better half and that was how the second woman came to be. Along the line, I lost the two to child births within 11 months interval. I had seven children at that time, so I didn't plan remarrying or having more children again. But after much persuasion from my doctor and relatives, I decided to have a woman with the agreement of not having more children but a complete African woman will not agree to that. One thing led to the other and I got two women again. So being a polygamist is not intentional but God's design which I do not have a right over."

Mercy Johnson threatens to starve her 10 months old baby of food

Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson took to her Instagram to drag her 10-months-old daughter as she threatens to starve her of food.

In a post shared by the actress, the happy mom who's excited that her last daughter pronounced her first word is also disappointed to hear that the first word pronounced was "daddy" instead of "mummy".


According to the actress, after 9 months of pregnancy plus child labor, her daughter had to repay her in this way.

While making a joke out of it insists that her daughter must change the word "daddy" to "mummy" or else no food.
