Nollywood actress, Etinosa Idemudia fires at men who tend to use the bible to back up their demand for submission from their wives.

In a video that was recently shared by the actress, she stated that whenever a quarrel starts in a family, the male folks quickly quote the bible verse that talks about wives submitting to their husbands.

She further argued that the same bible also instructed men to love their wives like Jesus loved the church and to be willing to give his life for her.

Etinosa also asked men if they can give their lives for their wives just as the bible says also.

Comedienne, Ada Jesus’ last wish before her final breath revealed

Human Rights Activist, Harrison Gwamnishu opens up on the last wish of late comedienne, Ada Jesus who passed on after her birthday.

It would be recalled that Ada Jesus died some days ago after battling for her life as a result of chronic kidney disease.

According to Harrison who is one of the caretakers of the content creator until her last breath revealed to BBC Pidgin during an interview that Ada had difficulties breathing and talking at some point.


However, before her final breath, she struggled to say a few words on how she wishes to go to live on Instagram to appreciate her fans for their prayers and kind gestures from when she was ill till her current stage.

Instagram comedian/social media Influencer, Pankeeroy has been arrested by the operatives of the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for alleged involvement in computer-related fraud.

Pankeeroy, whose real name is Nwagbo Oliver Chidera, was paraded on Thursday, April 22, alongside 34 others.

According to EFCC, the suspects were arrested on Wednesday, April 21, at their hideout in James Court, Lekki, Lagos, following verified intelligence received by the Commission about their alleged criminal activities.


The commission said in a statement that, Chidera, who claimed to have gone into a Bitcoin scam after he suffered depression, had been presenting himself as a vendor who redeems bitcoin vouchers using the bitcoincoretrading.com platform to defraud his unsuspecting victims.

A Mercedes Benz AMG GLE model worth N36,000,000 was recovered from him upon his arrest, and it was also revealed by the commission the suspect has N22,300,000 worth of Bitcoin in his blocked chain account.

Items recovered from the suspects include exotic cars, iPhones, laptop computers, Android devices, and Macbook devices.

Nigerian-born martial arts champion, Kamaru Usman has continued his war of words with his Irish rival, Conor McGregor.

The pair have been exchanging words in recent weeks ever since the Irishman accused the UFC's welterweight champion of stealing his promotional one-liners as he feels that the welterweight king needs to be more original with his content.

The Nigerian Nightmare will defend his welterweight title against Jorge Masvidal at UFC 261 in Jacksonville on Saturday night, while McGregor will fight Dustin Poirier for a third time on July 10.

When asked about the prospect of fighting McGregor, Usman claimed he had offered the Notorious a fight but he was not interested in taking it up.

Speaking to TMZ Sports, Usman said: 'Conor knows he doesn't want those problems.

'I've offered him a title fight… I've given Conor the shot. Conor, you have the shot if you want it.

'Conor doesn't want it, you know? At the end of the day, he won't say my name, as well. He was silent.'

When he was then asked how a fight between the two of them would play out, Usman replied: 'Come on, man. Come on.

'That's not even… It's so bad that's not even something I entertain in my mind anymore, because that's just how savage a beating that would be.

'That's not even something I entertain in my mind. It's almost a waste of brainpower with what I would do to him.

'I'm proud of Conor for everything he is done and give him credit for that. But if you want to challenge me, that's not even a challenge. It doesn't make sense.'

Nigerian-owned Africa's leading record label, Chocolate City Music, has tapped Abuchi Peter Ugwu as its new chief.

Chocolate City said Mr Ugwu's new position at the music company is an exciting step forward in the firm's widely acclaimed journey in the entertainment industry.

Speaking on Ugwu's appointment, Audu Maikori, the co-founder of the record label said, "As one of the key pioneers of what is now known as the Afrobeat music, Chocolate City Music and its partners are poised to re-create a shift in how the music business is carried on for the mutual benefit and profit of both the artists and the labels–We believe Mr Ugwu is the right person to take the company to the next logical iteration".

Veteran rapper MI Abaga shared his excitement, saying, "Mr Abuchi knows the music industry inside and out and I'm excited to see the amazing things he's going to do".

Ugwu commented on his position at the company, he confessed his love for the firm and stated that "Chocolate City Music is dear to me; it has helped shape who I am today. I'm excited to do the same in this position for others through initiatives that promote progress, collaboration and drive value for artists".

Mr Ugwu is a skilled executive who has worked in different capacities in the music industry for over ten years. He was also the Head of Business Development for Chocolate City Music in 2015.

Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Claudia Jordan has claimed that Kanye West tried to date her while he was still romantically involved with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

The 48-year-old talk show host and reality star made the claims during an appearance on The Domenick Nati Show this week.
 
When asked directly if she would consider dating the newly single father-of-four, she replied: 'No. Kanye tried to already, so no, thank you.'

'He tried years ago. Me and Nikki Chu were in the club. They shut the door… I told you that whole story,' she added.


Jordan who did not give more details made it clear Kanye and Kardashian were still in a relationship when he made the unwanted advance.

Media personality, Ubi Franklin's third babymama, Sandra Iheuwa, has apologized to his alleged girlfriend, Renee, after she prayed that she will be barren.

Recall that Renee and Sandra came for each other's wigs on Tuesday, April 20 with claims and counterclaims of character assassination. Sandra got so enraged that she went on IG live and cursed Renee, saying she will never carry a child in her womb. Read the report here.

In a video she posted this morning, Sandra apologized for her outburst.

Sandra in her video mentioned that she was married some years ago and share two daughters with her husband whom she divorced in 2017. She said along the line she met Ubi Franklin in May 2017 in London. She said Ubi came to New York in August of the same year and that was when he asked her out and they officially started dating. She said in December 2017, she came to Nigeria and found out that he was lying to her. She said she tried to get out of the whole situation but found out she was already pregnant.




Sandra said she went on to have their baby Ariella and didn't want their child not to have her dad in her life as her other kids had their father in their lives as they were co-parenting in a very good way.

Sandra said she tried to co-parent with Ubi but it didn't work. She mentioned that Ubi defaults in his responsibilities as a father so much that she has even had to send money to his South African babymama, Nicola Siyo. She shared a screenshot of the proof of payment after she sent some money to Nicola.
