Today's conversation is about anxiety and fear and love and loss. I thought we'd start easy.
I am very nervous for today. I so badly want this podcast to be meaningful to you. I want it to make a difference in your day and week. I want you to listen and feel less alone. I want you to laugh and cry and feel and think. I really want you to love my daughter's song—We Can Do Hard Things—which she wrote for this community and performed herself, along with Brandi Carlile singing back-up! Isn't it weird and magical and amazing how we make things and then we're like: HERE, WORLD. HERE'S MY WHOLE HEART. HERE'S MY SISTER'S HEART. HERE'S MY DAUGHTER'S HEART. I HOPE YOU LIKE OUR HEARTS.
