Actress Didi Ekanem Reveals How She Feels Having The Biggest Butts In Nollywood

Didi Ekanem, a Nollywood actress, has revealed that she loves having one of the biggest bums in the industry, but she wants to be acknowledged for her talent.

Ms. Ekanem, who is also a fashion designer, beamed with a smile when asked how she feels about having one of the biggest buttocks in the Nollywood industry and answered, "It's a good feeling and a wonderful one."

She added; "But I won't lie to you, as much as I love it so much, I just wish people would focus more on my talent than my bum. All the concentration out there is on my bum, not my talent.

I would honestly wish people to see me as a talented actress, not a sexy one. But my bum is not allowing people to see me deep down, to see the person and the talent".


On whether it is real or not, "People always say this whenever they see my bum. The last time I was on Linda Ikeji, I read comments people made and there were more questions about whether my bum was real or worked on. Some said it is made of plastic but you are here now and can see there is no artificial embellishment or augmentation.

My bum is real, it's like 101% real, I was born this way, I was born like this. I've had it since I was in JS1, in fact, that was when I started noticing it. Then I never loved it, if I have to tell you the things that I've gone through because of my mum, you won't believe me."

Baba Ijesha: TAMPAN bars directors from working with Nkechi Blessing Sunday and Iyabo Ojo, threaten to work against them

The leadership of the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, TAMPAN has barred directors in the association from working with Nkechi Sunday Blessing and Iyabo Ojo and have threatened to frustrate them out of the industry.

Both actresses have over time taken to social media to openly condemn the conduct of one of them, Baba Ijesha, who was accused of defiling the foster daughter of comedienne, Princess. Both actresses have clashed with some members of the association who kicked against them openly condemning Baba Ijesha.

Speaking on behalf of member Board of Trustee of the association at a press briefing on Sunday, June 27, veteran actor Prince Jide Kosoko said despite the fact that Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing are not registered members of TAMPAN, the association would not entertain any form of disrespect by both actresses who tried to drag the association in the mud. Kosoko said the association is aware of the derogatory statements made by Iyabo Ojo against the Association and the industry as a whole, noting that they will not take further insults.

He noted that indeed both actresses are not members of the association but that they can frustrate them out of the industry if they continue to constitute a nuisance on social media.

"The attention of the Board of Trustees of TAMPAN and Elders of the Motion Picture Industry, especially of the Yoruba sector, have been drawn to the malicious damages being done to our sector by some unruly individuals that lack any iota of discipline and seeming to feel to be above the law.

As you may be aware, certain unpleasant things have happened lately that has dragged the name of our association, TAMPAN in particular and the industry in general in the mud, which in totality are against what we stand for as individuals and as a group of professionals.

We particularly observe the continuous derogatory statements made by Iyabo Ojo against the Association and the industry as a whole.

Please note that we are not against her stand on the issue of alleged rape or sexual assault as the case maybe, which the Association and individuals have equally condemned at one time or the other, as we believe only a person without conscience will support rape or sexual assault in any form. However, Iyabo Ojo's reckless accusations, abuses and embarrassment of our sector is also totally condemned.

Unfortunately, Nkechi Blessing has also joined in the Ignoble tirades against the Association and by extension, the industry and we say enough is enough!

As pioneers of this noble industry, if we fold our arms and allow the continuous blackmail that send negative signals across the world to go unchecked, the current situation that had impugned on our integrity will continue to grow to the detriment of humble practitioners, whose only source of livelihood is the practice of indigenous language movies (promoting Language to preserve culture)."

Speaking further, he said

"As TAMPAN BoT members and elders of the industry in the Yoruba genre, we dare say to both Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing and others of their likes, that if you people think whatever visibility you have achieved today is not through the Yoruba sector of the Nigerian motion picture industry, you should, at least realise that the industry gave you the enabling environment for whatever you may have become today.

Without the platform God gave you and many others of your likes through us to climb up the ladder and express your creativity, you may not be this visible today. Though, we keep thanking God for what you have become, because it is a testament to the efficacy of our industry and the platform we all belong to, we nevertheless say enough of this new culture of insults, derogatory comments and name calling!

When we were building the Industry, we never thought a time like this will come when those we trained will jettison the culture of respect. Our sector in the Nigeria motion picture industry is built on the Yoruba culture of respect and reference for those ahead of you and that has to be strictly adhered to, because that's who we are.

It is our desire that everyone continue to pursue their respective programs without necessarily blackmailing others, as we pray that we will not get into a situation where we are forced to take to Legal means to defend our integrity.

And for those who have said or thinking of saying to hell with the Yoruba sector of the Nigeria motion picture industry, please kindly take note that the entire Nollywood is one, even as some of us here are active players across board. An offense against one is an offense against others, as we will get other associations involved in tackling any further infringement on our rules and shared values. None of these infringements will henceforth go without repercussions.

What is the penalty? Yes we have quite a lot, we are only being careful. I am not joking. Even if the law says you are free to practice anything you like, we can frustrate you out of the industry in our own way. If you think you are above the law, we can get you out of the industry in our way" he said

Speaking directly about Nkechi Blessing Sunday, Kosoko said

"I make bold to tell you this, we will work against her in this industry"

Speaking on behalf of movie producers and directors in TAMPAN, Ebun Oloyede Olaiya said

"My association did not suspend Nkechi Blessing or Iyabo Ojo but my association is suspending me from working with Nkechi Blessing and Iyabo Ojo"

The National President of TAMPAN, Mr. Latin explained why the association has been silent since the Baba Ijesha saga started in April.

"We as an association, have stayed away from making comments on the Lanre Omiyinka (Baba Ijesha) saga because we believe in the rule of law, due process and the ability of the courts of the land to do justice in such a way that it will be deemed to have been done without necessarily been swayed by emotions or influenced by sympathies."he said

Chidinma Ojukwu, the 21-year-old University of Lagos student who confessed to stabbing Super TV boss, Uwaifo Ataga, to death, has recounted how they met.

In an interview with DailyTrust, Chidinma, said financial pressure occasioned by the outbreak of COVID-19 made her hook up with some female students who took her to wild parties, one of which she met the deceased.

"It first sounded like fun when I went out for the first time along other girls. My friend who took me out told me we were going to attend a party organised by one of the latest big boys in town.

On arrival, it was fun-filled. We had so much to drink. At first, it was shisha that we were smoking. I took a few drags on the pipe and blew the smoke out immediately. Other girls were busy blowing out smoke from their noses and mouths.

It was at one of those parties that I met Ataga. He picked interest in me because of the course I am reading. We dated for about six months before I started noticing his strange behaviour.

He gave me roofies (a street name for Rohypnol) before sex. I never meant to kill him. I was not in the mood but he wanted sex. I told him so and we had roofies, after which he was all over me. He forced his way into me, even though it was not the first time we had sex

I felt he was using me to satisfy his sex urge as he never fulfilled all he promised to do for me" she said

Nollywood actor, James Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has been rushed to the hospital days after he was granted bail.

The 48-year-old actor was taken to the hospital for medical checkup after complaining of pain owing to alleged jungle Justice.

In the video sighted, Baba Ijesha was seen touching places where he has pains as he narrated his experience in jail.

Recall that Baba Ijesha was arraigned before the Special Offences Court in Lagos on charges of sexual assault, indecent treatment of a child, and sexual assault by penetration.

However, he was granted bail in the sum of N2 million on June 24, 2021.

Nigerians have called on security operatives to arrest some celebrities, including David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, and Williams Uchemba for endorsing and advertising a Ponzi scheme company, RackSterli, which has allegedly defrauded many people.

The celebrities had been seen in viral videos promoting the platform, prompting people to invest in it.

"I wanna introduce you guys to one of the biggest investment platforms in Nigeria. There are a lot of opportunities over there… It has been very, very reliable for the past six months. We've had great recommendations," Davido said in one of the videos seen by SaharaReporters.



The Ponzi-like initiative, owned by one Chidi, popularly known as Blackgold, offers its subscribers different packages, including Standard, Diamond, Premium, Ruby, Platinum, Emerald, Gold up to Topaz. They are 11 in separate packages.

A check by SaharaReporters on www.racksterli.org on Saturday showed the RackSterli's website has crashed, leaving investors due for payment stranded.

Some subscribers who invested in the scheme without getting returns since last year are lambasting the celebrities for promoting it.

Bobrisky Reacts To Death Of SuperTV CEO Killed By 21-Year-Old Student

Bobrisky, a Nigerian socialite, has reacted to the assassination of Super TV CEO Usifo Ataga by his sidekick, Chidinma, whose actions have just made her hot news.

In an update on his Instagram page, Bobrisky says Chidinma deserves a hard slap for murdering the one person she was meant to keep quiet about and enjoy his money.
 
He then went on to chastise her for not taking into account the feelings of Usifo's wife and children. He also slammed married men who, at the sight of a beautiful woman, are quick to leap on her without thinking about the consequences.

He wrote on his page;

"Honestly dis girl need hot slap. Someone you should have kept lowkey to urself and be chilling with his money. You went ahead to kill him without considering his wife and children feeling, just because he wanted to chill with you. Sad  Some of dis girls are wicked and I honestly believe is d kind of friends they keep around them. Imagine a 21yrs old girl smoking like a hire assassin . This will serve as a lesson to all married men to be extremely careful before you accept any girl into ur life. What if is a set up sent by ur business partner or friend to kill you, your own is too see fine girl with big yansh next minute you don carry her go hotel. You want to end ur life with 10min enjoyment, you want make ur wife at home and children fatherless just because you saw One rubbish girl somewhere… Nobody is a saint here but be careful when playing ur cards.
