Actress, Rita Edochie cautions ladies — “Say no to fake nyansh to avoid cancer”

Actress, Rita Edochie has advised Nigerian ladies to resist the urge to go under the knife to acquire a fake nyansh, so as to avoid cancer.

The Nollywood actress made this statement on her official Instagram page as she shared a video of herself, Destiny Etiko and Crystal Okafor shaking their massive butts while dancing to a song.

According to her, a real African woman should always embrace originality and stop trying to make any part of their body fake, just to impress people.

In her words;

Actor, Yul Edochie speaks – “Buhari’s trousers should be the least of our problems”

Popular Nollywood star, Yul Edochie has given his stance as regards the trending issue on social media which has to do with the trouser President Muhammadu Buhari wore during his visit to Imo State 9th September 2021.

The outfit which didn't go down well with Nigerians subsequently stirred up lots of reactions on social media as Nigerians demanded to know the designer who made the attire.

Reacting to this, the 2023 presidential aspirant addressed Nigerians via a video he shared on his official Instagram page.


Yul Edochie noted that Buhari's trousers should be the least of the masses' problems while mentioning a lot of anomalies that ought to be fixed in the country.

Popular Instagram comedian and influencer, Obotuke Timothy better known as SirBalo gifts his mother an eight-bedroom house.

Taking to Instagram to announce the news, the content creator narrated how his mother impacted him with prayer when he worked as a barman.


Sharing a picture of the house, SirBalo wrote;

"Just completed 8 bed room house for my lovely Mother. I remember 2014 -2015 when I was a BAR MAN at CHAMBER GARDEN in IGANDO. Every 6am my mom will call me a pray with me till 6:30am (devotion) and she will end the prayer with. My son one day you will make me PROUD. That pray is working now IYAMI. Iyami ma jeun omo. ♥️♥️"

The singer took to his Instagram story to share the exciting father-daughter moment he shared with his little princess whom their bond is unbreakable.

Mo Abudu, who is also a philanthropist, took to her official Instagram page to share stunning pictures of herself.

She also thanked God for the new age she attained and for answering her prayers.

The Nollywood couple have been dating for a long while and are now set to officially become husband and wife.

The Big Brother Naija season six housemates recently received a package from Lockdown star, Dorathy Bachor.

Just like many others, Dorathy established a business after the show, MFC lingerie, a lingerie line that has been doing well.

The reality star recently added a menswear unit (briefs) and decided to send packages consisting of briefs and lingeries to the Shine Ya Eye contestants.


Taking to her Instagram page, the reality star shared a clip of the moment the housemates picked up their packages from the storeroom while expressing gratitude to her for the gesture.

In her caption, Dorathy revealed that she was just a lofty dreamer last year and seeing those dreams come true is the best feeling in the world.

She went on to thank Multichoice and organisers of the BBNaija show for pushing her to actualise her dreams.

Dorathy also dedicated her latest achievement to her dad.

"Last year I was a dreamer, who had scary and lofty dreams. Watching all those dreams and more come true is the best feeling in the world. Basketmouth has opened up about his alleged beef with fellow comedians, AY Makun and Bovi.

According to Basketmouth, he has no issues with the two comedians only that Bovi snitched on him some time ago which really pained him.

In an interview with 'Black Box' host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Basketmouth, disclosed that the misunderstanding had been solved and they were back to being friends

Nollywood actress Bukunmi Oluwasina has shared her thoughts on sex for roles in the movie industry.

The 30-year-old made an Instagram post on Thursday, alleging that some people are in the industry for sexual favours.

"One day, we are also going to have a conversation about some people who came into the industry with aim of having the opportunity to meet, be friends with or date, sleep with or even marry a particular celebrity. Some would get lucky, some would not. And some would end up becoming a bone in the neck of the celebrity just cos they have done too much for them to let go.

"Always appearing their scandal list and later leading to creating problems for their marriage. I just think half of the problems of this world would be solved if we as individuals know how to control ourselves. Meanwhile, the say I run into some upcoming these days dressed like upcoming prostitutes I ask myself if it's acting opportunity they are looking for or pre*k," she wrote.

The actress made the post shortly after her colleague Odunlade Adeoka denied the sex for roles allegation made against him by an Instagram blogger.

Iyanya resigns with Ubi Franklin’s MMMG

While Iyanya was signed to MMMG, he became arguably the most sought after African act, releasing several hit records and two albums; Desire and Applaudise.

On September 8, 2021, Nigerian star and recent appointee of the Cross River State government, Iyanya announce his realignment with Ubi Franklin and his label, Made Men Music Group [MMMG].

This comes after Iyanya, who exited the label in 2015 amidst several controversies, which peaked in 2019, has signed with MAVIN Records and Temple Music.
