Nigerian disc jockey Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, has delved into the fashion industry to own a jewellery brand named 'Cuppy Cuts'.

DJ Cuppy is known in the entertainment industry as a musician, show host and DJ, however, she stepped up her game to explore more as an entrepreneur.

DJ Cuppy's jewellery collection includes limited edition earrings, rings, chains and bracelets, all made in London.

Announcing her new business, she wrote on Instagram;

"I refuse for people to put me in a box! I've always been MORE than just a DJ… Entrepreneurship comes natural to me. It's in my blood and it's time to LEVEL UP!"

"I am SO excited to launch my first business @CuppyCuts ✨ Worked so hard on my own jewellery line, I can't wait for you to see! Are you ready? #CuppyOnAMission."

Cuppy Cuts is expected to be launched before the end of year 2021.

A Nigerian lady identified as Omashola has narrated how Bobrisky advised her to abort her baby after she told him she was pregnant.

In a lengthy post, the lady identified as Omasholas_place on Instagram dragged Bobrisky for shading Tonto Dikeh after she saved him from going to jail.

She also narrated how Bobrisky once advised her to abort her baby, and how he was deported from Dhabi for dressing like a woman.

Bobrisky vows to deal with Tonto Dikeh as he narrates what she recently did to him – I’m coming for her with full force

Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky has vowed to deal with Tonto Dikeh after she allegedly paid his ex PA, Oye Kyme to tarnish his image.

Bobrisky claimed that Tonto Dikeh is the person responsible for his former assistant's recent outburst on social media.

According to Bob, Tonto Dikeh was fond of paying people to defame others when they were still friends, and he's sure she's the one behind Oye Kyme badmouthing him on Instagram.


During an interview with Daddy Freeze, Bobrisky vowed to deal with Tonto Dikeh for tarnishing his image.

Obianuju Catherine Udeh popularly known as DJ Switch, has refuted claims she got asylum to Canada.

It could be recalled that the entertainer who was signed by Peter Okoye as his personal disc jockey in 2017, made headlines after capturing the shooting which occurred at Lekki Toll Gate in an Instalive video on October 20, 2020.

Shortly after the gunshot incident during the EndSARS protest at the tollgate, it was widely reported that she had fled the country and has taken asylum in Canada. The personal assistant to singer, Peter Okoye, Charles Abi, even granted an interview where he stated that DJ Switch is safe and out of the country.

Tiwa Savage made this known as she shared a post Seyi Shay made about her hit song 'Somebody's Son' on her Instagram page.

Tagging Seyi Shay with a laughing smiley, Tiwa Savage wrote: "Thanks to everyone that came out to support, love you all."

Recall that Tiwa and Seyi Shay were involved in a fight at a Lagos salon, which went viral some months ago.

Seyi Shay had walked up to Tiwa to exchange pleasantries, a move that did not go well with Tiwa at the Salon.

After she was declared missing following a recent COVID-19 hospitalization, Grammy-nominated singer, Kelly Price has finally broken her silence.

Recently, Kelly Price made headlines after a welfare check at her Georgia home resulted in police classifying her as a missing person.

Price's family, namely her sister, said they hadn't heard from her since she was discharged from the hospital after battling the virus. Despite her representatives releasing public statements assuring that she was alive and recovering, Price's sister, Shanrae Price, maintained suspicion about her safety.

"I'm just asking everybody to pray. I understand the attorney is stating that my sister is okay. We don't know anything until we physically see her," Shanrae told the Larry Reid Live radio show on Friday, September 24.


Eventually, Kelly spoke to TMZ on Sunday, September 26, sharing an incredible story of her hospitalization with COVID.
 
She said she was never actually missing, despite some of her family members insisting she had vanished without a trace.

Kelly says she isolated herself as she recovered from coronavirus and she was also avoiding her family, who she says she doesn't routinely stay in touch with.

As for her battle with COVID, she says she actually flatlined at one point and had to be brought back to life by doctors and staff.

She explained that she was literally on her death bed but miraculously bounced back to life.

Kelly says she is still on oxygen. While speaking during the interview with TMZ, she sometimes found it hard to speak but said she wanted to get her story out.

As for why her family had no idea of her whereabouts, Kelly's answer gave the impression that there is drama between her and her family.

Edo Govt To Hold State Burial For Victor Uwaifo

Late music maestro, Victor Uwaifo, will get a state burial courtesy of the Edo State government.

A statement on Sunday by Chief of Staff to the Governor, Osaigbovo Iyoha, made the announcement.

Uwaifo, 80, died on August 28, 2021. He was an instrumentalist, arts teacher and culture ambassador.

Iyoha said the government is firming up arrangements with the family of the deceased.

"The Governor has approved a state burial for an illustrious and dearly beloved Edo music icon, Prof. Sir Victor Uwaifo.

"Arrangements are in top gear and we will disclose more details of the burial in conjunction with the family", he noted.

The 'Guitar Boy' was Nigeria's first Commissioner for Arts, Culture and Tourism.

Uwaifo obtained a Ph.D in Architectural Sculpture at the University of Benin (UNIBEN) and lectured at the institution's Department of Fine and Applied Art.

Corps member assaulted by female soldier in Calabar breaks silence

A female corps member who was assaulted by a female soldier in Calabar has finally broken silence following the incident.

In the viral video, the army officer was spotted emptying an unknown liquid substance on the Corps member identified as Ezeiruaku Ifeyinwa Fidelia.

The soldier also hit her head with the bowl at intervals. Reports confirmed that the incident happened at the 13 Brigade headquarters in Calabar where the corps member was serving.


Speaking about the incident in an interview, Ifeyinwa said she was not humiliated by the other military officers.

According to her, other soldiers condemned their colleagues' action, as she noted that the whole incident left her embarrassed and humiliated.
