Actress, Susan Peters reacts to reconciliation video of Tega and her husband – “Angry birds can rest now”

Nollywood actress, Susan Peters took to her Instagram page to mock those online 'inlaws' of Tega and her husband who are stunned by their reconciliation.

Recall that evicted housemate Tega was in a romantic affair with Boma in the house despite being a married woman.


Many viewers who are of the opinion that the marriage may gradually wear out are shocked to see that Tega and her husband clung to each other with open arms.

Reacting to this, Peters has suggested to the viewers to rest their case as the couple is happy being together.

Her post reads;

"Angry birds can rest now , those of una wey carry the matter for head . The husband don forgive him wife o, over sabi people . As if Na she cause Nigeria problem hiss

Prince Kpokpogri shares screenshot of messages sent by Tonto Dikeh

Tonto's Dikeh's ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri has denied being responsible for the leaked audio which allegedly had the voice of Tonto Dikeh begging him over their relationship that recently hit the rock.

Prince Kpokpogri went on to share a lengthy message he got from Tonto Dikeh where she demanded a refund of every dime she had spent during her relationship with him.

The message which is believed to have been sent via the verified Instagram handle of Tonto Dikeh also described Kpokpogri as an illiterate and threatened to be a silent killer.


This is coming after Tonto Dikeh surfaced to clear the air as regards the recent audio where she begged Kpokpogri not to terminate their relationship. Tonto stated that the audio was from an earlier fracas and has nothing to do with the recent squabble.

Actress, Anita Joseph cautions single ladies – “You must be spiritually alert when looking for a life partner”

Beautiful and married Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph has told single ladies to be spiritually alert when looking for a life partner.

The actress stated this in agreement to a post by a lady, Sandynnah who said when ladies stop using wealth and luxurious lifestyles as the criteria for choosing a husband, they will be able to see the true potential of their suitors.

The lady's post reads;

"Dear single girl! When you remove cubana money, luxuriously furnished houses, machines in the driveway as your priority for husband material, your eyes will open to the potentials of husbands knocking on your door"

In reaction to this, Anita Joseph said that most ladies are blockheads and would still use material things as a criteria to pick a life partner for themselves.


According to her, this shouldn't be the way because choosing a partner, goes far beyond the physical realm and ladies need to activate their "spiritual antenna" when looking for a spouse.

She wrote on her Instagram page;

"Naaaaaaaa they won't listen… When looking for a life partner you must also be spiritually alert… Your spiritual Antenna must be activated"

Singer, 2face Idibia has allegedly fleed to the United States from his home in Nigeria after a very nasty fight with his wife Annie, recently.

According to reports, the singer took to his heels after a violent confrontation with Annie Idibia that allegedly left some tooth, bleeding out of his mouth.


It appears his management intervened quickly and whisked 2face Idibia off to the U.S to cool off while things are been sorted out in his home.

In the leaked audio clip released by popular blogger GistLover, Annie Idibia could be heard lamenting bitterly about her husband's affairs and the role of his family in it.

Rapper Polo G Got Arrested For Having A Concealed Weapon

On Monday afternoon in Downtown Los Angeles, US rapper, Polo G was apprehended for having a concealed weapon.

According to reports, Polo G was said to be a passenger in a car that was pulled over. Though it's not clear exactly why the car was pulled over, however cops said after they found the firearm after searching the car.


TMZ reported that a male juvenile was also arrested and booked on the same charge.

Polo was similarly arrested while he was in Miami for his Hall of Fame album release party. The arrest which took place back in June, resulted in the rapper being hit with charges of of battery on a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, and criminal mischief. The rapper was also a passenger in a vehicle at the time of that arrest.

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija season 6 housemate, Angel has revealed her 'coping' mechanism in the house.

According Angel, prayer helps her cope in the BBNaija house.

She made this known during her diary session with Biggie when she was asked of how she has been coping with nominations and twists in the house.


The 21-year-old BBNaija housemate said: "My coping mechanism in the house is prayer.

" I told WhiteMoney on Sunday that people might not like me and that's why I genuinely felt I was going to be evicted on Sunday. I feel I don't appeal to people."

Angel went ahead to share why she nominated Emmanuel and Saga for eviction.

According to her, Saga and Emmanuel are the least housemates she connects with.

She said: "I nominated Saga and Emmanuel because they are the least out of the housemates that I'm connected to in the house. "

When asked to choose between finding love in the house and N90m grand prize, Angel chose money saying she's focused on the prize and can't be in the house just for relationship.

"I'm focused on the money not love. There are so many love interests outside. I can't be going through dragging and mental stress in the house for love. Money is the goal," Angel said.

While in the house, Tega always wore her wedding ring on her left hand alongside a bracelet.


Her wedding ring has however been found missing, hours after her husband revealed that he's broken over her affair in the house and also expects an apology from her.

Moriah Mills, 27, from New York, US, believes that she's never had a gal pal because their boyfriends and husbands "all want to date her".

And, she certainly makes the most out of her appearance as Moriah rakes in $300,000 (£217,000) every month.

Moriah claims to be more than happy in her own company and she also has her 90,000 Instagram followers to keep her busy, @thisismoriahmills.


The young woman explained: "It's always been me, myself and I, being a bit of a loner and preferring my own company.

"I don't really trust people and I don't worry that I haven't got a best friend.

"I used to care but now I just love myself.

"Most females have been judgemental about me because their husbands and boyfriends want me.

"I'm super nice but maybe they feel that I'm conceited because of my looks.

"They couldn't be more wrong. I'm very down to earth."

Moriah said: "It never bothered me very much, I worked hard and although there were people that I liked and would speak to I wasn't close to them.

"I never trusted people enough to get close to them."

Moriah is also a singer and rapper and says that people are surprised to learn she didn't have many friends.

She said: "Working in the music industry and being a model, people always think I'm going to have this big entourage, but I don't.

Most of the people that I'm friendly with now are guys but I wouldn't call them up for dinner and drinks to hang out."

Moriah continued: "I'm trying to trust people more, which may lead to a friendship eventually but I'm really not bothered.

"I work for myself and I have my super cute dog, Charlie. That's all I need."

And, Moriah's not the only youngster who lives a more solitary life.

A YouGov poll from 2019 found that 22% of millennials (anyone between the ages of 25 – 40) said they had no friends and 27% of them reported having "no close friends".

Luckily for Moriah she has plenty of dates to keep her company!

She said: "I love romance and being wined and dined.

"I never have a shortage of male admirers to take me out."

Ex-housemate, Boma Akpore disclosed his reasons for having amorous moments with the married housemate, Tega while he was in the house.

Speaking with the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Boma noted that he never planned to snatch Tega away from her husband nor did he have negative intentions as regards her marriage.

He held that he and Tega just noticed the house was boring, so they decided to light it up with their romantic moments, but unfortunately, it seems the audience was against it.


"Tega was the boys' favourite. She will make daring jokes, we felt she was better than most girls because we felt girls were lying that they were single.

"I and Tega saw that the house was boring, people were always sleeping, so we decided to give the viewers a show. We felt we could be a standard performer.

Comedian Phil Jerrod Dies From Rare Cancer

Stand-up comedian and TV writer, Phil Jerrod, has died at the age of 42 from a rare cancer.

The stand-up comic, known for shows including Mock the Week and The Now Show, passed away on Saturday with his wife, Beck, by his side, according to a statement from his agent.

Phil had been suffering with sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that affects bones and soft tissue.

The Brighton-based comedian had enjoyed a stand-up career that saw him support acts including Romesh Ranganathan, who described Jerrod as one of his best friends.

"Phil Jerrod was one of my very best friends and I loved him dearly," Ranganathan wrote in a tribute on Instagram. "He was a brilliant comic, but more importantly one of the kindest and loveliest men you could ever meet.

"You would always feel better for having spent time with him. I will miss him so much."

In a statement announcing his death, Jerrod's agency, Off The Kerb said: 'It is with deep sadness we have to announce the death of Phil Jerrod.

'Phil peacefully passed away at home after a battle with cancer, with his devoted wife Beck by his side.

'Phil's critically acclaimed stand up and comedy writing meant he was incredibly respected by his peers, supporting and writing with many of his comedy heroes.

'Phil was a dear friend to us, an incredibly kind and talented man, who was taken far too soon.

'He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.'


His online bio states Phil, 'began his stand-up career underneath an Angus Steakhouse in 2012.'

It adds: 'Since then he has failed his PhD, walked out of his job in publishing and been entertaining audiences up and down the country with his elegant rants on the often unfathomable problems of modern life.'

The star also had a huge fanbase on his podcast Crash Bang Wallop, which launched in 2018.

Jerrod had previously supported Channel 4's Romesh Ranganathan on his 2016 tour, and has also accompanied Angela Barnes and Seann Walsh.

He was awarded Best Debut Act at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2015, and had taken three critically acclaimed solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Neanderthal 2015, Hypocrite 2016 and Submerged 2017).

Actress Tonto Dikeh, Begs Ex-Lover, Prince Kpokpogri, No To Leave Her

An audio of actress Tonto Dikeh begging her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri, not to leave her after she was caught cheating has made its way online.

In the audio listened to by WithinNigeria, Tonto Dikeh could be heard begging Prince Kpokpogri to give her another chance.

Prince Kpokpogri rejected her plea, saying that he values his peace of mind and wouldn't want to put up with the actress any longer.


"Why do you think walking away will not give more peace? No, you can't give me peace. See let me tell you ehn, from day one, it was not even up to two weeks when we started having crises," he said.

"Can't you see it yourself, a relationship that is not up to three months, yet you see the crisis…It's like you don't know me, I am a very peaceful person, anything that will threaten my peace, I will just run away…"

"I told you that right from day one that babe please oh, I'm a very peaceful person. Even as it is my now, my aunty will say we don't have anybody here in Abuja. I'm the only family they have in Abuja.

"I cannot even bring my cousin to come and stay with me, because the next thing is they will come and tell you she is my girlfriend and the next thing, everywhere will be on fire.

"Please, I just want that peace so everyone around me can be happy. Where is Captain Nosa today with all the money? I don't want to die young, anything that will break or destroy my peace, I don't want it."

"Please, how much more do I need to keep begging you to be with me. I am so exhausted, please. I can give you peace," the actress pleaded.

Cheating Allegation

Kpokpogri also alleged that the actress cheated with a man, citing a conversation on her phone. He quarried her for deleting the suspicious messages.

"A man came to you 2:30 am in the morning, he told you I'm at your door, there was no communication again till past 8 in the morning and you are asking me to think otherwise," he said.

Tonto Dikeh insisted that nothing of such happened. "If he slept in my room, will I be saying good morning by 8 o'clock. Would he be saying that if he slept in my room? I have told you the truth, I have told you my truth, nothing happened but if you want to do this your way…," she said.

She noted that she deleted the messages out of fear. "Because I was scared; I was so scared, I didn't know how to explain it to you. Someday, you will get to know the truth, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe you will never get to find out the truth but someday, you are going to know the truth and I pray that God is going to keep you alive to know the truth because," she added.

She reaffirmed her love for Prince Kpokpogri and begged him to take care of her son.

"I know you have heard this before but I cannot stand to lose you, and if you cannot take me back, I swear I don't know how to convince you but please, I'm going to beg you to take care of my son for me," she said.

"Just take care of my son for me. Just do this one thing for me, don't let his father come back to him, just take him like your own, please do everything you can to please, raise him like your own. That's all I'm going to say to you.

Nollywood Legend, Patience Ozokwor has reacted after her junior colleagues, Zubby Michael and Chizzy Alichi fought some hours ago.

Chizzy Alichi and Zubby Michael had a strong exchange of words recently.

It all started after Chizzy Alichi replied Zubby's comment about Women not being powerful enough to rule, using the film "King Of Boys" as an illustration.

Zubby Michael wrote:

Chizzy replied:

BBNaija Week 7: Nomination Results For Possible Eviction As Emmanuel Emerges HOH

The Big Brother Naija shine ya eyes season 6 edition is becoming more interesting as it moved to the seventh week after yesterday's mega eviction of four housemates which was the first time ever.

After the eviction show on Sunday, it is expected that the housemates make two nominations on Monday night for possible eviction in the new week.

After the eviction night held yesterday, it reduced the number of housemates to 13 with at least one of them to leave the Big Brother Naija house in the next weekend.

Actress Mary Njoku Writes – How Nollywood Prevents People From Committing Suicide

Hours after president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria AGN, Emeka Rollas, stated that the movie industry is not a dumping site for BBNaija evictees, actress Mary Remmy Njoku has shared a post in which she appeared to disagree with him.

Mary in a post she shared on her Instagram page this evening, said the movie industry is a home for all as it has saved many who were unemployed. According to her, many would have committed suicide if not for the industry.

BBNaija: Erica Reveals How She Overcame Trauma Of Disqualification

Erica Nlewedim, a former Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate, has narrated how she healed from the disqualification trauma one year after the unfortunate incident.

Recall that Erica's journey in the Big Brother season five edition last year was cut short after she was disqualified after receiving her last and final strike.


However, Erica in a post on her Instagram account on Monday gave details of how her journey has been ever since she was disqualified from the show.

According to her, she forgave, applauded herself and promised to do better.

"In the past one year, I've been working, almost like a robot. Not thinking of how far I've come, I was just focused on my goals, trying to outdo myself and make everyone around me proud.

"My life has been on fast forward and it was a lot. It took its toll on me and I had to take a break to heal.

"I couldn't understand how I had successfully avoided thinking about any of the traumatic experiences that had happened to me in the past one year.

"It was a struggle to think back to those moments of fear and sadness but I did. I spoke to Erica, forgave her, applauded her and promised her she would be proud of herself in a few months.

Actor Alex Ekubo has broken his silence weeks after his fiancée Fancy Acholonu called off their engagement and wedding plans.

NOLLYWOODTIMES recalls that Fancy had on August 26 called off their engagement, stating that she made the best decision for herself and also believes it is important everyone lives in their truth.

In a post shared on his Instagram page today, Alex said every successful person must fail at one point or the other in life.
