Nigerian lesbian, Amara breaks down over her mom’s attitude towards her – “Mummy I am not a sin”

Popular lesbian, Amara has shared a video of herself and her mother having an altercation over her decision to remain a lesbian.

Sharing the video via IG, Amara revealed that she would no longer visit her mother anymore till she's ready to accept her for who she is.

In her words;

"Yesterday the woman who birthed me and I had one of the most difficult conversations we've ever had.

At the end, it was clear I should stop coming to hers if I didn't want to feel like a sin, or be told that I am a sin.

she said people laugh at her when she walks down the street and I must be a selfish child to not think of my family and how my choices causes everyone pain. I was able to tell her repeatedly "Mummy I am not a sin, I am not the reason you are hurting, you are hurting because Nigerians are judgemental and you won't pick me, your child"

she said she can't pick me nor support me. said she just can't. until I stop being a lesbian she can't be proud of me. she can't be happy with me. she said of all her problems, I'm the number one. that I'm causing her so much pain and she cries because of me. said her god will fight her enemies, the ones who possessed me to be a lesbian.

right now, I'm on my bed, my head is banging, my body's temperature is rising, I don't want to be awake but I can't sleep. I'm sad, I'm really sad.

somewhere along the line, I kind of nurtured and believed the idea that if I tried harder, my birth family will see me and respect me, but yesterday's conversation made it clear that they don't want a lesbian in their family. they don't, they can't.

Their perfect perfect family is ruined if they accept that one of the children is a lesbian, so I've decided it's time. it's time, I'm extremely tired. it's time. I'm done. I'm completely and utterly done. until they call for me with love, I'm not going back to that house again.

I didn't want to accept it but I have to now, I'm a lesbian woman and my birth family is utterly ashamed of me and doesn't want me close. so, I'm done. I'm gone. it is done. I'm tired. I'm so so tired. I'm tired. I can't keep trying. I'm tired. I'm tired. It's done."

Uche Maduagwu dares Davido – “Audio fundraiser, post names of the charity homes you gave N250M”

Controversial Nollywood star, Uche Maduagwu has dared singer, Davido to post the names of the orphanage homes he gave the N250M generated from his birthday crowd raising.

In a recent video shared on his Instagram page, the movie star doubted the possibility of Davido giving out such a huge sum to orphanages while describing him as an 'audio fundraiser'.

However, this is not the first time Uche Maduagwu is criticizing the singer's crowd raising move, at the initial stage, the controversial personality had affirmed that Davido is broke and devised the strategy to enrich himself.

Regina Daniels who recently landed in Nigeria following weeks of touring different countries with her husband and son, shared photos of herself via Instagram, and Somadina reacted to the photos.

Taking to the comment section, Somadina referred to Regina Daniels as "madam tourist" as he expressed his excitement that she's finally back on set.

Video of controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky being pranked by the Nigerian popular prankster, Zfancy has generated funny reactions on social media.

Zfancy, who was reported to have been arrested by military men a few weeks ago after pulling a stunt on someone has come for the Nigerian barbie.

Just like his old videos where he tried getting acquainted with his victims before pulling a fast one on them, the prankster approached Bobrisky in the most polite way and ended up causing a commotion by accusing him of collecting his money.

However, Bobrisky's reaction to the turn of the event took a toll on him as he looked for ways to escape the horrible situation.

Kate Henshaw ‘Summons’ God Over Noise Caused By Generators In Nigeria

Striking actress Kate Henshaw has complained about the environmental noise and air pollutions that emanates from the generator and its fumes.

The 50-year-old actress, who looks like a Sweet 16, lamented to God that when will the country be free from these pollutions. She disclosed the pollutions are causing more damage to human system than what many citizens are aware of.

In her reaction to a fan who tweeted that the revival of peace in his neighborhood whenever PHCN restores light and generators go silent is always priceless, Kate said that living in Nigeria is very traumatic.

Kenneth Okonkwo Replies Critics – Buhari Helped South East Than PDP

Veteran actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has replied critics who called him out for speaking against Buhari after he supported his rise to power.

Okonkwo made his response known while reacting to a comment on his Instagram page after he shared a video of him struggling right off the road with cattle in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The actor said he does not regret supporting President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressive Congress, APC, in the last election.

Sharing the dramatic video clip, Okonkwo called for the abolition of open grazing as a way for the country to move forward.

"This is why ranching is both desirable and inevitable. How can humans and animals be struggling for a right of way in the Federal Capital City of Abuja?

"We must move on to the 21st-century system of animal husbandry to reduce tensions between passers-by, commuters, farmers and herdsmen. Have a great week ahead and God bless."

Okonkwo, however, get trolled after sharing the video for campaigning for President Muhammadu Buhari in the previous elections.

A follower @Azi_bukaz wrote: "You campaigned relentlessly for Buhari's re-election right? You never see anything."

Responding, Okonkwo said he does not regret campaigning for President Buhari after seeing projects in the South Eastern region of the country.

He said: "Yes I supported Buhari and I stand by my decision. When I see that the Second Niger Bridge is about to be completed when I see that runway at Enugu Airport has been expanded to accommodate international flights, when I see that Enugu-PH express roads are being rehabilitated when I remember all the other things Buhari had done for the South East and remember that PDP was there for 16 years and did nothing for us, I am proud of the decision I took and I have no apologies for that. God bless you for writing."

Actor, Jeff Johnson Commits Suicide After Having Issues With Wife

Former reptile dealer, Jeff Johnson, who appeared on season one of Tiger King, has pass away after commiting suicide at 58.

Johnson shot himself in front of his wife after an argument with her in their garage on September 8, according to People, citing the Oklahoma City Police Department and incident report, Dailymail reports.

According to the incident report, Johnson's wife immediately called 911 and her husband still had a pulse when local authorities arrived. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

The couple's children were home at the time of the incident, according to police. The police said that Johnson was not known to have had any mental illnesses. Johnson was seen discussing Carole Baskin on the fourth episode of the hit Netflix series.


His death occurred just days after Tiger King personality Erik Cowie was found dead as a result of excessive alcohol use.
 
Officials with the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner told TMZ that the reality star, who was found dead on September 3 in a friend's Brooklyn apartment, died as the result of acute and chronic alcohol use, in a natural manner.

Cowie had been found face down by authorities, TMZ reported, and a vodka bottle was found nearby.

Tiger King debuted in March 2020, just as the world was beginning to lockdown in response to the coronavirus pandemic. It drew some 64million household viewers in its first month and was nominated for six prime-time Emmy awards, according to the company.

Much of the series has focused on a dispute between Baskin and Joseph Maldonado-Passage aka Joe Exotic over the treatment of tigers, lions and other big cats at an Oklahoma zoo he formerly operated.

Maldonado-Passage is imprisoned after he was convicted of attempting to hire someone to kill Baskin, a tale told in the initial series.

According to blogger, Cutie__juls who shared the gist on Instagram, the actresses have refused to allow each other to get a fair share, as Ini Edo wants him all to herself, just as Iyabo Ojo.

The married man responsible for the conflict is identified as Taiwo Afolabi, a Nigerian business magnate and lawyer. He is also the current C.E.O of SIFAX Group, a conglomerate that deals in Maritime, Aviation, Haulage, Hospitality, Financial Services and Oil and Gas.

Daddy Freeze reveals chat with suspected Yahoo boy who asked for help

On-air personality, Daddy Freeze shares a chat with a suspected Yahoo boy(fraudster) who texted him with what he described as his 'working account'.

The man initially introduced himself as Frank, a 22-year-old and went further to pour out his plight in a bid to attract sympathy from the media personality.

He further apologized for using an account that had the profile photo of a white woman to chat with Daddy Freeze as he disclosed that it is an account meant for 'work' purposes.

Daddy Freeze on his part scolded and warned him never to contact him again.

Sharing the chat, he wrote:

Popular disc jockey, DJ Cuppy opens up on the reason for putting in a lot of work into her career as she plans to retire at the age of 35.

According to the billionaire's daughter who recently celebrated her 29th birthday, her reason for working hard is to have enough accumulated wealth to retire on a farm with her dogs at the age of 35.

"The MAIN reason I work REALLY hard is so that I can retire at 35 years old and live on abalumo farm with Dudu and Funfun," she wrote.

Baba Suwe’s Son –My Father Never Recovered From NDLEA Ordeal

Adebowale, son of late comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, aka Baba Suwe, said his father did not recover from what he suffered in the hands of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, after he was wrongly accused of peddling drugs in 2011.

NOLLYWOODTIMES had reported that Baba Suwe died at the age of 63 on Monday at his house in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State after battling a sickness.

Speaking about his father's sickness at the residence on Tuesday, Adebowale said the illness started after the NDLEA ordeal.

He said, "My father was a lovely person. Whenever I showed him his videos, he would start laughing and sometimes burst into tears and ask if it was him and if he would ever act again and I would console and assure him that he would act again, just to make him happy.

"I can't really say this was the cause of my father's sickness, but since his matter with the NDLEA, my dad was not himself; he used to think about his wife and he used to think about us too because he still told me a few days ago that he was not sure if he would be with us for long and I told him that he would be with us."
 
Narrating Baba Suwe's last moments, Adebowale said he was in the gym on Monday when he was called that his father was not breathing well.

"I asked them to call a nurse to treat him and when I got home, I went to his room, talked to him; he was trying to talk to me, but he could not.

"He was taking his first drip when I got home and when he was taking the second drip, I went out to wash my kits. I was washing my kits when my mum came to tell me that my dad was dead. I had to ask her if she was joking because I just left him about five minutes ago; I rushed to his room and found out that he was dead.

"I was in shock and had to make a short video and because of the shock, I didn't know what I was doing at that moment, so I posted it on my WhatsApp status and from there it went viral.

"I was surprised that within five minutes, the video had gone viral. What I have to say is that I'm sorry; I appeal to family members that I never meant it that way because I'm still young, but the shock affected me."

Clem Ohameze begs Nigerians – “I need your prayers”

Veteran Nollywood star, Clem Ohameze has called on Nigerians to pray for him as he's about to undergo surgery to correct his cervical vertebrae and strengthen his limbs.

In a video that recently surfaced online, the actor narrated how he got involved in an accident some time ago that affected his lower limbs and consequently led to his inability to walk.


According to the 56-year-old thespian, this condition of his has resulted in his absence in Nollywood. He also illuminated the steps involved in the upcoming surgery, while stating that it is indeed a scary one, but he needs to undergo the procedural surgery for him to be able to walk again.

"I seriously need people's thoughts and prayers as I go in for this procedural surgery," He said

Controversial crossdresser, James Brown has lauded his grandmother who took him in him after his mother and other family members rejected him.

Sharing beautiful photos of his grandma, James Brown recounted how his biological mother rejected him when he was just two days old, and how his grandma took him in and took care of him.

James Brown wrote;

"This is my grandma 👵 the woman I cherish the most with my blood 🩸, body and soul. This is the only woman who took me in when I was rejected by my mom back then when I was just 2 days old, this woman breastfeed me ,clothe me, gave me Shelter, knowing fully well that I'm just her granddaughter /son.


Back then I thought she was my biological mom for 6 years, even after my biological mother finally surface, I was still not accepted. My grandma took me back loved and supported me as always.

I stayed with my grandma and my great grandma almost all my life. As Yoruba will say : omo agba (elder child) I love my grandma 👵 so much because she has always supported my dreams And even though she never understood it, she was standing and fighting for me even back then when my Aunty bite my eye, she fought for me even when all my family members didn't like me.

She was always there, and then I said to my self if my grandma can support and believe in me then I don't have to worry about anyone opinion coz she is the best

For the second time, Wizkid is nominated in the Grammy Awards.

He was nominated in the Global Music Album which was formerly known as Best Global Music Album for his Made in Lagos deluxe album.

He is nominated alongside Rocky Dawuni, Daniel Ho & Friends, Angelique Kidjo, Femi Kuti & Made Kuti.


 Tems also got a nod in the grammy no nation as she alongside Wizkid were nominated in the Best Global Music Performance category.


They will contest against fellow Nigerian, Burna Boy who won the Global Music Album in 2020.
