Twin Singers, Tagwayen Asali Marry Twins On Same Day

Popular Kano twin brothers and Hausa hip-pop music sensation, Tagwayen Asali, have wedded Katsina born twins, Hassana and Hussaina.

The elated twin brothers who tied the nuptial knot with their twin brides in Kano said they have been praying and fasting fervently to have identical twin sisters to get married to, and God answered their prayer by giving them identical twins from Katsina.

One of the singers said;

"Getting married to identical twins is one wish we have been seeking all our lives and to God be the glory we have achieved that"

The wedding ceremony was attended by many sets of twins who are friends of the grooms and brides.

Jemima Osunde – How I was able to combine medical school with acting

Jemima Osunde, a popular Nollywood actress and physiotherapist, has disclosed how she managed to combine performing and finishing medical school.

In an episode of Rubbing Minds, the doctor cum actress in a discussion with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu admitted that juggling both jobs was not as easy as she made it appear, but she had a lot of help from people around her.

She said;

"I was in my first year when I started acting and to be honest this might be the first time I am actually admitting it, I thought acting was going to be a while in university thing, just to pass time, have some extra change to what daddy was giving me, but here we are.

"I have always wanted to do something medically inclined, so even when I started acting and it was going well, it wasn't a thing of I would leave college of medicine for acting, it was a thing of let me see how I can combine both. I made my debut probably in 2014, I was in my first year."

She added; "My parents were very supportive then but my dad's only concern was if you say you want to do both, I won't stop you but you just have to prove to me that one won't suffer for the other and the one he was talking about is obviously school.

So it was really hard but I had a lot of help, my roommate Folakemi was my go-to guy to give me updates on what I missed when I was out there acting and people were in class. you know she would write her note and I would photocopy them and read them while I am on set filming.

To be honest, it was harder than it looked, I think because I am always smiling and I am always cheerful people forget that or they fail to see."

N6 dragged over shady remark following De General’s arrest– “This one is not okay at all”

Netizens have dragged the OAP, Oluwapelumi Orungbe better known as N6 over a shady post he made following the arrest of the skit maker, De General.

Recall that not quite long ago, the NDLEA released the mugshot of the IG content creator which indicted him of being in possession of Cannabis and Tramadol.

De General got arrested at midnight after a raid was conducted on his house which subsequently led to an assault.

Reacting to this, rapper N6 took to his IG story to make a statement that did not sit well with some social media users.

"Skit maker by day. Drug dealer by night. Now that's some Gangster Shit." He wrote

Crossdresser, Bobrisky Eventually React To Mompha’s Arrest

Popular crossdresser, Idris Okunneye, aka Bobrisky has reacted to Mompha's arrest.

Recall The Lagos Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said it had re-arrested a Dubai-based internet celebrity, Ismailia Mustapha, aka Mompha for alleged money laundering.

The EFCC, in a statement by its Head of Media and Publicity Wilson Uwujaren, said Mompha was taken into custody on Monday.

Reacting to the news on his Instagram page, Bobrisky noted that Mompha is a strong man and he believes he is doing fine in custody. The popular crossdresser added that he is in good terms with embattled Mompha regardless of negative news making the rounds over their friendship.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Operatives Allegedly Without Search Warrant Tricked De General To Gain Access Into His House

Watch video on how the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operatives tricked the popular IG comedian, De General in a bid to gain access into his house has surfaced.

According to the video, the personnel while at the gate told the content creator that some suspects ran into his house and they wanted to conduct a search in order to fish them out.

After he granted their request, the officers made a U-turn on their initial statement and channelled their aggression towards him.

It is alleged that the operatives didn't have a search warrant hence the bizarre and awkward strategy.

Sahhara advises trans-sisters as she undergoes corrective surgery– Don’t make same mistake I made

Sahhara, a Popular transgender woman, has written a long post on social media counseling other transgender women on changing their bodies while sharing her personal experience.

As seen on her Instagram story, Sahhara disclosed that she spent the night in the hospital after undergoing corrective surgery with the drains still attached.

The surgery was to rectify some pain and errors she made during her journey into womanhood.

They go through a lot to be their actual selves, according to her, and it's a shame that people minimize their identities without understanding what it requires to be who they are.


Sahhara shared images of herself on her hospital bed, wishing that they never had to go through what they have, and advising her trans sisters not to make the same mistakes she did because she wanted to fit in.

In her words;

I spent the night in the hospital with the drains still attached, the surgery is to correct some pains and mistakes I made during my journey into womanhood.

We go through hell to be our true selves, it's a shame that some people trivialize our identity without knowing what it takes to be us, I hope they never go through what I have been through.

To all my trans sisters, I see a lot of you making the same mistakes I made in order to fit into the society.
Please, be patient, don't rush into doing things you body will produce naturally. Becoming the woman you truly are takes years, it is a gradual marathon steps, not a sprint.

My Grandma always said 'Those who run blindly, always falls'. So be clever and WAIT! Take guidance from sisters who came before you, unfortunately, unlike you, I had none, but you have me. I'll gladly be your Guinea pig, so you don't have to destroy your life out of haste and desperation.

Bobrisky sympathizes with Mompha amid EFCC probe – They thought I would laugh but I’ll stand with you till death

Nigerian controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky, has put the past behind him as he sympathizes with Ismail Mustapha a.k.a Mompha, the re-arrested Dubai-based internet celebrity whom he had clashed with a few weeks ago.

Mompha was re-arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for alleged money laundering on Monday, shortly after he arrived Nigeria for business.

Regardless of the misunderstanding between the two which had triggered a legal suit on account of alleged defamation, Bobrisky whom the suit was against evoked emotions on Wednesday as he declared support and love for Mompha on Instagram.

The crossdresser noted that people thought he would be laughing at Mompha's predicament, but he is obviously swimming against the current.

Bobrisky wrote:

Court remands Mompha over huge amount of money laundering worth over N6billion for singer Nappyboy

A Lagos Special Offence Court sitting in Ikeja has ordered the remand of the Instagram Big Boy, Ismaila Mustapha, popularly known as Mompha, in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) pending the hearing of his bail application.

Justice Mojisola Dada called for his continuous detention after he was arraigned on an eight-count charge which basically has to do with aiding internet fraud and being in possession of fraudulent documents.

Mompha and his company, Global Investment Limited, were accused of conspiracy to launder funds obtained through unlawful activity, retention of such funds, transfer of funds for a suspect Jimoh Olayinka Dolapo a.k.a Nappy Boy — owner of NapTown records — and unlawful transfer of funds for a record label, among others.

The sums named in the charge are N5,998,884.653.18, N32million, N120million and N15,960,000, totalling over N6 billion. The EFCC also alleged that Mompha concealed his interest in expensive wristwatches and other movable assets valued at over N70 million.

Mompha on his part, pleaded "Not guilty" to the eight counts while Islamob Limited was named in and pleaded "not guilty" to the first six counts. Justice Dada adjourned till January 18, 2022, to hear and rule on a bail application filed by the defendant's counsel, Gboyega Oyewole.

It would be recalled that Mompha is also standing trial at the Federal High Court in Lagos alongside Ismalob Global Investment Limited on an amended 22-count charge bordering on cyberfraud and money laundering to the tune of N32.9billion brought against him by the EFCC. He pleaded not guilty to each of the counts.

17-year-old Nigerian Singer, Kosisochukwu Gospel Peters, simply known as Salle, has dropped a reaction to reports about her being signed under CEO of Mavin Record, DonJazzy.\

DJ Michelle Who Survived Drowning Laments Over Being Called ‘Mami Water’

Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Michelle, who sometime ago survived a drowning incident, has taken to Instagram to lament over constant harassment and alleged threats she has been getting since the occurrence.

Recall that 21-year-old DJ Michelle was in the news weeks ago after she was swept away by water at Lafiaji beach, Epe Lagos but was rescued alive 24 hours later.

Since the incident, trolls have taken to calling her all sorts of names including 'Mami water' and 'daughter of Mami water'.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, January 11, Michelle said that henceforth she will be blocking people who mock her.

Dancer Kaffy –Why I’m Grateful My Marriage Failed

Following the shocking crash of her marriage, Nigerian celebrity dancer, Kafayat Shafau, popularly known as Kaffy, has declared that she is grateful her union failed.

The talented mother-of-two who announced her divorce had earlier pointed out that she separated from her husband because their destinies do not align.

In a video on Monday night, the choreographer had revealed that she wanted the best for her ex-husband, Joseph Ameh, even though they were separated.

Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday, the dancer noted that she was grateful her marriage failed because she was blind and could now see.

Kaffy said this while appreciating those who checked up on her following her divorce announcement.

Yomi Fabiyi Reveals The Biggest Way To Get Bad Name As He Visits Baba Suwe’s Grave

Nigerian actor Yomi Fabiyi has taken to his social media space to disclose the biggest way he thinks one can have a bad name after paying respect to his late boss, Baba Suwe.

The controversial actor said helping an ingrate is the biggest way to get a bad name in his Instagram post on Tuesday evening, January 11, 2022.

Fabiyi stated that ingrates blackmail, play dirty cards and deny everything done for them. He added that their entitlement and audacity are the worst things they do.


Buttressing his point, he wrote; "If God design you to help and lift 10 people in your lifetime and Satan hijacks, manipulate or re-directs 8 ingrates your path, it is the biggest tragedy, confirm multiple jeopardy. The actor advised that before helping, one should pray very well. "When trying to help, be explicit and pray well about it hence you don't look like the person with the problem. Many users turn up as weak and needy. Afobaje l'ota oba. Sho ore se."

Fabiyi shared these hours after he visited the grave of the late legendary actor Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe.

He shared; "Upon return to Nigeria, I made it a point of call to PAY VISIT and OFFER PRAYERS as part of my last respect at the gravesite of the boss and pathfinder Late Kìng Babatunde Ayinla Nurudeen Omidina a.k.a Baba Suwe who passed away recently."

Kizz Daniel Bags Management Deal With One Global Management

Popular Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, has signed an exclusive management agreement with Paul Okoye's One Africa Global management.

This announcement was made by Paul Okoye, the Chief Executive Officer of One Africa Global Management with an Instagram post welcoming Kizz Daniel after the singer signed the legally binding contract.

Paul Okoye, while welcoming Kizz Daniel had called him 'Best in the game' while also assuring him of dominating the African space in 2022.


"Best in the game! Let's go No 1 in Africa 2022. Signed and sealed exclusive management deal with Kizz Daniel. Let's go to the world."

The singer also acknowledged the signed deal with his comment under Paul Okoye's Instagram post where he responded by saying: "Highest."
