Charly Boy To Women –Why You Must Stop Looking For Ready-Made Husband

Nigerian singer-songwriter and activist Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy, has disclosed why ladies must desist from seeking ready-made husbands.

Speaking through an Instagram post, Charly Boy told ladies to offer more than sex and start supporting their men in other areas of life.

According to him, most relationships are cut short nowadays because many ladies only have sex to offer in their relationships and nothing more.

He said: "Many girls complain that guys walk away from them simply because they refused to give them sex. Some girls have even turned into sex toys just to keep a man. Let me be very open here, sex might not be the reason these guys walk away.

"Remove sex from a relationship and you'll see that most girls do not have anything else to offer their man.

" Aside from sex, what do you have to offer to a man. Can you support him spiritually? Can you support him physically and financially? How about mentally?"

He urged ladies to stop spending unnecessarily on material things and plan for the future with their partners.

"All you girls do is demand money for bags, shoes, phones, clothes, and outings. Making him spend unnecessarily. What are you even bringing to the table?

"Have you ever sat him down and helped him plan for his future. Try to be a woman that a man will always regret losing for the rest of his life.

"Be that woman that your man can't afford to lose to another man. Build your man to your taste and stop looking for a ready-made husband when you're not a ready-made wife," he added.

Actress Efe Irele –How People Urged Me To Quit Movie Industry

Nigerian actress and model popularly known as Efe Irele, has narrated some of the issues she faced in her early days as an actress.

Speaking to reporters, Efe Irele recounted instances when people told her that she could not act, that she should quit the movie industry.

She said, "there have been many low points and I cannot say which one in particular is the lowest. There were instances when people told me that I could not act, that I should quit the movie industry. There was also a time someone told me that if I did not suck up to certain people, I would not grow. That saddened me.

"A lot of things happened but I count them as part of the journey. I don't need anyone's sympathy because I never thought it would be easy and secondly, I chose to be an actor. I had other options but I chose this."

Shedding light on why she set up a production company, Irele said, "Quite a few reasons. I am a hands-on kind person and I love to oversee projects. I am also entrepreneurial, so the combination of both in this industry can only mean one thing— becoming a producer. It has been absolutely worthwhile so far."

On the notion held by some that Nollywood is not lucrative, Irele said, "It depends on what angle you are looking at it from and also what you define as 'lucrative'. Lucrative is relative. To some people, N500,000 is a lot of money, while some people would consider it to be peanuts. However, we can always agree on the fact that we are still scratching the surface. There is a lot to be done in the industry from production to distribution. Let us say the industry is potentially lucrative."

Popular Nigerian Crossdresser, James Brown, has blamed his mother on how he turned out in life as a result of his upbringing.

The controversial personality was a guest on Tea with Tay by Temisan Emmanuel when hhe opened up on his mother.

The lifestyle influencer who has not seen his mother in 10 years stated in the interview that his mother who was not ready to have a child, had him at an early age, which affected his upbringing because of her poor care towards him.

James Brown further added that he had a terrible childhood, one which his mother made worse by calling him 'soft names,' and also avoided being referred to as his mother.

The influencer further noted that his upbringing affected his personality and made him dislike women who raise children out of wedlock.
