Vivian Porsche, a Nigerian model and social media influencer is of the opinion that ace singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun a.k.a Wizkid, is  the richest artiste in Nigeria.

Hailing the award-winning singer for his low-key lifestyle amid his wealth, the model noted that Wizkid doesn't flaunt cars and houses, chase clout, or post his lavish lifestyle on social media like his colleagues.

On Twitter, she wrote; "No SM stunt, no clout chasing, Doesn't post cars, he don't post houses but still… The Richest Musician Dead or Alive in Nigeria… Wizkid 🦅"

Twinz Love, rejoice as they acquire multi-million naira house

Teen comedians, Moyin and Doyin, better known as Twinz Love, rejoice as they splash millions of naira on their first house together.

The twin entertainer who is known for pranking their mother could not hold back their joy as they show off the interior of their new home.

Taking to Instagram, Twinz Love expressed gratitude while stating the consistency put into achieving their dream house.

Reaction As Ugezu Ugezu Spotted A Car With A Number Plate “EgoObala”

With the troubling and increasing rate of the 'get-rich-quick' syndrome, Ugezi has drawn the attention to Nigerians to a trending video.

Nigerian filmmaker Ugezu J Ugezu has reacted to a viral video of a car with a number plate that reads "Ego Obala" which translates to "Blood money" in literal sense.

Posting the video on his Instagram page, Ugezu captioned:

"Can you find an explanation as to the reason a human being will buy a car and register same as EGOOBALA…. which translates.. BLOODMONEY???
Strange!."

The number plate is said to have been recalled by the FRSC.

The rising cost of living in Nigeria, has made former Big Brother Naija housemate Alex Asogwa, better known as 'Alex Unusual' to cry out.

 25-year-old Alex Unusual who said she is feeling frustrated, wondered how Nigerians who cannot afford three square meals are copying if she is feeling the pains so much.

And though she cannot say "this is getting out of hand" she, however, in a series of tweets, encouraged all to find a way to still hold it together, stay safe, alive and hopeful.

"I'm tired. Not of living but of living. I'm not suicidal one bit. I'm just frustrated. If I feel the rising problems of Nigeria like this, what about those that couldn't afford 3 square meals, what can they afford now? Every day, it's one increase or the other.

"I'm supposed to be positive and give people hope but maybe just this evening, I'm down!! I am tired!!!. I don't know if I'll feel better tomorrow but I hope you are stronger than I am at this moment. I hope you find positivity in this madness.

Blackout Worsens As National Grid Suffers Second Collapse Within 48 Hours

Some parts of the country were on Tuesday thrown into darkness following another system collapse of the National Grid.

The Head, Corporate Communications, Ikeja Electric Plc, Mr Felix Ofulue, confirmed the development to the News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos.

Eko Electricity Distribution Company also confirmed the partial collapse of the grid in a public notice.

The Electricity Distribution Companies said the collapse of the grid occurred at 5.10pm on Tuesday.

They said the collapse had disrupted power supply within their networks with their customers experiencing blackouts.

"Dear esteemed customers, we would like to inform you of another system collapse on the national grid which occurred at 5:10pm today (Tuesday).

"We are monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates.

Once again we apologies for the inconvenience," Eko DisCo said in a statement.

On his part, Ofulue said Ikeja Electric had received notification of the collapse and was waiting for the grid to be restored.

NAN reports that the collapse is happening barely 48 hours after the national grid collapsed at 10.40am on Monday resulting in blackouts in some parts of the country.

Supply was, however, restored to the grid at 12.20pm by the Transmission Company of Nigeria.

The United Kingdom Court Orders Apostle Suleman To Pay Blogger £19k

The Queens Bench Division of the UK High Court of Justice has ordered the founder and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, to pay £19,601 as part of sanctions in the suit he entered against a London-based blogger, Maureen Badejo, alleging defamation of character.

Maureen had earlier been summoned to appear before the Queens Bench Division of UK High Court of Justice over alleged defamation of character of the Nigerian cleric.

SaharaReporters had reported how Nigerians in diaspora raised legal fees for Badejo to defend herself against Apostle Suleman in court.

The host of GIOTV had requested for support from her teeming viewers, fans, and loved ones to assist her financially with the legal costs.

In the ruling by UK Judge, His Honour Judge Lewis, and obtained by SaharaReporters, with claim NO: QB-2022-000504 and dated 10th of March 2022, Apostle Suleman's application was dismissed.

The court ordered Apostle Suleman to pay Maureen Badejo costs of and occasioned by the Application, summarily assessed in the sum of £19,601.

The judgement reads, "UPON the Application of the Claimant by Notice filed on 18 February 2022 seeking an interim njunction restraining the Defendant from publishing further allegedly defamatory broadcasts concerning the Clamant and requiring her to remove earlier broadcasts ("the Application"wink

Paul Psquare laments – “I spend N1.4m for diesel now to power my house”

Psquare's Paul Okoye lamented over the cost of diesel oil and how it has affected his budget, which now makes him spend about N1.4million naira to power his house alone.

Diesel fuel hits price of N720 per litre about a week ago and has forced people that own diesel engines to increase their budget for fuel.

Paul Okoye complained in a recent post on Instagram that he now powers his house with N1.4million naira due to the increase in price.

this is coming after a rumour broke out over the weekend alleging that Kolawole Ajeyemi is cheating on Toyin Abraham.

Over the weekend, gossip platform, Gist Lover had claimed that a certain actress' husband was cheating on her with a junior colleague.

"All these Nollywood girls will not cease to amaze me, you are sleeping with a person's husband and you still have the guts to call her momma, you are all over her comment section……their meeting point is one hotel in Abeokuta, the so-called shameless husband whom his wife feeds, is not faithful, always using hoodie to cover his face….my eyes are on you…but i feel for the wife, she is not lucky, this kind of husband again, God forbid…I will bring evidence soon but until then, let decoders do their work" the gossip platform posted as seen in screenshot below:


Many of the followers began insinuating and speculating that the cheating husband is Kolawole Ajeyemi especially as he fits the said description; he wears hoodies a lot and is always attacked online for living off Toyin Abraham.

It will be recalled that Toyin Abraham was previously married to Adeniyi Johnson but the union fell apart after Adeniyi Johnson couldn't stay faithful and was always sleeping around.

Obviously unbothered by the speculations, Toyin Abraham has now shut down gossip mongers by giving her husband an assuring kiss.
