International Student Union - Officer Openings Posted: 19 Apr 2022 12:45 PM PDT The International Student Union, which brought the Global Terps Festival to campus on March 31, has two openings for new officers. The current president and vice president are graduating next year, and they want to train a younger cohort of students in navigating the university. What skills will you gain?
You do not need to be an international student (two current officers are not). You do need to enjoy working with international and diverse students. The ISU works to make the University of Maryland a more welcoming place for international students and to connect diverse students. Apply here: https://forms.gle/wrNUp7xApj6qd56w9. The ISU currently meets most Tuesdays, 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., but the meeting time varies from semester to semester. |
