Annie Idibia tackles critics – “I love Inno and his 7 kids”

Popular actress, Annie Idibia has stated that she loves her husband and all his seven children.

Recall that the actress had made headlines yesterday after it was rumoured that she had unfollowed her husband; she has attributed the cause to an Instagram glitch.

The actress has warned bloggers about peddling false news about her and revealed that same way she loves her husband is the same way she loves all seven kids of his.
 
She wrote in pidgin:

"Stupid dumbass bloggers! Our kids na dem go take care of us when we are old and weak! Abeg make una no start to dey cause conflicts wey no dey between all my seven kids! Yes, seven of them, whether una like am or not! All seven kids. Just stop already with the lies n slandering!"

She added:

"The only language I understand is love. The same way I love my Inno is the same way I love all of our kids! You can't love a man d way I love my husband and then hate his kids. He will die for them, so stop!

"You need to f**king stop for real!! It's beginning to piss me off! Legal actions coming!"

Jide Awobona Mourns Late Actor, Osmond Gbadebo

As more Nigerian actors mourn the painful loss of Osmond Gbadebo, popular actor Jide Awobona has reacted.

NOLLYWOODTIMES earlier reported that the death of movie maker, Osmond Gbadebo, was made known by veteran actress, Fausat Balogun. 

Osmond Gbadebo died on Monday, May 30th.

Mourning his painful exit, Jide Awobona said that Osmond was recuperating and regaining his weight before he died.

He recounted how he always asked the ailing actor if he has fully recovered from his ailment, and Osmond always assured him that he is fine.
 
Jide Awobona went on to pray to God to forgive him of his sins and grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss.


He wrote:

Reactions as Pere Egbi’s alleged sugar mummy gets revealed – “And he just buy motor sha”

Reality TV star, Pere Egbi has been accused of having an amorous relationship with the wife of Kogi State Governor, Rashida Bello.

The allegation was presented by the communication expert, Jackson Ude who disclosed that the duo are lovers and have been spotted several times at the Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

Ude alleged that when they first met, she gave Pere a whopping sum of N5M.

The tweet reads:

Singer Wizkid and baby mama, Jada P expecting second child

Grammy winner, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid and his manager/baby mama, Jada Pollock are reportedly expecting their second child.

According to an IG blogger, The Tattle Room while sharing the gist disclosed that Wizkid and Jada P who live together in London were spotted on Sunday night, May 29th at an event.

Jada P was said to have been seen with a visible baby bump which made her avoid the camera.

Also, a photo that was shared by Jada on her IG story a few weeks back which flashed her baby bump also goes a long way in solidifying the report.

Actor Kalu Ikeagwu Drags Wife To Court -- How She Denied Me Sex And Poured Water On Me While I Slept”

For deserting their matrimonial home, Nollywood actor Kalu Ikeagwu has taken his wife to court.

Recall that Kalu Ikeagwu and Ijeoma tied the knot in November 2015 and had their church wedding in June 2016.

They have two children, a son between them and Ijeoma's daughter whom he had adopted.

The marriage has now crashed as the actor recently told an Ikeja High Court how his estranged wife, Ijeoma, allegedly deserted their matrimonial home and prevented him from gaining access to their two children.

The actor also seeks full custody of his three-year-old son and ten-year-old stepdaughter.

Under cross-examination by the respondent's counsel, S.I. Amedu, Ikeagwu said his wife packed out of his matrimonial and sent him a mail that she was going to her father's house in Enugu.

"She told me she was at her father's place in Enugu and four days later, I saw her at the airport in Lagos, heading to God knows where. In the mail she sent, she said she was In Enugu."

Ikeagwu also denied that he sent his wife and kids out of the house and failed to provide for their upkeep.

The actor further told the court that his wife denied him sex and poured water on him while he was asleep.

"After the birth of our son, she has refused to have sex with me. I was not aware she lost the pregnancy due to an infection as I did not give her any infection.
"Till date, I have not seen any report attached to a document that she lost a baby through STD. Though I did not ask her why she lost the baby," he said.

Ikeagwu said he stopped sending money to the children for upkeep and maintenance because his wife denied him being the father to his stepdaughter.

He added that this was after she accused him of attempting to sleep with the child, and she failed to acknowledge the money he sent to her.

On why he was seeking custody of his stepdaughter whom he had earlier sought for revocation of guardianship, the actor said he had information that his wife wanted to relocate the children.
Justice Christopher Balogun had earlier ordered the children to play with their father in court and ordered the respondent to present the receipts of the children's tuition fees in court.

The judge explained that it would be difficult to give him custody of their daughter while the mother is alive.
"The Supreme Court ruled that it is not the wealth of a father that the children of that age need, they need the care and attention of their biological mother.
"The only reason the girl child should not be in the custody of the mother is if the mother is mentally derailed or the issue of infidelity is involved.
"Assuming the girl starts her monthly period, you as a father do not know what to do. You will be scared of the blood. A female girl is delicate. Your own case is worse because an accusation has been levelled against you," he said.
The judge adjourned the case until June 23 for a continuation of the hearing.

Indian Rapper, Sidhu Moose Wala Shot Dead Aged 28

After being fatally shot, a day after his security cover was withdrawn, popular Indian rapper Sidhu Moose Wala has died.

The death of 28 years old Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, who was killed on Sunday evening, May 29,  while driving his car in Mansa, a district in Punjab state, northern India, is being investigated by authorities in India.



Moose Wala was driving with two of his friends in an SUV to the village Jawahar Ke in Punjab, when they were attacked.

The rapper's SUV was sprayed with bullets and he was found slumped on his seat and bleeding heavily. He was taken to hospital where he was declared dead.


Punjab police said that the attack seemed to be due to a gang-war. Police also said that a Canada-based gangster has claimed responsibility for the attack.

"Lawrence Bishnoi gang is involved in this murder. Lucky, member of the gang has taken responsibility from Canada," Punjab DGP VK Bhawra told the media. He said the name of Moose Wala's manager Shaganpreet had figured in the murder of one Vicky Middukhera last year.

This murder appeared to be in retaliation of Middukhera's murder, the top police officer said.

Punjab Police has also formed a special investigation team to probe the incident.

The singer had faced criticism from several quarters for promoting gun culture in his songs. He had also been booked for allegedly promoting violence through his song "Sanju".

He was booked under the Arms Act and the Disaster Management Act in Barnala after photographs showing him firing an AK-47 rifle at a firing range during the COVID-19 lockdown appeared on social media.


The singer had joined Congress in December last year. In the 2022 Punjab Assembly elections, Sidhu Moose Wala had contested from Mansa on a Congress ticket. He was defeated by Aam Aadmi Party's Dr Vijay Singla.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that he was deeply shocked saddened by the news. "Deeply shocked and saddened by the murder of promising Congress leader and talented artist, Sidhu Moosewala. My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones and fans from across the world," Mr Gandhi tweeted.

Congress leader Charan Singh Sapra said the state government and Chief Minister must come clean on what basis Moose Wala's security cover was removed. "The government has to answer," he told NDTV.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Sunday said that those involved in the attack on singer Sidhu Moose Wala won't be spared. The Aam Aadmi Party leader also urged everyone to remain calm.

Tytyana Miller Dies At 29 Amid Mental Illness And Substance Abuse

Veteran American rapper, Master P is grieving the painful death of his daughter, Tytyana Miller.

The death of 29-year-old Tytyana who died after struggling with "mental illness" and "substance abuse" was announced by the 52-year-old record executive and entrepreneur on Monday, May 30.

"Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my daughter Tytyana," Master P wrote on Instagram. "We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve. We appreciate all of the prayers love and support."

He continued: "Mental illness & substance abuse is a real issue that we can't be afraid to talk about. With God, we will get through this. #MyAngel."
Master P's son and Tytyana's older brother, Romeo Miller also took to Instagram to mourn her death.

He wrote; "Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my little sister Tytyana. We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve."

"We appreciate all of the prayers, love, and support, and although this is sad times, I'm forever grateful for the memories I did have with my amazing sister. Love on your loved ones, life is short. The silver lining, I know she's in a way better place and finally at peace and free. God Bless. – RM"
The cause of death has not been revealed.


According to TMZ, paramedics got an emergency call around 2:30 AM Saturday and responded to a home in the San Fernando Valley. The publication said she was pronounced dead on the scene and was not taken to a hospital.

Master P shared Tytyana with his estranged Sonya C. They also have six other kids together: Romeo, Itali, 23, Inty, 29, Vercy, 30, Hercy, 20, and Mercy, 16. He also has a 25-year-old daughter, Cymphonique, from a previous relationship.

Facts about naming children in Yorubaland
The Yorubas have one of the most interesting and the most complicated naming traditions in the world. A private child naming ceremony is often organized seven days after the birth of the child.

There, the child's unique identity is unveiled. In pre-colonial West Africa, parents from the Yoruba ethnic group relied on traditional priests to decide the child's destiny and to choose a name that reflects their pathway. Then a public ceremony was held, to celebrate the arrival of the child with friends and family.

However, things have changed in the twenty-first century, especially with the advent of Christianity and Islam. Parents, grandparents and, in rare cases, family friends suggest beautiful Yoruba names for the baby. Often these names describe the circumstance surrounding the baby's conception and birth.

Some of the most delightful names available in this majority South Western and North-central Nigerian ethnic group are referred to as praise names (popularly called Oriki names). Such names are often bestowed upon children who have brought exceptional joy and pride to the family. Examples of Oriki names include Ayinla, Ajoke, Alao, Akano, Asabi, Ajani, Akanmu, Amope, Anike, Abike, Abake, Alao, Adio, Akanni, Amoke, Arike, Akano, Agbeke, Ajin-un, Alake, Awero, Abebi, Abeun, Aremu, Alani, Ayinke and Ìshọ̀lá.

Also notable is that Yorubas have interesting naming traditions for twins. In such cases, names are predetermined by the order of the baby's arrival. 1. Cheese

2. Meat

Reports of molestations in secondary and primary schools in Nigeria have been making the news recently and the actress has taken the initiative to forewarn parents and advice them on what to do so their kids don't fall victims.
