How To ByPass Windows 11 Install Restrictions

We earlier discussed How to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for free, and many would like to know how to bypass the restriction. This post today provides the answer to that challenge.
Windows 11 was launched with restrictive installation requirements compared to other versions. It includes restrictions on older processors, an internet connection, and a Microsoft account.

Now, as promised in yesterday's post, there are ways of bypassing the restrictions. With that, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 11 even if your CPU is unsupported. If you wish to do a clean Windows 11 install and do all necessary even if your system is not supported, you can do that with a tool called Rufus.

The Rufus app is not new but has been used for a long time. Technical people have used it to quickly create bootable Windows installers. Now the most recent release i.e. Rufus 3.19 BETA, based on reports from Ars Technica, can remove restrictions on an online Microsoft account and other things. If your computer HP or MAC does not have TPM 2.0, the app can bypass it for you. Also, if your PC has less than 4GB of RAM or 64GB of storage, the app can help you disable data collection, allowing you to install it.

To use the app, you must keep your PC fully offline when installing the OS to skip the Microsoft account requirement. However, Rufus comes in handy in such an easy way by cutting manual registry edits. One remarkable thing about Rufus is that it is available for free!

You can go online and get to the Rufus app. Download the app and follow the installation instruction, and you are good.

Finally, every good thing does have some dark shades. Microsoft, too is working on ways to prevent those bypasses. Microsoft might start using watermarks on those machines as it usually treats non-serialized installations of Windows. Microsoft could also block such systems from getting updates.

How to install Windows 11 with Rufus coming soon....

INEC Voters Registrations: Low Voter registration in Katsina worries the commission

Katsina State's INEC has expressed its worry over the poor turnout of residents registering for the Permanent Voter Card in the newly formed 1,750 polling units in that state.

Alhaji Jibril Zarewa, the state's Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC, was the one that revealed this on Friday when interviewed by the News Agency of Nigeria.

According to him, one year after the commencement of PVC registration, the turnout of people for registration was poor in the newly formed polling units.

Alhaji Jibril Zarewa said:

In May 2022, when we did the analysis, we realized out of the 1,750 newly established polling units, about 1,200 units did not have more than 50 people who registered in each of them.

This registration involved transfers. Some of the polling units have zero registration, some have only one, some five, while some have not more than 50 people who registered.

Although this can be attributed to the suspension of telecommunication networks in 17 of the 34 Local Government Areas for about five months due to the security problem.

Since the resumption of the exercise in March, out of the 1,750 polling units created, about 1,200 don't have up to 50 people that registered in each of them.

We are appealing to the people of those areas where the new polling units were created to go and register, as INEC is always ready for them.

The reasons for the creation of additional polling units is to serve the areas and decongest the congested polling units through the transfer of their polling units.

He said that there were 4,902 units in Katsina before now, but more units were created, making it 6,652 polling units currently.

He further explained that:

As at that time, we had about three per cent of our cards collected, which means out of the 3.230 million PVCs we had, just about 50,000 were not collected.

As of Jan. 12, 2022, we have taken 53,000 from the headquarters, and just a few days ago, we have taken an additional 20,000 for people who made corrections.

Israel, the Last Stylebender Adesanya, has emerged victorious in the fight with Jared Cannonier. Adesanya beats Cannonier to win his 12th straight fight and retain his title at UFC 276. With this victory, Izzy has now successfully defended his middleweight title for the fifth time.

As earlier reported, the Nigerian MMA star chose the Undertaker theme song to make his entry into the UFC fight with his American contender. The fight has been tagged as one of Izzy's easiest fights.

During the fight, UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman was on the sideline to give moral support to Israel.

Izzy won the fight via unanimous decision 49-46, 49-46, 50-45.

UFC 276: The Israel Adesanya vs. Jared Cannonier Fight Is LIVE!

Posted: 02 Jul 2022 10:09 PM PDT

Image: MMA Junkie - USA Today

As we speak, UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya is facing middleweight No.1 contender Jared Cannonier at UFC 276 at the T-mobile Arena, Las Vegas.

Adesanya's entry into the arena was like The Undertaker's WWE walkout music, carrying an urn and wearing a black hat.

The No. 1 contender defeated many to remain on top, and since making his debut in 2018, 'The Last Stylebender' keeps upping his game all the time.

'Izzy' has defended his title four times since then and has a perfect record of 22-1. His only defeat was when he tried the light heavyweight. He lost to the reigning champion Jan Blachowicz.

This is the fifth time the Nigerian-born New Zealander will try to defend his title, and hopefully, he will.

Cannonier has a record 15-5. He has won two straight fights and five of his last six contests.

On the scale, Israel Adesanya weighed 183.5 pounds, while Jared Cannonier weighed 184.5 pounds for the main card.

Adesanya had boasted he would beat Cannonier:

Jared is a fighter; I call him the dark horse of the division. He was in the heavyweight division, and then moved down to the light heavyweight division, and now he's in the middleweight division – so he has a lot of power in his hands," Adesanya said on UFC 276 Countdown.

Thanks to his skills, he dealt with many people, but many people are not me. Styles make fights, and I'm the Elementalist, so our duel won't go all the way. He will be choked or knocked out.

Go check out the fight
