Dear friends of the Wilson Center, On behalf of the Wilson Center Board of Trustees, staff, and fellows, I want to express my gratitude for your interest and support over the past year. Thanks to you, we have been able to continue and even expand our research and programming, offering real-time expert briefings on current and emerging global issues—from the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the fallout from the Afghanistan withdrawal, to digital currencies, supply chain challenges, and refugees and forced displacement, and reaffirming the importance of the Arctic, just to name a few. Amidst all of this, our experts have also continued to focus on Wilson's core mission. We are congressionally chartered, fiercely nonpartisan, and scholarship driven. We serve as a vital link between Washington and the world, convening public events and private discussions, bringing together international leaders and key stakeholders to discuss the most pressing matters at hand. Looking ahead to the fall election season and into 2023, the Wilson Center's scholars and staff will be increasingly called upon to provide balanced, nonpartisan insights on timely global issues. As our fiscal year draws to a close on September 30, I hope that you will join our community of supporters with a contribution in support of our critical work. I am grateful for your consideration, and I hope that you will continue to inspire us with your frequent engagement in the coming year as well. In the meantime, please stay in touch. Warm regards, Mark Andrew Green President & CEO, The Wilson Center Ambassador and Congressman (ret.) |
