During a Senate Budget Committee Hearing on "The Fiscal Consequences of Climate Change on Infrastructure" last week, Sen. John Kennedy (R- La.) grilled Tulane University climate adaptation scholar Jesse M. Keenan about his university getting money from fossil fuel companies, citing a letter Mr. Keenan sent to leading institutions and universities calling on them to stop accepting donations from the industry.
