August 29, 2023 Today on New Security Beat New Security Broadcast |"You Will Find Your People Here" with Dr. Caroline Wanjiku Kihato and Clare Loveday By Wilson Center Staff Today's episode of New Security Broadcast features an interview with Clare Loveday and Dr. Caroline Wanjiku Kihato about their collaborative installation, "You Will Find Your People Here." Using a combination of piano spoken word, and vocal utterances, the project conveys the complex lives of women who have migrated from the DRC, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, and Malawi to women in Johannesburg, South Africa.
