Upon further investigation, Amber discovered that her daughter had been secretly given the chest binder by a school social worker. This social worker had advised Amber's daughter about gender transitioning and, worse yet, told her it would be best not to inform her parents.
The school violated Amber's parental rights as protected by the Constitution. In response, the Goldwater Institute is suing to hold the school accountable for its actions.
This radical ideology has no place in our schools, and it's the latest in the battle against cultural Marxism. Goldwater is defending parental rights by providing parents with legal assistance to stop schools that violate the law.
