Foam Roll for Tight Thighs
Tight thighs and hips from everyday activities like sitting and walking can lead to discomfort and poor posture. Incorporate this exercise daily to improve flexibility and posture:

Setup: Lie face down with a foam roller placed under one thigh, just above the knee. Position your other leg to the side with the knee bent.
Action: Support yourself on your elbows and gently roll from just above your knee up toward your hip, focusing on any tender spots.
Tip: If it's painful, lighten the pressure. Relax your face and breathe deeply.
