Rooted in the Shanghai Communiqué, these agricultural collaborations have delivered decades of mutual benefits, advancing food security and driving scientific innovation in both countries. With the US-China Science and Technology Agreement now expired, agricultural diplomacy and cooperation that has long stabilized the relationship and advanced trade could be lost.
