Before I really had a grasp on what I should be eating, I found fitness. And it truly changed my life. I believe that everyone should be active in some way. Whether you're doing yoga, walking your dog, pilates, Zumba, CrossFit, Orange Theory, swimming, kickboxing...whatever it is, everyone should be taking advantage of the body they were given and what it is capable of. Every week on the blog, I share my Weekly Workouts where I break down my workouts from the week before. I've also been trying to share more videos on my instagram to show exactly what movements I'm doing and what weights. Working out changed my life. It changed how I set goals, how I prioritized, and how I saw myself. And the best thing about fitness is you can constantly get better at it. You've never peaked because there is always something new to try and something to challenge yourself with.
