Ruggedman gives reason for not supporting President Buhari

Ruggedman gives reason for not supporting President Buhari
Popular rapper,  Ruggedman in an interview with Sunday Scoop said he is not supporting Buhari because his  first term as president has  not been good to Nigerians, including entertainers.   The rapper also spoke on his membership of the Creative Industry Group, a coalition of entertainers who endorsed Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party for the presidential poll, disclosed that he once declined being running mate to an Abia governorship candidate.

Ruggedman who did not name the politician or party whose offer of being a running mate he declined, told Sunday Scoop that he was not ready for such.

"A governorship candidate in Abia State actually asked me to be his running mate but I declined. For now, I don't want it. I prefer to fight for the masses at the moment. I am not interested in running for an elective position.

"Felix Duke told me about the group but I still need to find out what it is about, though they told me they are supporting Atiku.

"I have been quiet until recently when I rallied support for Fela Durotye on social media. I support every other candidate except President Muhammadu Buhari because his first term as president has not been good to Nigerians, including entertainers. Left to me, I prefer one of the younger candidates as the president. However, Atiku is the only one close enough to give Buhari a fight; I don't think others have what it takes to win."

Ibrahim Chatta “My colleagues are supporting one party or another because of their gain but the love of the country should come first”

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 11:30 PM PST

Ibrahim Chatta
Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Chatta, has revealed that unlike many of his colleagues who like to brag about their trips abroad, he has only travelled out of Nigeria to the Republic of Benin.

Chatta told Sunday Scoop, "I have never travelled out of this country except to the Republic of Benin. Most times, I hear that people travel to other developed countries to beg; I don't want to be like that. Right now, I am working on a movie and I will need to hold the premiere in the UK, America, South African and Dubai. If I eventually go to those places, I know it is for a purpose.

"There are many amazing places I've never visited in Nigeria too. I only go to locations from my house and return home afterwards. I've been invited to America and Canada for awards, but God has not given me the privilege to visit yet. I have not been to Mecca too, but it is my priority to go before I die and I am not leaving the world soon."

He admitted that it was a great thing for one to travel but noted that Nigerians needed to love their country. The actor added, "People are always saying Nigeria cannot be good; we should stop saying that. We are not patient and patriotic enough. I have never been to the US but I can tell you nice things about New York and Washington. I saw those things in movies. Films should be avenues to project our country in a positive light but we don't do that here. I will die in Nigeria because it is my country."

Urging everyone to play a role to make Nigeria a better place, Chatta said, "Fifty per cent of my income goes to people, though I'm still a poor man. I work every day to survive. If I go to the bank, the staff members and people in the queue always want to favour me but I wait for my turn. I am tired of hearing people saying terrible things about Nigeria. I know many of my colleagues who are supporting one party or the other because of what they stand to gain but the love of the country should come first."

Nigeria Decides 2019: Buhari didn’t order Nigerians to be shot summarily – Tinubu

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 01:13 PM PST

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday said President Muhammadu Buhari never ordered security agencies to shoot Nigerians summarily.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja at the end of the APC caucus meeting, he said the President was misinterpreted.

He said that the President at the meeting only reinforced that those involved in ballot box snatching will be doing it at the risk of their lives, The Nation Newspaper reports.

According to him: "I was in that meeting; the president was just reinforcing the fact that if you are out there snatching ballot boxes and causing destruction, you are at risk of your own life.

"Whatever happens to you; No President will give an order that his own citizens should be shot summarily, No! No, its okay, emotions are running high these days. Any individual including myself can be misinterpreted.

"These are not his words; he is a law abiding person and he understands categorically and clearly what rule of law is and the lives of individual citizens that he is in that office to protect.

"Now, let me run this; he has been fighting Boko Haram, kidnappers and all these before this election. Did you hear him asking them to be shot and executed summarily?"

On the resumption of campaigns by political parties, the former Lagos governor said: "By law we should continue to energise our people; it depends on our resources.

"Because the Electoral Act allows us to do that and ask led us to stop campaigning only 24 hours before the actual election. And once you changed the date to Feb. 23, you have given us the opening to campaign and energise.

"If you a garden and you don't nourish with water, the grass will remain dormant; we don't want our party to remain dormant.

"This is ability of leadership to convert adversity to opportunity and prosperity and that's it; that's what we must do."

Asked if the postponement has cast doubt on the credibility of INEC, he said: "It depends on how it is handled and the process. How the process is managed; you can convert a crisis–a situation of adversity to an opportunity and progress.

"The INEC, under the law, they are empowered to postpone, cancel and do whatever is necessary to ensure free and fair election. No party other the anger, the disappointment, no party can reverse that. So, we are ready for Feb. 23."

2019 ELECTIONS: INEC speaks on alleged thumb printed ballot papers in Gov Yahaya Bello’s house

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 01:11 PM PST

INEC
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has reacted to reports that ballot papers meant for Kogi Central Senatorial district were being thumb printed at Governor Yahaya Bello's house.

Reports had on Sunday emerged that ballot papers meant for Kogi Central Senatorial district were thumb printed by APC members at the Governor's house in GRA, Okene.

But, reacting in a statement on its Twitter page, the electoral umpire described the allegation as false.

According to INEC, all sensitive materials are in the Commission's custody or at the Central Bank of Nigeria's vaults, Daily Post reports.

The statement reads, "INEC's attention has been drawn to stories that ballot papers have found their way to the hands of politicians who are thumb printing same for their favoured party. Specifically, reference has been made to Kogi Central Senatorial District.

" This allegation is not true, as all sensitive materials are in the Commission's custody or in the Central Bank's vaults. The stamps in the ballot papers displayed do not represent any of the official stamps to be used in the forthcoming election.

"It should be noted that only duly stamped and dated ballot papers with the endorsement of the INEC Presiding Officer's signature are valid and will be counted."

Nigeria Decides 2019: ‘I Am Not Afraid To Lose’ – Buhari

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 12:23 PM PST

President Muhammadu Buhari

President Buhari says he is not afraid to lose the presidential election rescheduled early Saturday morning to February 23.

Mr Buhari spoke at a national caucus meeting of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) held on Monday at the party's headquarters in Abuja over the postponement of the election.

The meeting was attended by the president, National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, party leader Bola Tinubu, 11 APC governors, and Minister of Transportation.

"I am not afraid to lose. I have gone around the 36 states and Abuja I think I have enough supporters across the country to look after me." Mr Buhari said.

Mr Buhari said he wants Nigerians to be respected irrespective of the outcome of the election.

He also urged Nigerians to come out and vote on the rescheduled date for the candidates of their choice.

"We are not going to be blamed that we want to rig election. I want Nigerians to be respected. Let them vote whoever they want across the parties," the president said.
Buhari Warns INEC

Speaking on the postponement of the general elections, Mr Buhari warned the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not to take Nigerians for granted.

He said the commission had all the time and resources to prepare for the elections.

He also said the postponement of the elections would be reviewed after the elections are held so that the nation could know what led to it.

"INEC had all the time, all the resources, all they wanted. They did not have to wait for only six hours to announce the postponement.

"This incompetence has to be explained to the nation after the elections and who is responsible. What is the use if we accept incompetence? The constitution and the laws protected INEC but they must not take us for granted.

"If for example, the National Assembly did not approve what INEC wanted, then INEC could have had a moral reason why they could not perform.

"We do not understand this inefficiency, and we have to get the details after the elections," Mr Buhari said.

Death To Ballot Box Thieves

Mr Buhari also said he has told the security chiefs to clamp down on anyone who wants to disrupt the electoral process. He said the security chiefs had briefed him on the possible hot spots and flash spots.

"We have to tell our constituencies that they have to be patient and they have to behave in a very responsible way by going peacefully to vote again," he said.

"And they should depend on party representatives in each polling unit out of the 176,000 polling units and they should be there, those who have been given the responsibility to watch over the party's interest. I do expect anybody to make trouble.

"I have briefed the law enforcement agencies and military. They have identified hotspots, flash spots and they should be prepared to move. And then secondly, they have made arrangements as possible and resources have been made as much as the country can afford it."

Mr Buhari then warned ballot box snatchers that they risk losing their lives.

"Anybody who decides to snatch boxes or lead thugs to disturb the election. Maybe that would be the last unlawful action you would take. I have given the military and police the order to be ruthless to anybody.

"I am going to warn anybody who thinks he would lead a body of thugs in his locality to snatch boxes or to disturb the voting system. He would do it at the expense of his/her own life."

2019 PRESIDENCY: Popular Malaysian Pastor Predicts Who Will Win Nigeria’s Presidential Election

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 11:14 AM PST

Popular Malaysian pastor, Dr Jonathan David, has revealed winner of the 2019 presidential election.

The cleric, who made the revelation in a viral video, prophesied victory for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to him, God told him that Nigeria is on the path of righteousness and will not return to corruption.

Pastor David also predicted that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, will serve for four or five more terms, by which time, Nigeria would have been a force to reckon with globally.

He said, "With what God is doing in Nigeria, it will become the food basket to provide resources, it is going to replenish the land and their money will change nations, their money will rebuild cities, with the resources that they have and the people that they have, God will begin to use them as a model nation," he said in a YouTube video.

"Moving them out of corruption into righteousness, moving them from a place of poverty to a place of wealth, moving them back on the ladders of promotion because righteousness will strike at the heart of every corruption and the world of the enemy is going to cease. I see Nigeria rising, this is a new day in Nigeria, this is a new day and new hour, no more turning back.

"It is not just one term, God is going to extend the term, he is going to push it again and again and again. Righteousness will be the order of the day, the one coming after General Buhari is taking his Presidency to the next level and the next one coming and the next one coming in, God says there are four or five terms.

"God is going to give for or five terms into Nigeria, so that Nigeria will completely turn around. Not just for this general alone, not for this present President alone, there will be another four or five more, they will continue to bring reformation across the earth, they will continue to bring transformation, so that Nigeria will not just rise for a short moment and become like a shooting star and then disappear out of context, God is saying I'm going to build an enduring house in Nigeria.

"He is going to remove the powers of death, corruption and corrupt men are no longer going to work on the soil. God touched the soil and he says it's fertile, he touched the soil and he says it is holy because he is coming down by the power of the spirit.

"He is going to bring about new change because he is going to give hope back to Nigeria. He is going to give hope to Africa, if Nigeria can change, the whole of Africa can change. God is saying this is the message I am going to send to the whole of Africa and turn things around in a powerful way."

I owe my appointment to Buhari, not Saraki – Lai Mohammed

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 08:44 AM PST

Lai Mohammed
The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, says he owes his appointment as minister to President Muhammadu Buhari and no one else.

In a statement issued on Monday in Abuja, the minister said it was "laughable'' that anyone would seek to take credit for his appointment.

Mohammed was reacting to a statement by Dr. Doyin Okupe the Special Adviser (Media) to the Director-General of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council, in which he gave credit to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki for the minister's appointment.

The minister said that the entire statement by Okupe, "is nothing but fiction writing, for which he deserves a hall of infamy award (in the fiction writing segment).

"Not one of the claims he made in his statement is true.''

Mohammed challenged Okupe to make available to Nigerians any evidence he might have to support his assertion that the President sought the permission of Saraki to appoint him as minister.

"We understand that Dr. Okupe's cheap attempt at mud-throwing is nothing but a proxy fight, rooted deeply in the politics of Kwara State.

"We are aware that Okupe's boss is feeling the heat emanating from the `O To Ge' (enough is enough) movement in Kwara.

"And that even the strongest of men will become disoriented and disillusioned at losing the support of a people who once venerated them to high heavens.

"But that is a self-inflicted wound for which Okupe's boss, an acclaimed slave master, has no one but himself to blame,'' Mohammed said.

The minister said he was very proud to lead the 'O To Ge' movement that is set to finally bring down the Berlin Wall of political hegemony in Kwara State and send Okupe's boss into political oblivion.

He said the movement will also free Okupe himself from merely being his master's voice, so he can fully devote his time to his new-found pastime – fiction writing.

FG’s school feeding programme is waste of funds – NLC

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 08:34 AM PST

Nigeria Labour Congress

The Niger state chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress ( NLC ) has described the Federal government school feeding programme as a corrupt and wasteful venture calling for its stop.

The Niger state Chairman of NLC, Comrade Yahaya Ndako Idris made the call while speaking at "a solemn Assembly" organised by the Niger state wing of the Nigeria Union of Teachers on Monday.

He said that the money spent on the school feeding programme can be used for other educational programmes that would be beneficial to the school children.

He said that N9 million claimed to have been spent monthly by the federal government could have been used for renovation of many schools that are already in dilapidated states.

" The federal government should immediately stop the school feeding programme, it is total corruption, they should use the money for other programmes, they commit the money to the renovation of schools.

" We agree today that the federal government should stop school feeding everybody feeds his child before taking them to school."

Commending the NUT for organising the "solemn assembly", Idris said it is important for everything to be put in the hands of God as God is the only one who can settle the challenges bedevilling the nation.

The State Chairman of the NUT, Comrade Ibrahim Umar appreciated teachers in the state for being dedicated to their job even in the face of daunting challenges calling on the government to improve the condition of service of teachers.

During the solemn assembly, prayers were offered for the smooth conduct of the general elections and for God to " touch the hearts of the leadership" to do the bidding of workers especially teachers.

The major prayer point at the solemn Assembly was that God should allow the national assembly to pass the N30,000 minimum wage bill before it.

PDP alleges plots by Buhari, APC to truncate democracy

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 08:30 AM PST

Uche Secondus
The People's Democratic Party ( PDP ) has alleged plots by President Muhammadu Buhari and the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) to trigger widespread political crisis, aimed at derailing the democratic process and plunge the nation into anarchy.

The opposition party particularly faulted the President's directive to the security agencies to deal ruthlessly with any ballot box snatchers and others that may act in ways that could threaten the electoral process.

A statement Monday by the spokesman for the PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, the PDP viewed President Buhari's directive as "threat to the lives of Nigerians".

The President had, during the APC caucus meeting held in Abuja Monday, said anyone caught snatching ballot boxes should consider the offence the very last they would ever commit.

But the PDP said President Buhari's statement was a direct call for jungle justice and attempt to divert public attention from details of APC's caucus meeting where the President issued the warning.

The statement said, "We do hope that this call by President Buhari is not a camouflage for the fake soldiers mobilized by the APC to shoot at innocent Nigerians, snatch ballot boxes and execute their rigging plans on the election day. It is indeed a license to kill, which should not come from any leader of any civilized nation.

"The underlining fact to the above is that President Buhari and APC leaders, upon getting to their voting constituencies last Saturday, realized that there is a nationwide rejection of Buhari's re-election bid, and this has thrown them into a panic mode.

"President Buhari must however bear in mind that his resort to threats and scaremongering will not deter Nigerians from coming out en-masse to vote him out of office on February 23.

"We are aware that President Buhari, who had earlier boasted that nobody can 'unseat' him, is bent on using every dictatorial and tyrannical act to truncate the process of a free, fair and credible election".

The party also said intelligence available to it showed that the Buhari Presidency has directed the leadership of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) reshuffle the Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs).

According to the PDP, the alleged deployment was to eagle INEC deploy "compromised" officials to manipulate the electoral process in President favour, adding, as they did with the police shortly before February 16.

The said it's also aware of the pressure allegedly being mounted by the Buhari Presidency on INEC to cancel elections in some states and make others inconclusive so as to achieve the President's objectives of a staggered election not minding the crisis such will trigger across the federation.

"We want Nigerians and the international community to hold President Buhari personally responsible for any electoral crisis, otherwise he will as usual, claim that he was not aware of the plots and transfer the blame to Adams Oshiomhole and Rotimi Amaechi.

"It is already known that President Buhari has been unrelenting in his attempts to subdue our democracy by trying to subjugate the legislature, emasculate the judiciary and seize control of the electoral umpire.

"Nevertheless, the PDP wants to assure President Buhari that our nation is bigger than him and that Nigerians will never allow him and the APC to rig this election.

"Nigerians have reach an irreversible democratic consensus to vote Buhari out and elect the Peoples Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who is ready to rescue our nation from the hardship, anguish, agony and bloodletting which the Buhari administration has plunged us," the statement added

Court insists on Imo APC Exco’s legitimacy

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 08:25 AM PST

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Bwari, Abuja has insisted that its judgment and orders affirming the legitimacy of the Executive of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, led by Daniel Nwafor, remain in force.

Justice Othman Musa made the clarification on Monday at the resumed hearing in post-judgment proceedings initiated by the national office of the APC, its National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and Nwafor.

The court had in a judgment delivered on August 14, 2018 upheld the legitimacy of the Nwafor-led Executive of the APC in Imo State and forbade the dissolution of the state EXCO.

After the judgment, Nwafor filed an application, seeking Oshiomhole's committal to prison, on the grounds that he allegedly moved to dissolve the Nwafor-led state EXCO, in violation of the August 14, 2018 judgment.

Oshiomhole and the APC equally filed an application, challenging the validity of the judgment, which they argued, was delivered without jurisdiction. They also filed a counter-affidavit to the application by Nwafor.

On Monday, Damian Dodo (SAN), representing the APC and Oshiomhole urged the court to, first hear and determine his clients' motion, challenging the court's jurisdiction and the validity of the judgment.

Nwafor's lawyer, Chidozie Ogunji objected and urged the court to first, hear his client's application for the committal of the APC's National Chairman to prison, before hearing any other application.

Ogunji argued that it was wrong for Dodo to asked the court to hear his (Dodo's) application, challenging jurisdiction before taking the contempt proceedings.

He contended that a court of law has a duty to protect its proceedings and processes from invasion.

Ogunji added that up and until the court deals with the issue of contempt, which is an affront on the court, the issue of jurisdiction, in whatever manner, it is raised, is inconsequential.

He stressed: "This is so, because, by the court dealing with the affront on it, the court is and will be protecting it's jurisdiction.

"Today, the party sought to be committed, is not in court. And, whether the said party is challenging the jurisdiction of the court or not, once it is a contempt proceedings, the defendant must be in court.

"We do not intend, for now, to apply that a bench warrant be issued. But we ask that the court makes an order that the party sought to be committed, (Oshiomhole) attends court on the next date, so that there will not be a continuous show of disrespect to this court."

Dodo, in his reply on point of law, faulted Ogunji's argument and urged the court to first, consider the challenge to its jurisdiction, before conducting any other business.

He argued that the orders and judgment being challenged by his clients were allegedly got without their knowledge.

Dodo added that the position of the law is that, where a party is challenging the validity of an order or judgment, that person cannot be proceeded against, by way of contempt proceedings until the question about the jurisdiction of the court is resolved.

On Ogunji's claim that Oshiomhole disrespected the court by being absent, Dodo argued that the APC National Chairman has shown respect for the court by retaining a lawyer to canvass legal argument, on his behalf, before the court on whether or not the court has jurisdiction.

Dodo argued that, until the issue of jurisdiction was resolved, Oshiomhole's presence in court was still unnecessary.

Ruling, Justice Othman agreed with Dodo that, though the court must protect its dignity and proceedings, it was necessary that it first, resolve questions about its jurisdiction when raised, before conducting further proceedings.

The judge consequently elected to first hear the applications by the APC and its National Chairman, on the issue of jurisdiction, before hearing Nwafor's application for committal.

He, however, insisted that the court's judgment of August 14, 2018 and the consequent orders made, remain in force until the question about the validity of the judgment and orders was resolved.

Justice Musa adjourned to March 20 this year for the hearing of the application by the APC and its National Chairman.

Ballot box snatchers will pay with their lives – Buhari

Muhammadu Buhari
….Insists INEC has no excuse to postpone six hours to election

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday warned that anybody involved in ballot box snatching will pay with his or her live.

He spoke in Abuja during the opening session of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caucus meeting at the APC National Secretariat.

Such act, he said, would be the last unlawful act the person will engage in.

According to him, he has given the security agencies instructions to ensure free and fair elections in the country.

He said "I do not expect any body to cause any disturbance. The security agencies have identified hot spots and flash points and should be prepared to move. We have made as much arrangement as possible for them as much as the country can afford.

"Anybody who decide to snatch ballot boxes or lead thugs to disturb the process, may be that will be the last unlawful action you will take.

"We have directed the military and other security agents to be ruthless. We are not going to be blamed that we want to rig elections.

"I want Nigerians to be respected and let them vote whoever they want across the parties. I am not afraid of that. I went round the 36 states and the FCT and I think I have enough support across the country to vote for me.

"So, I want to warn anybody who think he has enough influence in his locality to lead a body of thugs to snatch ballot boxes or disturb the voting system, he will do it at the expense of his own life," he stated

The President also explained that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had all the time and resources and didn't have to wait for only six hours to cancel the elections and tell the public it was impossible.

He said "Definitely, the reason why such incompetence manifested has to be explained to the nation. After the elections, we have to know exactly what happened and who is responsible.

"Otherwise, our efforts to make sure that this system is acceptable would have been eroded. The constitution and the law protected INEC. But they must not take us for granted.

"If for example, the National Assembly refused to approve what they wanted, INEC would have had moral reasons why they couldn't perform. If the time of four years of election was not constitutionally obeyed the government, INEC would have a case.

"But we don't understand the reason for this inefficiency and we have to go into details after the election to find out who is responsible," he said.

He thanked the party leadership for their commitment.

He went on "That was why we sat and said we must have committed leaders in all constituencies to be our agents. We also sat down and worked out the least the party should do for our agents so that they will not depend on anybody or say I am going to drink water or I am going to toilet.

"We made all those arrangements and put it before the governors and Chairmen of the parties. Where the APC has no governors, the governorship candidate and state Chairmen were given that assignment.

"I am satisfied that this instruction has been passed down. Right now, we have so much to do and so, we should now go back to our loyal members in all constituencies so that if anything happen, we will know who to blame.

"We have told our constituents to be patient and react in a very matured way by going peacefully and vote and depend on party representatives in the polling unit," he said.

Buhari didn’t order Nigerians to be shot summarily – Tinubu

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 08:11 AM PST

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday said President Muhammadu Buhari never ordered security agencies to shoot Nigerians summarily.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja at the end of the APC caucus meeting, he said the President was misinterpreted.

He said that the President at the meeting only reinforced that those involved in ballot box snatching will be doing it at the risk of their lives.

Nigeria Decides 2019: Calls For Resignation Of INEC Chairman Unfair - NANS

Posted: 18 Feb 2019 06:55 AM PST

Prof. Mahmood Yakubu

The umbrella body of Nigerian Students, the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) says it is unfair to call for the resignation of Prof. Mahmood Yakubu as Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over election postponement.

NANS' National Public Relations Officer (PRO), Mr Bestman Okereafor, said this in a statement he issued in Enugu on Monday.

Okereafor said: "Even though we frown at the manner and timing of the announcement of the postponement, we still consider the decision to be in the best interest of Nigerians, Daily Trust reports.

"It is a reality that the postponement of the elections by INEC has in a great way exposed the faces of betrayals and which we expect political parties to be grateful for.''

The NANS spokesman, however, said that it was on record that this was not the first time the nation was witnessing postponement in polls.

"Something similar occurred in 2015 under INEC leadership of Prof. Attahiru Jega.''

"NANS considers the decision by INEC to postpone the elections to be in the best interest of Nigerians in defence of our democracy.''

Okereafor implored all Nigerian students to remain "most peaceful and calm as the nation anticipates credible polls on Feb. 23."

NAN reports that since INEC announced the postponement of the Presidential/National Assembly Elections on Saturday, many groups, political and apolitical have been calling for the resignation of INEC boss and his management team. (NAN)
