Good morning out there and cheers to the weekend! I cannot believe how fast this week flew by! It was a week that I was hoping would slow the hell down, but that just didn't happen. I leave for Bali on Monday to visit my amazing friend Jess Golden, which means there is A LOT to get done before we leave. Filming workout videos today, working an event on Saturday, then packing up on Sunday. I've never traveled for 2 week straight so this will be a totally new experience for me! Please wish me luck on our 30 hour travel day...jeeeeez. Even though I haven't had much time to watch the news this week, I've still seen tidbits here and there, especially on social media. And man, some things are just hard to see. I'm not trying to bring bad news or politics into this newsletter, I just want to simply remind you to do something kind to someone this weekend. You never know what a small gesture might do for someone. Smile at a stranger, ask someone how their day is going, buy the coffee for the person behind you, silently forgive the person who cut you off in traffic - just be kind. We are all going through something and a kind gesture may be the small act that turns our day around. Kindness is life changing. I know that's a little out there today, but I just wanted to spread a little extra joy. Life is too short to be unhappy. Now let's get into what happened on the blog this week!
