A video making the rounds on social media has shown the moment a medical doctor who has been away for some time, received a heartwarming welcome from his family after returning from the field.

The young man who's reportedly a medical doctor in the United States of America, since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak in the world, has been away from home, and only communicates with his family via telephone.

A colleague agreed to take over his duties for sometime, and he decided to use the opportunity to surprise his family.

He's married with three beautiful daughters, as seen in the video.

The moment he climbed the staircase and opened the door leading the room where his wife and kids are, his first daughter was the first person to notice him. She screamed and hugged him tightly before his other kids came along.

After allowing him hug his children, his wife also jumped on him like a baby.

Nigerians drag singer, D’banj online for performing at a friend’s private event in Abuja amid rape case against him

Nigerian singer, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, better known by his stage name D'banj has stirred controversy on social media after he was spotted at an event in Abuja.

A video making the rounds on social media shows the singer performing live at a friend's private event in Abuja amid rape case against him.

The Koko master is currently entangled in a messy drama involving the alleged rape of a lady in 2018.

Just few weeks ago, a Nigerian model scout, Benjamin Ese, had alleged that Dbanj raped his friend on December 31, 2018, at a hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to him, his friend was forced to share her story after the Kokomaster joined in preaching against rape on his Instagram page.

The popular singer was spotted in a video performing at an event in Abuja, and this has sparked outrage on social media.

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye also known as Bobrisky has sparked another debate on social media with his recent photos and video.

The crossdresser uploaded a new photo of him showing off his boobs and fans are wondering what miracle could have happened because not long ago, he was seen at his father's birthday without female accessories.

In the photo shared, the pair of bre**ts appears like it is real especially when focused on it or zoomed.

Rev. Mrs. Laurie Whetstone-Idahosa who was born in Wilmington, Delaware, USA stated that a happy marriage is a choice the couple must make a every single day.

Bishop Oyedepo - This is now anti-church virus, not coronavirus

Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide popularly known as Winners' Chapel, David Oyedepo has described the coronavirus pandemic as an anti-church virus

Oyedepo said COVID-19 is strategy of the devil and his human agents to stop the growth of the church all over the world.

In his words ;

"Coronavirus is nothing but anti-church virus. Now, freedom of worship is no longer a constitutional right. It is now determined by certain individuals. This is no longer coronavirus, at least in two states- Lagos and Ogun, this is anti-church virus. Caution must be exercised"

He continued saying ;

"Can anybody silence the church? Never. I have never heard of anybody that got healed in the market but God heals people in the church day and night. We have recorded 114 coronavirus healing testimonies, we got 10 this week. And that is the place that is vulnerable and not the market.

"This is anti-church virus we are fighting. It is the grand design of the devil globally to see how he can silence the church.

"Everybody is in the market running over one another everyday of the week and there is no outbreak from the market but there is outbreak from the church, perceived outbreak."

UK-based Feminist – Don’t engage me on issues of feminism if you don’t earn up to N500k monthly

A Nigerian lady recently took to social media to address Nigerian men who speak on feminism

According to the UK-based feminist, if a Nigerian man doesn't earn up to N500k monthly then they re not qualified to engage her on issues bothering on feminism.

Vashti expressed that she had no interest in such men giving her their 'poverty stricken opinions' and therefore, wouldn't waste her time since they don't earn enough money and are not qualified enough.

"You are a Nigerian guy and you don't earn up to 500k every month (salaries, businesses) etc…please don't engage me on issues about feminism or try to give me your poverty stricken opinions about me. YOU DONT EARN ENOUGH MONEY for me to be wasting my time . Keep it moving. Again, before you as a Nigerian man tweets at me, ask yourself whether you are qualified enough. Do you make enough money? Are you worth my time? These are very important questions. I will not waste my time with broke misogynistic heifers," she tweeted.

Tacha says some people are working tirelessly to see her fail

Former housemate of Big Brother Naija, Natacha Akide also known as Tacha has come out to express her worry over certain people who are working tirelessly to pull her down.

The reality TV star says some people are so eager to get her out of the way.

The reality TV star made this known via her Instagram Live on Friday, June 26, 2020.

According to her, she wonders why some people want her out the way, insisting that God is the one who has given her the stardom and fame and anyone working to destroy it, will not succeed.


"I don't even understand, what did I do? Why are you people working so hard why are you guys working so hard to get me out of the way? I didn't get to the stage I am in with anybody's help, I got to this stage with God's help," she said.

"My help comes from the Lord, I trust in God. No human cant get me out of this position. You all have to work on it and it is not even going to work. My fans still love me despite anybody. It is just funny how titans will be messages people want to pay them to stop trending Tacha."

Peter Okoye reveals himself, wife & kids tested positive for covid-19 as he shares experience

Peter Okoye has come out to share the harrowing experience he went through after himself, his wife Lola and their daughter Aliona, tested positive for the novel Coronavirus.

The music star says he was seriously ill for three weeks.

The music star made the revelation via his Instagram page on Saturday, June 27, 2020.

In a four minutes video, Okoye narrated the hell his family went through for three weeks because of the dreaded coronavirus.

"Hey, guys how are you all doing? Just want to let you guys know that for the past three weeks I have been sick. I have been ill and most people didn't even know what was wrong with me. I kept it to myself for three weeks. Its been three weeks of hell for me and my family. I had Covid-19 for about 3 weeks," he said.


"For those who noticed I was in my room during my draw instead of my usual location. I was self-isolated, I was imprisoned in my own house and it was just me, I was sick and I tested positive."


"The reason why I decided to come out to say it is because I want to encourage a lot of people concerning this whole social distancing and getting used to sanitising your hand, disinfecting your environment, and wearing your face mask."

"Its been hell for this family and this house, it wasn't just me but two of my domestic staff. Then after a week, my daughter caught the virus as well but it was sad that when she caught it, the doctor insisted that she has to be self-isolated in her own room. But my wife did something very courageous."

"She picked our daughter from her room, held her and took her to the master bedroom and she called me and she started crying. I asked her what happened and she said I cannot live this girl alone. I would rather be infected and be with her."

"Five or six days later, my daughter was pronounced negative. When she was pronounced negative, we knew it wasn't going to end there. The next day, Lola became positive. It has been hell but we had a bad experience."

Okoye joins the list of high profile Nigerians who have been infected by the virus.

At the time of publishing this article, Nigeria has 23,298 confirmed cases of coronavirus.

However, 8,253 patients have been discharged while 554 people have died as a result of the pandemic.

Samklef joins Twitter users in criticizing Daddy Freeze over his relationship with Hushpuppi

Music producer, Samklef has said that OAP Daddy Freeze is an antichrist while reacting to the backlash he received for supporting Hushpuppi.

Recall that Daddy Freeze had travelled to meet Hushpuppi in Dubai, a meeting which sold Hushpuppi to Nigerians as a legitimate businessman.

With the news of Hushpuppi's arrest, many have slammed Daddy Freeze for embracing a fraudster while always attacking pastors.

One of those is Samklef who had a beef with Daddy Freeze in 2017.


He wrote: "The battle u started with me in 2017 I win am today! Let me end it here.. if u point 1 finger to person the remaining 4 they point back @ you. U be antichrist my guy.. when u beat piking u go still call am back and show am love.. I 4 give u. Go and sin no more!".

Popular Instagram blogger, Cutie Julls claims that Aloma has been evicted from the building by Davido.

Wizkid’s awards and achievements from 2015 to 2020

Nigerian music star, Wizkid began recording music at the age of 11 and managed to release a collaborative album with the Glorious Five, a group he and a couple of his church friends formed.

Wizkid signed a record deal with Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009. He rose to prominence after releasing "Holla at Your Boy", the lead single from his debut studio album Superstar (2011).

Wizkid became the first Afrobeats artist to appear in the 2018 Guinness World Records for his contribution to 'One Dance.'

Internationally, he became the first Nigerian artist with a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single when he featured on Drake's 'One Dance' alongside Kyla in 2016. He has also collaborated with Metro Boomin, Zara Larsson, Skepta, Justin Skye, Tinie Tempah and more.

BBNaija's Ifu Ennada slam those who support Yahoo Boys

Former big brother Naija housemate, Ifu Ennada has taken to Instagram to expose and slam yahoo boy apologists who called her an "ashawo" for condemning fraud.

This is coming after the actress took to her Instagram story to react to the video showing how Hushpuppi and his gang members were arrested for alleged fraud in Dubai.

In the post, she condemned fraud and heaped praises on Dubai police.

However, the post didn't go down well for supporters of yahoo boys who began to send her demeaning messages. Some even went as far as calling her a prostitute.

In reaction, Ifu shared screenshots of the messages they sent to her and wrote:

"Just incase @officialefcc is looking for upcoming Yahoo Boys. This is what you get for not supporting Fraud. The highest insult you people can call me is "Ashawo". Me wey no even get sex life. Na spirit husband dey f*ck me na. All of una na "born by mistake". Dem suppose flush una down toilet.

On a serious note, this is the mindset of some Nigerian youths. The people who see supposed to lead the country tomorrow. Who did this to us? God forbid!

In reaction to one message alleging that a Yahoo Boy got her a car, the reality star laughed off the claims, writing:

FBI Lists 6 Nigerians Among Most Wanted Cyber Criminals Seek Information On Their Whereabouts

The United States' Federal Bureau of Investigation has appealed to members of the public to furnish it with vital information that would lead to the arrest of six Nigerians indicted for alleged involvement in over $6m internet fraud.

The FBI, on Saturday, via its official handle tweeted the photos of the suspects with the caption, "Help the FBI find ​six Nigerian nationals wanted for their involvement in ​business​ email ​compromise schemes resulting in over $6 ​million in losses."

It urged persons with important details on the suspects to submit such on http://tips.fbi.gov, adding that they are not required to disclose their names or any personal information.

The PUNCH had earlier reported that the FBI declared Richard Uzuh, Micheal Olorunyomi, Alex Ogunshakin, Felix Okpoh, Abiola Kayode and Nnamdi Benson wanted over their alleged criminal engagements which left many unsuspecting Americans defrauded.

"Today, in a coordinated action with the US Department of Justice, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control took action against six Nigerian nationals for conducting an elaborate scheme to steal over $6m from victims across the US.

"The individuals designated today targeted US businesses and individuals through deceptive global threats known as Business Email Compromise and romance fraud. American citizens lost over $6,000,000 due to these individuals' BEC fraud schemes, in which they impersonated business executives and requested and received wire transfers from legitimate business accounts.

"Money was also stolen from innocent Americans by romance fraud, in which the designees masqueraded as affectionate partners to gain trust from victims," the FBI had said.

Bobrisky blasts Celebrities for mocking Hushpuppi says, “We Sin Differently”

Controversial Nigerian cross dresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has slammed Nigerian celebrities mocking Hushpuppi over his arrest.

In an Instagram post which he has now deleted, Bobrisky insisted that "we all sin differently" and thus, shouldn't judge anyone.

According to him, his annoyance is hinged on the fact that same celebrities who praised the alleged fraudster are now the ones attacking him.

While defending Hushpuppi and also berating Nigerians especially celebrities who have mocked Hushpuppi over his recent arrest, Bobrisky noted the following;


"I'm tired of reading people comments on blog over Hushpuppi arrest. So is now you all fools know he was a scammer. What happen to all d praises you all showed him before his arrest ? Dis life never fall because many of us are two face. Where are all d people praising him on his comment section before his arrest ? After 8 Years of doing Music, Tekno is set to release 2 Debut Albums

Popular Nigerian singer, Augustine Kelechi Miles also known as Tekno has said he is set to release his first music album.

The self acclaimed Golden Boy of Africa made this announcement via his official social media pages on Thursday night, June 25.

Slim Daddy in his post announced that his debut album is ready.

According to him, he is already working on the second album and if his post is anything to go by, we might just be getting 2 concurrent albums from the Young Alhaji.

However, he is yet to make an announcement on the official release date of the debut album.

Nigerian lady laments – “I spent N200,000 on special package yet married men are not approaching me”

A Nigerian lady has cried out for not getting the expected result from a special package she acquired to be used in attracting married men.

The lady who shared her plight with popular relationship blogger and Instagram love doctor, Joro Olumofin, shared the sum of N200,000 was invested on the purchase of what she termed MMAO – Married Men Attractor Oil in other to get the attention of married men.

She was however faced with disappointment as the product has not been working on her target victims.

She revealed how she'd met 3 married men recently but lamented over the fact that neither of the men called her after their meeting, stating that it's mostly single men who call or approach her. She said even one of the men said he is happily married.

The lady however expressed optimism as she believes that at some point, married men will start falling head over heels for her.
