then you are too low IQ to understand a 2 paragraph image and 3 simple laws intersecting as the pic explains, the EO & DNI report set a win/win trap where there are 2 outcomes: give the election to Trump, or give it to Biden officially making it an insurrection which immediately starts martial law via the insurrection act to arrest everyone and Trump stays in office here's an explanation of the EO and how it set wartime measures to allow the DNI to create this sting, and how the DNI report works:

if you are smart enough to understand this small amount of information then you'll know that the dueling electors is irrelevant (just a backup), Pence doing anything is irrelevant (DNI report invalidates the electors to bring Biden under 270), the Supreme Court is not involved in any way in this, and Pence can't "back out" because that would give Biden the election which would be insurrection (because of the DNI report showing fraud) so he would be included in the treason category and face military tribunal and potentially execution for knowingly subverting the election for China 

 if you can find a betting site for Trump staying in office on Inauguration Day, throw everything you can spare into it. the media and tech censoring this info means the betting odds are stupid like 10-20x returns because the general public thinks Biden is a guaranteed win and has no idea about any of this

Trump either wins or they hang and he wins. no other outcome is possible 
it's all probable just do bare minimum research. read the EO or watch the vid 
the Powell binder that dropped is just a fraction of what the DNI report has. by declaring a State of Emergency in the EO the DNI had free reign to set up a sting. they let them cheat during the 2018 elections so they would get cocky and not change their methods for the 2020 one

Trump stays in office no matter what

it has already happened. there is no other possible outcome on Jan 6th. it's either Trump wins or insurrection and Trump wins. that's the point, this is a done deal if you understand the situation  
the EO produced the DNI sting which resulted in the DNI report. the DNI report showing fraud evidence is what invalidates the electors. the EO makes it so if they still give the election to Biden then they're all committing war time treason and face the harshest punishments possible in the military tribunals

Jan 6th has always been the plan, the court attempts along the way were just to reveal how corrupt the entire system is from the poll stations all the way up the court ladder to the SC and congress itself Trump has always been about discrediting and destroying his opponents, not just winning. look how few people trust CNN now when in 2014 average people thought it was a legitimate news source. the goal of this whole sting has been to reveal the extent of the corruption so he can put in voter ID and proper poll watching and audits etc for the future

Pence as VP sits in on the DNI meetings because if Trump dies the VP needs to be up to speed on national security shit. no one below Pence (congress etc) would be privy to this info. Pence knows what the DNI knows, the report is more a formality

correct unfortunately. but you have to plug the hole before you bail the water out. they're irrelevant. they were a backup plan that won't be necessary (Trump always covers multiple outcomes). the DNI sting evidence disqualifies the electors so those states have no valid electors and Biden goes under 270

right the best option for everyone including the guilty parties who may be able to cut deals etc if things don't qualify as actual insurrection, is what you described and then with Biden under 270 it's contested and the 1 vote per state plays out

good angle actually I didn't think of that but that would be good for helping takes the wind out of the sails of riot support by the general public and make conservatives not look as evil optically. if they have a bunch of votes to burn, throw a few to Biden and look like they care about democracy still
